Here's what you do.

Like half an hour before a speed sale, they post a picture of the pups for sale with numbers by them.

When the GO post is made, you're supposed to post in this format:



What you do is, five to ten minutes 'til the sale, open two windows and have each take up the screen.

In the first one, type up your post and have it ready.

In the second, open up the thread.

Have the second window as your active window and hover your cursor over the submit button in the first window. Hit F5 repeatedly to refresh the second window, and then click submit in the first window when the GO post shows up! :3




Also, most of the regulars will probably discuss what pup they want after the images are posted. It'd help to go for one of the pups no one's talking about. While Daphne was my first choice, no one discussed her beforehand in the thread and it turned out only two other people tried for her.


And that's how you win speed sales in the BC forum!

Okay, so yesterday I went on a trip to Chicago with my high school's theatre club. It started out awesome...or as awesome as waking up at 5 AM could be. We got from home to South Bend and from there to Chicago easily, ate [crappy] lunch [that was horrendously overpriced], spent WAAAAAAY too much time in Macy's, and then went to Borders. Yes, I did buy manga. I STARTED TSUBASA! We then saw the play, which was, of course, incredible. Our Elphaba needed some work on a few things, but blew my mind on Defying Gravity, As Long As You're Mine, and For Good. I was SOBBING during For Good.

After the play was when the 'fun' started. We went back to the train station, are and headed to the terminal...or what we believed to be the terminal due to some "genius" security guard guy telling us it was the way to go for South Bend...which it wasn't. SO YOU GUESSED IT; WE MISSED OUR TRAIN. COOL, HUH?! ...No. Not cool. At all. So we wait for 2 hours for another train, passing the time random ways, like singing for change. Then we get on the different train. Everything should be fine, right?

...No. Not at all. We get to Gary, Indiana, and IVEIHVBIEHVIEHUIHFIUGRH SOME ******** DRUNK GUY RUNS INTO OUR TRAIN, WRECKS HIS CAR, AND TAKES OFF RUNNING!!!!! So we get to sit our asses on a stationery train for a ******** HOUR. We were supposed to be HOME by 11 PM. Yeah, no. Try 3 AM. Well, 2:30, but I needed to hit Burger King; my idea of dinner at the train station was a large coke and a cinnamon roll.

So, overall I did have a lot of fun and I'm glad I went...but my GOD, train wrecks SUCK.

@_@ Not a fan of that shop, really. Their pets are all... plain.

Mush! is another good dog BC and Soquili's got great horse art. They're both pretty hard to get, though. :3
