I didn't think it was possible, but I guess Kenny really IS more awesome. =/
Dude. I love thunderstorms.
Last night around 10pm the power went out and it didn't come on again until after six this morning. I normally don't go to sleep until around three in the morning because I'm a loser and I dont' have a job (yet--I'm dropping off a bunch of applications today 4laugh ).
So I played Pokemon. For like five hours. And I did a bunch of stuff I normally wouldn't do unless I'm incredibly bored.
And I ended up finding a shiny Ponyta.
And I feel really awesome. scream

I like thunderstorms for absolutely no reason at all.
Mostly because I make fun of people who scream when they hear it. Not like California really gets thunderstorms. At all. <_<;

So my girlfriend is helping a mutual friend of ours look after the summer bible school class at the latter's church.
Two of the first graders she's watching argue all day over which one of them is married to her. xD
Also, someone in Japan finally traded me a Turtwig. scream JAPANESE KIDS PWN THE GLOBAL TRADE NETWORK. Apparently they aren't greedy assholes like American kids.

I dropped off an application at a department store Wednesday afternoon, and the guy at customer service said it would probably be a few weeks before they called me back and a few weeks after that for an interview because they aren't even really hiring.
So Thursday at almost 10pm I got a call from the store asking me to come in for an interview Friday.
I feel lied to. o.0

Sir Ichigo I dropped off an application at a department store Wednesday afternoon, and the guy at customer service said it would probably be a few weeks before they called me back and a few weeks after that for an interview because they aren't even really hiring. So Thursday at almost 10pm I got a call from the store asking me to come in for an interview Friday. I feel lied to. o.0 That's because the guy at customer service is a fool. If an employer is going to hire somebody they don't wait a few weeks before calling, and then another few weeks for an interview. They try to get the person they want to hire right away so that they don't go work for somebody else. If they aren't going to hire you, they won't phone you back to begin with. If you get the job, tell him he's dumb.
