Ok, I was bored so I decided to browse our member list. I noticed the top of the list (our Guild Officers and Crew) were full of non-entities in the Guild. This is the list of who they are and when the last time they checked in here was:

Now, most of these people are gone.A couple have popped up in Towns since then but some haven't done anything. So, my two-fold question would be first, can we remove non-active members from their positions? And if so, could they be filled with other active members? I would also suggest going through our volume of Guild Members and culling out people who have't been associating with us in any form ( here or towns, chat, streams, Skype, etc.) for a year or more. I mean, I'm not terribly active in the Guild itself but I try to be around in Towns and streams on the weekend. I just think it'd be good to do some Guild house cleaning.

Although we've had quite a few announcements and have been active in several events throughout our existence, yet have only seen a few of the regulars really participate. For now, I got rid of the most inactive members (including some who never even posted here). Unfortunately, this is not something I can really do right now. I'm too busy between work and the home life.

To carry on the conversation started on this page, I'd just really like to see some of those old spur of the moment threads with hardly any replies get cleaned up, with exception to the threads that are a part of our Barton in-world setup. (you know, the chronicles and all the Manor jazz can stay). And I still think a good repurpose for one of the subforums would be for all of our Manor character back story stuff. Can't keep shoving it all in the actual RP forum. But this is something that is going to take time. Rome wasn't built in a day, and we certainly won't get this guild cleaned up in a day either. I'll do what I can to help once I'm off of my brief semi-hiatus. If you need me for brainstorming, shoot a PM my way.
