(I guess the fur is really flying now.)
As dirt is sprayed from the exploding kunai, Big Daddy tried to get away from these manics, "Jeessss!!!"
The cowled vigilante flung a pair of gernades at Catgirl and Arell, as Macready made a beeline for the edge of the woods. The whole while all of them were taking gunfire. A couple of shots bounced off of Big Daddy's armor.
Although several goons fell to the return fire, more seemed to crawl out of the the woodwork. Stu brushed off some rubble off on him. The large barrel chested black man stood up and picked up an M-16. After clearing the chamber, D'Amico's personal henchman fired directly at the largest target... that didn't seem to be dodging, Arell. Stu fired off three quick bursts at the large Cajun.

Arell dodged the grenade meant for him, but couldn't get recovery in time to catch MacReady. "COWARD!!" he shouted at his adversary, but he turned around to face Stu, the bullets zinging past him.
"Sh*t, man. You really gonna do dat?" he growled, pulling out his other pistol and shooting back at Stu. "I got all goddamn day, a*****e! Y'all stupid Yankee nutless cowards wouldn't last five minutes where I come from!" he growled in utter defiance. He also had a point. Counting Arell and Crystal it was five to thirteen at least. Dodging shots and returning fire, he continued to gain ground, refusing to back down to a northern mafioso, even if he did outgun the Cajun.
Meanwhile, Hex and C.J., despite his wound, continued to hold off the goons with any weapon they could find.
"Dammit! I'm outta bullets!" Hex cursed.
"Take the dead guy's gun. Just hold 'em off!" C.J. growled, pistol-whipping a mook that got to close and shooting another one before tending to his injuries.

Crystal kept her pace as she ran up behind Big Daddy, put her hands together in the form of a club and swung for the back of his head. She was just too angry now to pay any attention to anything but the one in front of her.
While she knew the hit would do nothing to the man's physical well being, it had a strong chance to knock him down and if he fell she'd take her boot to between his legs.

As Big Daddy got struck in the back of his head, his armored cowl of his suit deflected most of the blow. Macready had had enough. Once they were fully in the woods, the vigilante spun around and swung a backfist as a distraction... then sprayed a blast of pepper spray in Crystal's face...
Stu got winged by a bullet and he dove down. Spotting one of his friends who was sneaking up with a grenade launcher, Stu yelled at him and pointed toward Arell, "Git that Mother!!"
The grenade launcher goon fired at Arell as two goons who had ran out of ammo themselves started swinging their rifles like clubs at Hex and Dundee. A shower of bullets riddled the area were C.J. was.

Catgirl ducked the back hand and then stared at Big daddy as the pepper pray hit the clear lenses to her mask. Although while it didn't effect her eyes it still made a mess of her nose.
She made a very cat-ish sneeze and blinked at the man. She just kind of sighed and stood up. "Why are you so intent on killing? There are much better solutions, ya know?" Catgirl started to circle the man, like a shark as she sneezed again, but she never takes her eyes off Macready.

C.J. darted for cover before a shower of bullets and saw the guy with the grenade launcher. "Dumbest mistake of his life!" he said under his breath as he ran down and tackled him, wrestling the launcher out of his hands. He turned around and fired at the would-be firing squad.
"HEX! DUNDEE! HIT THE DECK!!" he shouted and fired a few grenades.
Dundee and Hex fought the thugs off, using THEIR guns as clubs and even a knife or two on the thugs.
"Jesus Christ! Where's your dad when ya need him!" Hex shouted, punching one of the mooks in the face. The hotel no matter what would become their Alamo.
Meanwhile, Arell switched guns to a sawed-off shotgun, getting ever so closer to Stu.
"Any last words, pal?" Arell asked.

Macready was still faced off with Catgirl in the woods near the Astor Hotel. As the man circled opposite Crystal, a Ka-Bar combat knife, "Frank D'Amico took everything from me!! He set me up, and send me to prison!! My wife is dead, and my daughter is missing!!! Men like D'Amico OWNS the justice system!! So, I'm going to tear down everything around that b*****d and rip out his heart personally!!!"
As a few more goons appear with more guns, one scooped up an unconscious Red Cardinal holding a handgun to her temple, "Hey rednecks!! Drop the guns, or this girl's brains are splattered all over the pavement!!! It'll be a bad way for the girl to go!"

