The Prince of the seas whipped his head around toward the person speaking. He felt a weight lift off his shoulder, but yet a sense of dread filled the Atlantean. He tried to gather himself as best as he could and put on his best regal sounding voice. "What is this place?", he asked flatly.

Crystal tilted her head, her hand still out to help him up. "This is Gotham City of the DC universe. We've had some..." She thought about how to say it. "Conjoining of the multiple worlds."
She looked at him and tilted her head the other direction. "You're an Atlantian. Do you know Orin, otherwise known as Aquaman?"
She actually didn't know Aquaman personally but had read files on him in the Batwave Computer but to let him believe that she knew the ruler of Atlantis might make him feel better.

Namor snorted in derision, as he moved forward. His strength was returning, even though he knew not a word of what the woman was babbling about. "There is only one king of the seas and you now have the honor of looking at him.", he said with a strut. Careful, fool, he thought bitterly to himself This is a new realm and you are a stranger. You have a duty. A debt that must be repaid.. He softened a bit, lowered his voice to a grim whisper, "Tell me, in this city, is the name Tony Stark or Stephen Strange known?"

Crystal pondered for a moment before speaking again. "Not here. You're better off looking in New York... But then again I haven't heard hide nor hair of Iron Man nor Dr. Strange in a long while."
She looked at Namor. "And I'm Crystal by the way." She smiled at him softly. She wanted him to feel welcome in this new world. "May I ask why you are looking for these two individuals?"

Namor puffed up his chest, and placed his hands on his hips. "I am Namor, the Sub-Mariner", he announced in his typically grandstanding fashion. As he started to walk around Crystal, the mutant began to rub his hands together in a thoughtful, yet tense fashion. "A very long time ago, now it seems universes away, I sat in a room with what the surface and stars could muster as their best. The Illuminati, we called ourselves. Myself, Stark, Strange, and others. We wanted to make the universe a better place.", he scoffed as he turned his gaze back to the horizion. To the murky depths.
"Two days ago, I woke up in the blackness of the sea. I had no memory of what had happened, or where I was. One minute, I was in Utopia, training with the rest of my X-Men team, there was a tremendous flash of light, and then I awoke fathoms below...". He turns to look at Crystal over his shoulder. "Do you know what I saw?", he asks quietly, yet in a terse tone.

Crystal kept her eyes on Namor. "Well, you were outside Gotham so I would assume pollution, trash, other sorts of litter and debris?" She wasn't proud of what the human race was capable of but she was at least honest.
Her tail twitched as she continued to watch the Atlantian stare out at the sea. "Look. I don't condone, in any way, what some of the human race does. But they are working on bettering their people, and getting what is sold on the shelves to be in organic, biodegradable containers. Everything is turning towards the 'green' of things and slowly, once everything is that way, they will clean up all the old mess and get it properly disposed of."
She walked over to his side and smiled softly. "And you must know that this is not the Earth you were in before. What ever deal you made with your Stark and Strange holds no grounds here because it never happened."
"Now. With that said." She motioned towards her bike. "Would you like a ride to Xavier's Mansion? I know where it is."

[[Enter Punisher w/ symbiote from Wayne Manor]] With the cloaked-over skin of the symbiote covering him, Castle was nearly unseen as he barreled down the streets and alleys of Gotham. His speed astounded him, and the fact that he was seeing everything before him, beside him, and behind him all at the same time was making him even more curious. His rage was cooling, for the moment, and fading into a ravenous hunger for knowledge. Exactly what was this thing that had attached itself to him? How was it able to control his body? Better question was how was he able to control it?
He decided to run a few more... tests. Leaping to the side as he sprinted at what he assumed wasn't even his top speed, Castle found himself running on the wall like a bonafide superhero. It felt like he was grinning, and his massive razor-mouth would show nothing less. After leaping to the next building and back several times, Castle soon reached the roof and began to step across it slowly; savoring the motions as he made them. The voice, or... maybe it wasn't a voice. Just words. Words in the darkness that had consumed him. "Punishment..." He said outloud once more, looking at his ha-claws. Claws. "That's your name, eh? Punishment... seems..." The twisted grin deepened and the tongue moved slowly around. "Unfitting..." He chuckled.
Suddenly, atop the roof, he lurched forward; falling on all fours. A horrible cry went out from the creature as it tried to pummel its way out of Castle's mind. Screeching and hissing at the thoughts in Castle's head, it tried to fight its way out. Crawling along the roof, like an animal at first, eventually it lifted its head. The camouflage faded off, and it lifted its eyes to the sky of the city. What was it doing there, anyway? A sense of purpose ebbed and flowed from its still forming consciousness. Or it would have, were it able to grasp such a concept. Instead it could merely see. See everything around it and try to comprehend it.
Taking a running start, it launched off upon reaching the edge of the roof. It landed nearly without noise on the adjacent building; its back-tentacles folding back like spines. Its head whipped back and forth excitedly, its senses, actually its to use, were absorbing every detail as it leapt excitedly from one roof to another.

[Enter Nightwing from the Batcave]
The Wingcycle's engines roared through the streets of Gotham, as Nightwing was on the hunt for the Punisher and the symbiote attached to him. Brenda was guiding him, giving him directions to best reach Castle, and he knew Gotham so well that it wasn't very long before he located his target. He stopped the Wingcycle a block away from Castle's position, and stealthily made his way up to the closest roof, before using his natural acrobatic skill and what he was taught by Batman to get over to Castle and his symbiote.
"Uhh... Hey?" he asked cautiously.

In a flash, it whipped around and faced the newcomer on its roof. Somewhat recognizing the figure from the manor. It hissed loud, in a warning fashion, but not violently. It clicked twice, then twice again, backing up farther away from Nightwing. Before anything else could be done, Castle rose to two feet. "Stay back... boy..." He warned, his hands already forming into blades again. "I've just about got... the hang... of this..." Dulling pain panged through him, but he could ignore it. After all, he was super-powered now. Castle recovered the space the symbiote had put inbetween them, the rage mounting once more. With his incredible speed now working at full capacity for him, Castle charged, keeping his bladed arms wide so as to fence the boy in and push him for the edge of the roof.

d**k, being a natural acrobat, neatly leaped up and over Castle as he got close, and then he rolled away.
"Hey, calm down! Or try to, at least! I'm here to help you, not fight!" he said, though he took a defensive stance just in case. "I mean, I'm prepared to fight, but I don't want to!"

"Help!?" Castle growled, whipping around, swinging the side of his bladed appendage directly into Nightwing's side, sending him rolling along the roof, stopping a few feet from the edge. He walked slowly, stomping purposefully towards the fallen bat. "Do I look like I need 'help'!?" His hands formed back into long talons as he approached, hissing slightly with delight.
{{OOC: He does, in fact, look like he needs help.}}

"Uhh, actually? Yeah, you do." Nightwing replied, standing up and ignoring the pain in his side. "Look, just-- Calm down, okay?"

"I don't think so..." Castle hissed, he swung his clawed hand right for Nightwing's head, but it wasn't nearly at the speed of the last one. His swings were trying to push the kid back, not take his head off... yet. "Whatever this is... it doesn't want me to be calm... and I don't want to be calm either!"
