Viacom is enforcing a license they have on the character for a two minute short that they're going to put on Nickelodeon. So they said remove it or start paying up.

He wants to sue the library. Cause his kid (12 years) went into the adult section and checked out some 18+ manga. So he wants to sue the library for not stopping his kid from checking it out.
