It might not get very good reception. Don't wanna ******** that up. Fish: Trust me, I would have gotten Half Life 2 years ago. But I would have to, oh I don't know, be able to play it! xd It would get great reception. It's a long running game with a huge fanbase, and by upping the graphics and engine which are starting to seem outdated for a long awaited new installment would be a huge treat. I think it would, anyway. WELL ********. COME OVER. No no, not what I meant. I meant to throw out a small game with the engine to see how the fanbase responds before using it on HL3. As cool as Portal 2 or Ep.3/HL3 would be, more importantly,

Evamortte Meta_Fish Evamortte Meta_Fish Evamortte While I wouldn't be devastated if they took what they have with Ep.3 and just made HL3, I duuno, I'd just prefer if they wrapped up the episode trilogy, end on the typical Valve cliffhanger, then make HL3. I WANT SOME CLOSURE. It's been awhile since an episode. I think this one's gonna be big. The more they wait, the more I hype on the inside. Well, if you're expecting a new engine, be prepared for an extremely long wait, lol. sweatdrop They could work on it while they do other stuff. They are Valve.Exactly. They work on Valve time. xd L4D2 was made in a year. But Rome wasn't built in a day. D8

Like, obviously the maps themselves would require similar time, but the zombie spawns are all randomized. Half-Life needs to be tailored to keep the pacing good.
