Regulust Wait no... I'm thinking of that other stupid bug pokemon from gen... 4? Ah... then you mean Burmy.
Male becomes Mothim, Female becomes Wormadam.
Wormadam can have three different secondary types (Grass, Ground, Steel), depending on where it gained it's cloak in battle as a Burmy, as ILI said.
Forest areas = Grass cloak Cave areas = Sandy Cloak Indoor areas = Trash cloak
They're definitely making more twists on the whole evolving scheme.

Wormadam's secondary type thing is neat, but there are better bugs.

...I just noticed; why do I find it so damn scintillating to explain things? It just feels... good.

I_love_Inuyasha1 Owwin, you seem kinda bug-savvy, what do you recommend? I'm pretty clueless XD Get Yanma. It evolves into the best Bug pokemon ever. It only appears on Route 35 and is super rare though.

He loses his psychic resistance with that fighting secondary though, and flying rips him to shreds. Still awesome. My favorite is Pincer looks wise, and while is is stronger in this gen he is still overshadowed by Scisor's speed and Heracross's power. EDIT: Oh hell yeah reg is right on that one. He was talking about his yanma earlier and I totally forgot about mega between then and now XD.

Huh. Phanpy could learn Water Gun via breeding in Crystal.
Too bad that didn't carry over. Then again Water Gun is relatively weak.

Reg: I'm pretty close to Route 35, I'll check it out after Whitney.

WTF Feraligatr doesn't learn Hydro Pump until level 71!?
@Ili: It'll take a good 4-5 hours for one to show up.
If you wait a couple days at the latest I should have a bunch of Yanma eggs.
