THE kage PPPPFFF Brolly we almost ALWAYS posted in this thread anyways. We're just getting into old habits Yeah, but it seems to happen in almost any guild. You get one or two threads that everyone posts in and everything else is ignored. I don't mind this guild being a general guild, but I figure if we want it to stay on the original topic we should probably look at the forum itself a little more. xP I only say that because I know every time I come here I look at this thread, and maybe the top two in the forum. But generally I never even browse the forum. I don't know if everyone else does that too and so the forum is ignored, or if I'm just a terrible person.

I'd post pictures, but I'm waiting until I get better ones first.
Since all the latest recent pictures of me are of me in cosplay. It's not really me, per se.
That said, the new RIG looks fabulous. Time to actually start questing for some of them items. emo

RIG?
I haven't paid attention to any announcement Gaia's made in a looooong time. I don't pay for GC and it's hard to make gold unless you really work for it so I don't really buy any items on Gaia either. So knowing what they're coming out with hasn't been important to me at all. And if it's not avatar stuff I care even less.

I don't do RIG's because I don't really do the cash thing. (RIG = Random Item Generator)
I want to see your cosplay pics! xd
I don't think it's necessary to change the guild classification really. I think we're fine. And since we're supposed to be discussing anime.... Did you know that Monster is now on SyFy? I've been watching it and really enjoying it. I had heard great things about it for a long time, but I just never got around to watching it until it came on tv. (And that is kind of ironic considering the fact that I rarely watch tv.)

I think this one of the RIGs I've paid most attention to. The other one was the mirror one, but it was just me loling at all the characters.
I kinda think there're too many RIGs. I mean they're amusing and Gaia makes money off of them (which they need/ deserve to keep this place going) but...
Posted cosplay pic. I'd post more but a lot of the other ones are during non-private shoots so pictures are taken at bad moments. xD
I've heard of Monster. Never watched it though. Is it any good?

So, on top of work, midterms, medical crap, and everything else I had to sit down to try and figure out what classes I'm going to take next semester. WHOLE NEW BOTTLE OF STRESS burning_eyes
I have three semesters left to take courses if I want to graduate on time. For my major, I still need to take 9 out of 11 possible courses. Next semester, they're offering 3 of those courses, 2 of which are being held at the same time. I also need to take 4 more elective courses. I have 11 choices for those, but next semester they're only offering 1 of them and it happens to fall on the same time as the 2 required courses that are already conflicting. I also still need to take 2 honors colloquium courses on top of the senior thesis that I'll have to work on next year. I don't know how the hell I'm expected to do all this.

Kenny I'm not going to sugar coat this: That sounds absolutely awful, and it makes me very glad that if I ever do go back to school it will only be for one class to learn one thing.

@Skippy, Monster is an anime. I don't know too much about it so far except that it is a psychological thriller. I have only seen the first two episodes so far. I could read more about it, but I don't want too many spoilers. Here is some info on it if you care to look. @Kenny, that's awful! sad So I guess that there's no way for you to be a full time student next semester. They are posting the spring course schedule tomorrow and I hope that I don't have the same problem. I have four courses left. Three are specific required classes, and one is an elective. I'm just afraid that my specific required classes are going to be at the same time. @_@ I hope that you will be able to work something out with your adviser. @Sarcastic - Yay! xd *goes to check cosplay pics*

If I take my two honors colloqs this semester then I should be able to get enough credit hours for full time status. But they're honors colloqs so that may end up being a ton of work so I don't know if I want to do that or not. I dunno, I'm going to go b***h and whine to the CS chair and the Honors college people to see what I can do. Hopefully there's some alternative I haven't seen yet.

I know that sometimes they let students do independent study or an online course if there is a course that they really need, but can't get into. That's what I was talking about earlier.
@Skippy, to be honest, I haven't had much of a chance to watch any of the videos yet. sweatdrop Senior Seminar is seriously kicking my butt and stealing my time.

When I was in high school I used to talk to the administration quite a bit (counselor, teachers, secretary, TA's...etc.) about courses and requirements and all that sort of thing (quite often when I was supposed to be in class, but that's a detail we'll choose to ignore). I was always looking for ways to do less or to get around the classes I didn't want to do, and to get through with it all faster, plus I like to know how the system works. I learned quite a lot from doing that, and it's part of the reason I have my diploma now. If I hadn't spoken to all those people I never would've learned about the most excellent short cut I took. Instead of taking 5 or 6 courses I only had to return to school for one semester, and attend class twice a week for three hours to get an English credit. Had I not known what I did I'd still be in school.
Pester your administration Kenny, I'm telling you it works.

THE kage Problem with college counselors. You can make an appointment and it takes about 4 WEEKS before you can meet ******** ya. -_- I was supposed to make appointments with my counselor (mind you it would've only taken a day at most to see them probably), but I would always just walk in and be like "Hey, I have a question." and that would be that. If you walk in and just say "Hi do you mind if I ask you something quick?" you can get away with a 30 minute (give or take) conversation with them.
