I will be fine, I promise you, I am just highly allergic to the sun. During the noontime hours, I am unable to move or breathe very deeply.

Yes. You will notice the blackout curtains on all the windows. I normally spend the light hours in a special chamber in the basement, far away from the light. I cannot tolerate the sun on me. It will burn me very badly, so I will stay wherever I am when the sun rises for the rest of the day.
