Eat smaller meals, of full calories, and drink some ******** water.
I personally think I'm getting too thin. My face looks kinda sallowed out, and I'm starting to creepy myself out... My I haven't been doing crazy diets or
working out very much Okay, I've been landscaping, so that's a damn dirty lie. But that shouldn't leave me looking more ghastly.
I wonder if my insides are really okay. Some days I feel like something is eating me.
Kegan's breakfast was his dinner last night. Eggplant Parm with pasta. I shallow fried the seasoned and batter dipped slices in olive oil, to give it that nice crispyness, kinda like bloomin' onion, but less greasy. Then I let them drain for a bit, and baked them in layers with tomato sauce, topped with a thin layer of cheese(Too much cheese and it won't get crispy, and it'll be oily) After which it was no longer crispy, but kinda absorbed a great deal of flavor.
I tried some of the fried eggplant before I baked it and it was pretty damn good, too. Here's my batter recipe.
Seasoned batter for Fried eggplant (Mixed in this order)
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Parsley
1 pinch of thyme
3/4 to 1 Teaspoon of Paprika
1 cup of flour
1 Tablespoon of oil
2 eggs beaten with 1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder
3/4 cup of milk
1 Teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
That would be enough to prepare two normal sized eggplants, or 3 small ones.(Small not being aubergine, those guys would be wacky to fry)
