Yes...I think I can give you a pretty good description on Nick's (Kit) execution

Kit's walking through the crowd, head slightly high so he could see where he was going. He stops in front of the execution stand where he sees Nick already there, staring quite blankly at the crowd, until he sees kit. Aiming a hidden smile at Kit, as the mercenary (Jack) asked for his final words, his smile turned quite mocking and dark as he said it loud and clear: "Ah, time for snack"
A single scream of despair was covered by the noise of the loud crowd cheers. Kit's eyes filled up with tears whilst his pupils went tiny.

Yeah...In Yukio's He found Kit unconscious on the ground, his hair cut off to the length he has now, so he doesn't recognize him at all. But vaguely remembers that he looks like Nick. Nick was also kind to him and Dom, so even though kit said he wasn't him, he took him in anyway. Several nights later, he hears someone mumbling near the confession box. It was pretty late, so he was a little curious on who was there. I hadn't decided on what to say, but basically he overhears him saying because of what he did to the village of green (violet) his brother was dead. However Yukio only heard him say 'destroyed the village of green (violet)' and recognized him immediately as the 'prince of evil'

Yeah so a conversation is happening at the time about a boy who stands nearby the harbor at the church. Yukio pretty much pacing over there and is holding a concealed knife in his clothes. The harbor is empty and the only one standing on the sand is Kit. Walking up behind him Yukio pulls out the concealed knife from his clothes and raises it up slowly. A cutscene happens and well Yukio's eyes widen in surprise that the boy just started begging for god to give him back his brother. He rmembers this scene as he was that same person begging to bring Dom back and die in his place, the same way Kit was behaving after staring a while, Kit finally realizes he's there and screams and moves into defensive position, the same position he made when people were trying to beat him up. the knife drops to the ground as Yukio gives him a tight embrace and Kit proceeds to cry on his shoulders.

I think aggressive would be fine.

And I think that's why Kit is sometimes clinging on him (not really but it's fun to think about). Because in the past (so to speak) Yukio helped him out, even though he was still a year younger.
