You're doing it and acting like it's such a hardship. Making a thread does not make you a martyr. It makes you useful. Not every single thread has to get made, but if there's a general appeal for it, then what's the big deal. Who cares if it's not used every fleebin' day, as long as it keeps pages of bitching out of the OOC when disputes do happen, then it's useful and serving it's function.

I've not said anything, because there's nothing to say.
People want to vent, and no matter whether or not you make a thread for it they still will. It won't get the bitching out of the OOC, it will just get people to take 10 minutes out of their bitching to write a slightly-calmer version and put it in the complaint thread.
No one will be any more right for it. No one will be any more wrong for it. And it won't reduce the bitching in the OOC. What it will reduce is the people who backread and respond to a long, bitching post several hours later and get everyone all riled up again.
People will still complain in the OOC. Hopefully it will just die faster.
Now about this whole Barton thing, there's really nothing more that I can say than:
- You're not a hero if everything comes easy.
- NPCs should not kill groups of PCs.
- Undead armies do NOT have a space cruiser.

There is a need for the general public to feel comfortable and not anticipate being slammed when they open their mouths to voice a concern or idea. This thread, caters to the need to feel comfortable and not placed in the middle of a b***h-fest every time they come in here.

Vahn Kyonuske Maybe time for a sweep and new round of ideas? Move the Suggestion Box thread into the OOC and Sticky it. Because nobody uses it, and nobody sees it, and this b***h-fest could have been a suggestion in that thread, no?
