Warakai laid there, eyes closed faking sleep, he failed to drift off without the gentle rocking of the waves beneath him, He couldn't taste the sea when he breathed in, he felt disconnected. But still he laid there eyes closed awaiting the darkness listening to the footsteps of those still awake.

Lucien Groggily woke up, still rubbing his eyes. He reached for his clear glasses sitting on the nearby coffee table and took a look around. Tamara was still asleep, but some people weren't.

Leith saw Lucien put his glasses on and she smiled at him. "Morning." she said. She walked over to him and said quietly, "I was going to jump in the shower, but you can go first if you like."

He yawned, straightening his glasses on the bridge of his nose. "Too tired to take a shower..." Azriel jokingly replied. "Besides...I'm not the kind of person to just jump into a shower before a lady."
He stood up, still surprised to find himself in his overcoat. The prior day must've been that hectic. In any case, he didn't mind at the moment and started stretching.

Warakai sat up with a sudden jolt feeling the emptiness in his stomach which manifested with a sharp pain and a loud gurgling groan, all his supplies were concealed under some rocks on the beach. He quickly moved to a crouching position and stood with a slight crack as he straightened his back and rolled his neck "Is there any food?" he asked bluntly.

Leith smiled at Lucien and nodded, she turned to warakai and smiled again, "of course there's food, silly. You can have anything in there, but I was planning on making something when I got out of the shower. If you can't wait, though, help yourself." she giggled.

Lucien took a look at the clock and yawned. It was still too early for him.
Tamara herself started to wake up slowly. "agh...I could go for some of mom's coc au vin right about now..."
"You could go back home to her then.", suggested Lucien.
"And miss this road trip? No way!", she retorted.
"What road trip?"

After a while, Jessie drifted off to sleep.
There she was, standing on a sandy beach, overlooking the clear waters of the ocean. She was wearing a plain white dress instead of her usual clothes as the calm tides brought a steady wash of water over her bare feet. The sun was shining unusually bright, almost to the point where it was painful to see.
'Where is this place?' Jessie thought to herself, squinting, trying to see where she was. That's when she heard a voice from behind her.
"sessala...." It said, or least, that's what it sounded like, extremely distant.
Jessie turned around, but no one was there. Instinctively she reached for her guns, only to find they weren't there. "Who's there?" She called out.
Her only reply was the voice, only clearer this time. It sounded like it belonged to a female.
"Jesilyn..." It called.
"...!" Jessie froze, hearing the name being called. She started to panic. The feminine voice had struck a cord within her, and triggered an emotional response that Jessie was so unused to: Fear.
"C...Come out!" Jessie demanded, her voice cracking. Spotting a large stick, she ran over to it and picked it to use in self-defense, but within moments, it had vanished into a flash of light.
The voice called again, louder this time. "Jesilyn..."
Jessie's pulse quickened at the sound of the name. She didn't like it one bit. "STOP IT!" She finally yelled in frustration, covering her ears and cringing. How she wished the voice went away. Why wouldn't it go away?

Warakai rubbed the back of his neck as he walked towards the kitchen and opened the refrigerator and pulled out a large roll of hyper processed meat he quickly unwrapped part of it and took a bite taking it back with him to the other room "Wa'sis about a roadtrip?" he asked through a mouthful.

"maybe she thinks we're all going with you and mike back to your island right away. We aren't, are we? I just thought that this was a put stop before I helped get your boat back a d helped you on your way..." leith said casually, shifting her weight to her left foot, causing her hips to swing fluidly in the same direction. She remembered mike and saw his exhausted form still on the couch.

"Sorry, Tam. No road trip.", shrugged Lucien.
"Aww...we never get to go outside of the city.", pouted Tamara, crossing her arms.

"Aaaaaa!"
Jessie awoke abrubtly. More weird dreams had come to plauge her, but this time, a nightmare. Shaking, Jessie got off the couch, pulled on her cloak, and left her hideout. She needed a breath of fresh air, that dream had freaked her out so bad. So she took to wandering the streets, as was her pastime.

A little while later Leith came out of the bathroom, her hair wet, to find her aunt in the kitchen making breakfast. "It's pancakes and scrambled eggs! Wanna help me with the eggs, dear?" Her wonderful aunt waved a spatula in the air with a large grin. She was such a cheerful woman, though she had no real reason to be. Leith smiled at her warmly and nodded, eager to help get some food on the table for her starving friends. She glanced back into the living room and found that Mike was still asleep and this worried her for a moment. She looked to Warakai, got his attention, and pointed to Mike, "Will you check on him?"
