Hiroto noticed her hesitation and pulled the girl back into the alley. "What is it?" He asked her as he peeked at the figures again. He looked back at her, "Someone you know?"

Right outside the shop, you find the faceless mage, the stuck-up warrior, and...an anthro raven. She wasn't here before...however, you also notice the winged girl from earlier...falling out of the church! She seems to be holding onto some guy in red as they are falling together.

"Well... I kinda know the warrior..." I say softly, hoping to not gain any of the other three's attention. "He's alright... but there's this crazy chick with him that... she's just crazy and trust me, you DO NOT want to deal with her..." I peer quickly around the corner but just as quickly retreat back to look at Hiroto.

"Crap!" I take Irene's book and put it in my pouch. I then kneel quickly with my back to her. "Get on, quick!"

Hiroto thought for a few minutes, he could do with joining the rest of the group, like he should. Or he could play with this girl for a bit, he considered the first option for a few minutes, indeed she was crazy, but strength in numbers. Still...
"How many people do you travel with?" He asked as he crossed his arms, his gloves had taken all the hits but his hands tingled a bit.

I try to unfurrow my wings to lessen the damage of my descent to the Earth. I swing a punch at the mage, more for a distraction to him then anything else. He was clearly loyal to his goal to the point of dying for his cause, so I wanted to make sure interrupt on unfolding my wings was minimalized. "Angels can fly, but can people?" I say to him tauntingly. No self respecting swashbuckler can repress thorwing in some banter!

Hiroto smiled at her comment, sounded like a movie, he shrugged as he stated the obvious, "Now that didn't work out very well did it? Almost died back there." He said sticking his tongue out as he began to walk back down the alley, opposite of the main street. "Well come along then. If you travel alone then hows about we work together to SURVIVE?" He said.

"Well hello Apollo. Pleasant to meet you! Actually, I'm really glad I've met both of you. Both of you bring hope and courage to me, and, well..." I blush beneath my feathers, but you can only tell I'm a little embarassed by my sparkling dark eyes looking at the two men appraisingly.
"Are there any more survivors with you?"
I ask eagerly, my feet crossed bashfully, looking intensely at the bandaged man, hoping he'll tell me his name as well...

I watch as Hiroto starts to retreat back into the alley and a smirk spreads across my face. "Sounds like an adventure to me," I reply with a smile as I start to follow him. "Best get that tongue back in your mouth though..." I add with a more playful, but slightly serious expression.

As you walk down the alley, a man blocks the way out.
"Go back, Outsiders," he says. "It is not safe in this area...Ghuran roams free; he will claim your souls if you are not careful."

I come to a stop as the man gets in my way. A smirk comes to my face. "Ghuran eh? Is he about yay tall?" I hold up my hand to show about how tall the silver haired guy was earlier. "With long silver hair and black clothes?" I motion to my own hair and clothes, just for gesture's sake.

I run towards the building at high speed. What the hell is going on? When I get close enough, I call out to Layla. "Hey! What's going on?!"

"We intend to leave as soon as possible..." Hiroto replied to the man who appeared. "Unless, your willing to help us so that he won't find us." He said hoping his slick tongue would work on the man, if not he'd head back, despite the girl he was traveling with desperate pleas to not return.

I angle my descent down trying to lower as fast as possible but still to the point where i'm at a safe landing speed. I try to land with a shift, sharp stomp to the mage in order to ensure he dies. I take in a deep breath, knowing that the impact will likely hurt because of the dagger in my chest. "Willow and I got attacks. most of the group is down, but I have to move asap!" I say hurriedly.