Catgirl stopped moving and smirked, quite evilly. "My dear Macready... There are far worse things than death in this world. What does D'Amico coven over anything else? What is his pride and joy?"
She tilted her head at the older man. "Do the same as he's done to you and take it. Take it all... There is no need to kill the man when you can make him look like a fool in front of his most prized contacts, or to make a few of his deliveries or payments late."
She then paused a moment and thought.
"And then when someone else goes to kill him... You could happen to save him, causing mass damage to his ego."

"Hmmm? I like the approach, but it doesn't mean that I have to save him," Macready kept his stance and Ka-Bar ready. Shouts from up the slope announced the approach of Falcone's and D'Amico's goons. With a quick glance up the hill, Big Daddy's gaze returned to Crystal's, "Considering that you guys just took out most of my arsenal and ruined my shot at taking out TWO crime bosses, I think we need to get out of here."

Catgirl scratches the back of her head. "Yah well... We had to stop you somehow." She then looked back up the hill and bit her lip. "I sure hope Arell's ok... But right this second..."
She turned and scurried off, away from the others. "I have a hideout not to far from here... It's not actually mine but my friend no longer uses it."

Macready nodded as he tucked his combat knife away, Sounds good to me..." Big Daddy was interrupted by a pair of goon running down firing submachine guns. With a lightning draw, Macready drew a silenced .22 calibur Browning Buck Mark and fired three times. The first shot went through the eye of the thug on the right, then put the second and third shots in the center of the chest of the other goon. After both thugs were dispatched, Macready turned to follow Catgirl, "After you."

"Yah...." Catgirl shook her head and ran at full speed towards a nearby graveyard, using a hand to txt Arell the address of the place they were going with the name "Victoria Henson".
As they made it to the graveyard Catgirl stopped to catch her breath. She then looked down the way for any trailers.

((Hot damn, I missed a lot. Time for the big post . . . however Skuld, you DO realize they'd be running into a couple grenades, right?))
Arell got a text message on his phone just when blue and red lights started appearing on the horizon. He smirked as the Gotham highway patrol appeared at the hotel, officers coming out of the cars and taking on the goons to disarm. Protect and serve fellas! he thought, holstering his gun.
"Y'know, holdin' a gun to an unconscious girl's friend is bad 'nuff. Holdin' dat gun around de COPS is worse for you, jackass!" Arell growled.
"Hey now, dat ain't right leavin' me out of a decent fight, mon!" Antigua said as she drove to where Hex, C.J. and Dundee were, providing them with a hasty retreat. Arell whipped out his phone and called Crystal.
"Hey, shug. We're on our way. I just gotta take care of dis punk that's holdin' RC hostage." the big guy said, a group of officers coming down the hill to the mook.
"Drop the gun and get down on the ground!" the officer shouted.

And that was when the gernades launched nailing goon and officer alike, making them fly through the air. Stu used the distraction to scamper out of sight, while the goon holding Red Cardinal drug her back, using her as a shield.
With Gotham police pouring in, a dicey gunfight occurs with dust obscuring everything. No one can see past three feet in front of them, except for occassional gunfire flashes.

((Hell Broke Loose!!))
With the dust kicking up Arell could barely see a damn thing in the situation. He almost got hit by Antigua in Arell's pickup truck and had to keep low in order not to get shot. Bullets zinged as he kept himself covered until he got into the truck.
"Where too, mon?" Antigua asked.
"De hell outta here, that's where! Gotham's a f***in' WAR ZONE!!" Arell cursed and growled, rolling down the window and firing a few shots at any Mafioso that he saw as the Pickup truck hauled a** off of the battlefield. All this and C.J. realizing he got shot.
"F*CK!!" he shouted, when he touched his shoulder and pulled back and saw blood.
"Stay calm, kid! Freakin' out's only gonna make it worse." Hex growled as he used his knife to pop out the bullet. Using Dundee's bandanna and the cigarette lighter from the truck, Hex took care of the wound while they got the hell out of the battlefield to the graveyard to catch up with "Victoria" and Big Daddy.
