Yeah, unfortunately now isn't a great time to sell anything collectable... Nobody has spare monies...
That, and during the 90s, a lot things were suddenly 'collectable' yet produced in mass quantities so as to make them anything BUT rare (see Beanie Babies, baseball cards, etc). So even though you may have some nicer, perhaps even harder to find things, with the interwebs, people have access to a great variety of sellers, so finding someone who's willing to pay a decent amount may prove rather difficult.
