PurpleLovr We learn it, just not as strictly as non-english speakers. A lot of it just gets learned by listening to other people talk. I remember learning the basics in elementary and middle school, but we didn't get to the nuances like gerund phrases until I was in Advanced English Composition in High School. And most students don't take that class. I have no idea how we learned everything. For me it seems natural to know the grammar and stuff but i saw some classmates who barely knew how to form a question when we took the entrance exam. We had 6 classes of english a week mostly all the time and they were going through the same stuff every year over and over again. I can`t tell what the rules are but i know how to apply them XD I was pretty shocked this semester when i saw that at one class we`re actually tought how the plural forms in english, with "(e)s" or ablaut or stuff like that. It was pretty annoying to think that you reach this stage and level to go to an english college where they teach you the plural forms by adding S. It feels like a waste of time sometimes. I have a few old friends who went to study in england and they had to take english courses even if they already speak the language well enough. They`re pretty happy to be done with them. 4laugh

Heels make me wobble and interfere with my delivery. I'd rather get 1 point taken off for no heels than 3 points taken off for shaky transition walks. Awesome. I love when that happens. I know!! Luckily only one of my classes has a test. 2 are papers and 1 is a speech.
