C.J. smirked. "Yeah, long story short, some fat a*****e's a corrupt li'l mutha who's kinda responsible for a few things today. Like having a Japanese assassin attack a sorta-preggers lady I rescued once. Yeesh. Do one good thing an' the next thing ya know, they wa- hey!" he paused, looking at a door, which gave him an idea.
"Wanna help prank fat boy? He's KINDA like the king of England, only fatter, dumber and a little more psychotic." he offered.

WORSE than the king of England? Oh, now this intrigued her. Grinning slightly, Merida nodded. With his knowing of what would take place that day, planning would be easier..hopefully,"You know I do..what's our plan, then?"

Blackjack smiled deviously. Oh boy, a chance to prank someone OTHER than Sisten, Jack, Bou and the writer! (About time)
"We could always teleport into Fisky's office and terrify the HELL out of him. Then, when the me from the present shows up, we can slip out in the ensuing chaos he gets the credit, Fisk is too busy shittin' himself to fight and we're off for tacos!" he said with a smile, reaching in his pocket and pulling out a HUGE book of recipes, cocktails and voodoo spe- well, where'd you get that?
"Err . . . internet? Inheritance? I inherited the internet?"
Don't lie . . .
"Okay okay okay, SHEESH! I found it in the kitchen when I was making dinner. GOD!"
*THUNDER*
*points to writer* "HE SAID IT! NOT ME!!!"

"Fine, just make sure we don't end up in some other timeline.",she teased, nudging C.J playfully,"So, we need to also avoid your..other self from seeing us.."
(( Short, I'll be back on in a little while )) [

"I've had a few," Julianne said, holding up her remaining half a cookie, "They're worth killing over. I already know this. Have you had any?"

"They were, until they remembered to get ready for the circus," Julianne replied, smiling before taking another bite of cookie. "Really, get a cookie. Before I do. Tell him, Tommy."

Tommy smiled some and looked over at his father. "Julie's taking Becky and the kids over to the Circus. Should be able to be over there for quite a while." he said.
Amus blinked, then looked over at Julie. "Is that so? Well... bless you, girl. All they've talked about for weeks is getting to go down there. Thought they'd only be able to go for an hour with Rebecca's schedual."

"Well, that's not going to be too much of an issue now," Julianne said with a smile, finishing her cookie. She was looking forward to going with Rebecca and the kids, but found it a little funny, to be honest, that Rebecca wasn't telling anyone about what happened yet.

"Relax, since when have I messed up a whole timeline before?" Blackjack said as he opened up the book, flipping through the pages fast.
"Hmm . . . . crawfish a la king? Nope . . . err, what abo- nah, can't find eye of newt around here . . . trust me, king cra- OW!!!" he yelped, pulling out an actual crab from the book. "Fresh." he growled, throwing it off to the side before finding his spell. "AHA!! Teleportation. Let's see here. Gotta find a portal of some sorts . . . and als-" he looked up when he remembered she mentioned something else.
"So past and present us can't meet?" he asked.

"I mean..you could, but it's smartest to try and avoid your other self to avoid influencing any events that are meant to take place.", Merida shrugged,"There is the universal implosion myth, but I think if that were true...then it would have already happened from someone else time traveling.", she smiled a little,"But if it's for good reason, then by all means.", leaning up, the voodoo woman pecked his cheek,"SO, let's get started!"

Blackjack chuckled. "Yeah . . . much less the whole Back to the Future thingy." he mentioned, kissing her back before looking at the instructions. "Okay . . . gotta get a portal, a few ingredients . . . . and . . . also the destination in mind. Well, that's helpful! Mae-by baby, you got some stuff in that pack of yours we need?" he asked.

"Of course sug, whatcha need?", Merida tugged at the leather satchel bound to her hip. She was always well prepared, no matter where they went...o'course, her methods of being prepared...weren't always the most pleasant...rather macabre actually.

C.J. smiled, an all-too-familiar grin. "Sweet! Hmm . . . looks like we need . . . a pocket watch off a dead man, hair off a Siamese twin, powdered frogs legs, pickled crawfish, and . . . a portal. I 'ssume that means we're gonna need a door." he said, trying to translate the old language of the spell as much as he could. It looked like an old patois he heard Bou talking once.

Unfastening the small bird skull bound clasp which kept her satchel shut, Merida lifted the flap and began to rummage through,"You're getting better at reading my books...pronunciation is a bit off still.", she chuckled,"Let's find us a door...what else does it say?"
