I think I joined a couple of events, and I suppose I could jon towns a few times. I actually went to towns the other day to find the Zomg maps. Well, we usually meet in towns nearly every night if possible. It's where we would meet during RO Barton 002012.

I just have to take the time to say I am really excited about the new Gaia Sailor Scour RP and how it's really taking off full steam. I think it stands a real fighting chance of lasting for quite a long time. Besides, It gives me a reason to try drawing my characters more. Practice makes perfect! wink

I'm really happy it's taking off. I haven't RPed in such a long time, but I wanted to get back to it. I'm actually surprised it is doing so well since a lot of us are busy in real life. But I'm gonna be drawing again soon as well. I'm really happy with my latest drawing of Prim, but I wanna draw Lorelei too. I've really wanted to make a group scouts pic eventually too.I still have an old WIP with all of the Senshi back then. I want to make a new one for this RP though. I'm also debating if I wanna make a contest for the Senshi in Halloween costumes. What do you think? Also, thank you for being part of the RP and supporting it. *hug* I really appreciate it, it wouldn't have been possible without you and the other Bartobs.

Practice makes perfect! wink Yeah I'm happy it's going so well. :3 I was at first unsure join the rp since I just came back from being busy for awhile, but it's getting good more and more. :3 can't wait for what is going to happen ( Also drawing more too so that's a plus :3)

Dawww! I'm blushing. No need to thank me. As you said in your own way, it was a team effort. Actually, a senshi Halloween contest might be kinda freaky-fab. I say go for it! After looking over the profie for Loreli, I have a feeling she will get along well with Lunette because they share some of the same character traits. Kinda keep to themselves and aren't for a bunch of kerfuffle. xd Besides, they are closer in age too, both in their 20s. I'm not sure if I want Prim to find out yet that Lune transformed or not. I guess I'll just see what everyone else does as soon as the battle is over. In my mind, Aylin and Lune transforming was a latent response to Prim's initial activation of her powers. You get what I mean by that?

I also love everyone's unique characters.:3 I'll try setting up a contest in the next few days then. Yeah, I'm sure they really would. I wanna bring her in sometime soon as well. Lorelei always is studious and enjoys quiet alone time. xD Sometimes being around idiocy annoys her too. Yeah, it's fine if you want to wait. Prim will witness it eventually. c: I understand. It makes sense.

Here's the thing with regards to Aylin and the whole Senshi side for the RP. That battle in the square wasn't the first time she was transformed. It was the first time the broach had reacted to the activation of other Senshi magic and the first time she willingly used it in battle. Her grandmother's broach was known by her family and the clan to contain the key to an ancient magic once held by her ancestor from before the four pixie clans were established. The broach has been passed down for centuries and will only release its magic in the hands of a worthy sucessor to that original Senshi power, or so the legend in her family goes. Things tended to get romanticized a lot to Aylin and her siblings when their grandmother told them stories growing up.
Growing up Aylin always felt an attraction to the broach as though it were calling out to her. Her little sister Katie just always considered it something pretty their grandmother wore. When she was roughly the same age as the girls (Prim et al) Aylin's curiosity about the broach got the better of her on a day when her grandmother, for the first time Aylin could ever recall, did not wear it and the magic within it was activated transforming her into the Senshi guise she wears. When her grandmother found out what had happened she then spent the next six years of her life in intense training to get control over her own magic and the amount of magic the broach gives her. Of course, Aylin hated the training sessions because she was afraid of what she might do when transformed because of how wonky her magic is.
It was at that point out of sheer frustration, a bit of desperation, and needing to toughen up Aylin for what destiny had in store for her that her grandmother highly suggested to her parents she go into the military; something Aylin found that clicked with her very well. Aylin did her time in the military for fifteen years and then *boom* left home to explore Gaia for the next fifteen years, during which time she befriended and married a human in the infamous "fake" wedding. So while she's been transformed on several occasions it scares her half to death being in control of so much pure magic given her track record. That's also why she uses human bladed weapons like a huge crutch to compensate for her weak magic.

Hi Bartobs!
I have a week coming up that might be the best or worst week ever. I have a presentation with my class and dealing with a troublesome classmate on that end: I hope that is going to get resolved soon! Also, I'm due to hear back about other things on the job front. So if I'm unusually absent or extra ranty this week you know why. xD
Oh and to top things off I had what felt like a pinched nerved in my right shoulder blade yesterday....my idiot classmate has become a literal pain in the neck with this stress. I can laugh about it....but it's still too ouchy to appreciate the irony of the situation to it's full effect. Plus, my muscles might be rebelling from my new personal trainer's strength training for me. Growing pains all around for me! Again, trying to keep a sense of humor about it and I'm going to see a Chiropractor for the first time tomorrow. Going out for a run to try to stave off some of the stress and bad eating I did over the weekend.
Loving the Senshi RP. whee
