I'm just raising Mons from eggs in my LG to migrate them.
I got a Shiny Meditite from a chap some time ago. It evolved recently.

I didn't even realize it was shiny at first because the shiny sparkle thing is actually really subtle in platinum I was like "Oh look a Gligar. I should catch it. I thought they were more purple than that... HOLY s**t SHINY" EDIT: Guys, what should I name it? I was thinking Batman but that seems silly. (I do have a Psyduck named Darkwing though...)

Even if there's a Move Deleter to circumvent this, that's balls. Especially since there is the case of the pokemon Salamence, who actually LEARNS an HM move naturally.
