Crystal's fur went up. "What the hell Duela?! How on God's green earth did you get in here? The base is locked up tighter than Fort Knox right now." Crystal never closed the "coffin" back up so it was impossible to get in that way and the only other way in is almost too small for a rat and the only other way out is a one way exit.
Crystal stared at Duela, waiting for an answer.
((By the way, Santiago Campos. You really did need to post where she was coming from and post how she got into the base to begin with. Your first post really should be longer than just one line.))

Arell gently let Duela down onto the floor. "Ya know, I been wond'rin' dat myself. Heard 'bout de monkey on my back but I never expected a monkey t' be a kid." he said, judging the girl to be a little younger than Red Cardinal.
"Is the circus in town? First the Halloween party, now here." C.J. growled, going for a pocket flask of rum.
"Watch it now, I WORK for the Circus." Dundee retorted.
"You know her?" C.J. asked.
"No, and I know everyone from the Circus." Dundee said.
"Well I meant a different circus, moron." C.J. said, shaking his head.

Duela set her hands on her hips, smiling. "Monkeys huh? Last I checked I was Human, then again that was years ago." She turned to Crystal, "This is a Base? Couldn't tell! I don't remember, and what the hell is Fort Knox? Oh, and i'm just Ninja like that."
Duela was incredibly Lucky, and had an amazing inventory of gadgets and tools, a little puny rat hole was all she needed to exist before she could do something about it. It wouldn't matter, it was most likely she came to just bother them.OOC: On my screen it was three lines. That line thing is unreliable because we all have different sized screens.

((When I say lines I mean sentences. That post was much better and easier to work with.))
Crystal stared at Duela. The other girl was normally just an annoyance any more sense she stopped portraying herself as different villain's daughters. Although she had on her old "Joker's Daughter" outfit.
"So what are you here for Duela? And I would appreciate if you didn't climb on Arell." Crystal sidestepped to Arell and layed her head on his arm in a protective manor. Crystal wasn't usually one to be jealous but this was one of those times that she felt she was allowed to be.

Arell smiled a bit and put his arm around Catgirl. "Doan' worry none, che'. Looks a li'l young for me." he said in his low growl. He was definitely appreciative of Crystal jumping in for him.
Dundee however, was looking a little upset at C.J. for their conversation earlier. C.J. however, was focusing on the screen, keeping an eye out for Smitty and his new friend.

Big Daddy turned and looked at Duela Dent, knowing full well who she was. Ready to go into action, if it was neccessary. Duela could easily see a man who seemed to be costumed in an armored costume that resembles Batman. Macready simply arched an eyebrow and said, "Fort Knox, eh? Let's not forget the two bad guys that are outside."

C.J. smirked as he watched the screen. "To borrow a phrase from home, I'm on that like stink on a bug." he said, pointing to the screen. "Unfortunately, it don't pick up the Dallas game." he said with a shrug.
"Ha! Kharma fer not payin' up dat five bucks from de Saints game last week!" Arell said with a smirk as Dundee looked at the screen.
"Keeping surveillance on those two hitmen would work a lot better if they were THERE." Dundee said, a little attitude towards C.J., who shrugged it off.

"Cause I'm bored, duh," said Duela. "Besides, I brought pie!" she exclaimed putting it out of the messenger bag she had, how convenient. She pointed at Big Daddy "Hey, aren't you from that movie I saw, what was it, Kick --- right?"

"How was that movie anyways?" C.J. asked, propping his feet up on the table, careful not to put them in the pie out of accident. He was playing with his knife while watching the screen for any other intruders.
"I think I saw that once when I was in th' future. They're gonna make glasses t' show the movie right in front a' ya without the theater." Jonah said, the ever-important time traveler.
"It was alright, Ceej. I got de copy of it back at the house." Arell said as he took a swig from a bottle of booze.
"What kinda pie is that, Duela?" Dundee asked.

Crystal looked at the pie. "Is it strawberry pie? I like strawberry pie." She said in a childish manor.
She then looked at Arell and smiled at him before sneaking in a soft poke to his side and giggling. "Rawr!"

Arell smirked. "Dat sho' looks good, dat's for sure." he said with a smile. He felt Crystal poke him in the side and laughed, tickling her a little bit.
C.J. smiled at the two having fun. Boy, what'd I give for those two side forums to be canon . . . or are they? he thought as he fumbled in his pockets.

Something started beeping. "Eek! I'm going to be late for the party!" she exclaimed. She immediately ran off, no goodbyes or anything, she was long gone. Besides, Duela wasn't the type to miss out on something fun.

"And that was Duela Dent everybody. The maniac that thinks she's every other maniac's daughter." Crystal stated in a dramatic voice like a night show host as she rolled her eyes.
She then looked at the others. "Well if I'm going to go and do some convencing I should go get ready. Trench-coat and jeans aren't what you wear to a mafia homestead."

"Matter a' fact, we should all get a li'l more dressed up. Just in case we gotta get in on de act, too." Arell said as Dundee protested.
"Oh no, man. Last time I do things you make me, I wind up havin' to go y'all's bail or wind up havin' to cover for y'all in some way or 'nother." Dundee said as C.J. got up.
"Well, if you have a backup plan, I'm sure we'd LOVE to hear it." C.J. said, still fumbling in his pockets. Aw, nuts! I knew I was forgetting something. I forgot to get Sapph's phone number from the other thread! DAMMIT! he thought.
"No, I'm done havin' to be second fiddle for y'all's dumbass antics. I'm outta here!" Dundee said and was just about to go up the stairs, when he hit his head on the pipe he hit before.
"Well, smart moment's over." Hex growled.
