Crystal took to the line and giggled as she zipped across as well. She immediately pressed up against the wall upon landing. She then looked to Tim, watching him fumble wit the window.
"It's unlocked, Tim." She whispered quietly to her comrade.

Besides, it wasn't just getting locks open that had to be quiet about this part. She was just picking on him, wasn't she... Tim opened both sides carefully, taking the first step into the office. He immediately focused his attention into the room, mapping out exactly how everything (and everyone) was positioned from this point on.

Commisioner Gordon had fell asleep at his desk with his chin propped on arm with his elbow supporting .... snoring.

Crystal snuck in behind Tim and looked at Gordon, nearly busting out laughing but quickly placing her hands over her mouth to stifle the sound.
"He's asleep!" She whispered after she stopped the urge to laugh. "This is going to be easier than I thought."

Robin whispered back, taking a few steps closer to the sleeping Gordon. Actually this may make it more difficult than before... it wasn't the safest thing to wake up a sleeping cop who would most definitely be armed anyway.

Crystal saw the worry in Tim's face. "Want me to do the honors?" She wasn't really afraid of getting shot anyway.

Tim stayed on the opposite side from the desk- in plain sight of Gordon so he wasn't startled awake without someone to look at. It was probably best not to hide from him while waking him up. Robin had the utmost respect for the Commissioner, he did. Gordon was probably the best cop Gotham ever had, and he had it rough in this job... that was clear.

Crystal walked up behind Gordon, placing her hands on both his shoulders lightly. "Hi old man!" She squeezed his shoulders slightly as she spoke for the added jolt.

"Huh? Wha...," Commisioner Gordon woke with a start glancing around seeing both Catgirl and Robin. Even though the elder policeman's hand instinctively went to his service pistol, Gordon didn't draw the weapon. Glancing between the two skeptically, he knew there was a reason for the visit, "What are you two doing here? And can you explain to me about 'Batman' killing mobsters? Please tell me something I can use, I do have the District Attorney breathing down my neck."

Robin froze where he stood, noticing that Gordon's hand moved for his gun... though he hadn't drawn it.
"Commissioner..."
Tim glanced to Crystal behind the lenses, but didn't move a muscle.
"We came to explain about that, actually. A few patrol cars chased some 'friends' all the way down 38th street, I figured we should inform you about the imitation-Batman."
This clearly wasn't the only thing they wanted to talk about, but to start with it might relax the situation a bit. This was yet another time that Robin hoped he was the same 'Robin' that was remembered.

The Commish grimly nodded, "Alright... I'm all ears. Tell me what my officers are dealing with."

Tim nodded briefly and pulled out his comm device without another moment to spare. He tapped and scrolled on it, searching the data base of the batwave with which the little communicator was linked. He stopped and started the explanation.
"His name's Damon Macready. Ex-NYPD. Eleven years ago he was set up by one of D'Amico's men in a drug rap, and spent five in Rikkers for it. His wife commited suicide, overdosing on prescription pills when their daughter was born, and he dropped off the map along with the girl after he got out. That was six years ago."
He looked up after the short summary to see the reaction so far.

Crystal sighed and pulled out her I-Pad equivalent, opened to a certain file and handed it to Gordon. "This is the man. Hi name is Damon Macready. He goes by the name Big daddy."
In the file were videos her mask had shot, including where Bid daddy had inadvertently chased Killer Croc past them in the sewer and their talk in Lupin's old hideout.
"As you'll see in the videos I managed to talk him into laying low for a while. The reason why you haven't seen him sense then." She looked at Tim then back to Gordon. "You can use what ever videos off there you want. Pick them out and I'll transfer them to your computer."

"This guy was a cop!?! Oh great!" the Commish facepalmed, "So, why did Macready decide to turn MY city into another warzone rather than New York?"

Crystal looked at him. "Because the guy that he says killed his daughter came here and he followed. How else do we end up with all the nut jobs?"
She then blinked. "And besides it's not like New York isn't just a hop, skip and a jump away."
