Sardin smiled and spoke. "Three green and 3 red. the green will go with the beef in the skillet and red with the pork in it's skillet." He said as he started stirring the veggies into the pan with the chicken to caramelize and cook them pointing to each skillet for the apples to go into.

Olandrik nods a bit. "well I say it because if he took after me in cooking thats all he would be able to do. His refined cooking skills are not from me I can tell you." He laughed a little.

Sardin smirked and looked to the stacks of plates. "Yes if you could set the table and get the drinks from the fridge set out that would be a big help." He said cooking the apple just lightly and then started plating the food on the serving plates slicing the meats thin to make sure everyone could have plenty to choose from. Once it was done he carried one large platter to the table placing it in the middle looking around

"Dad Hitana foods done." He called out not seeing them at first. Olandrik hearing this poofed into the dining area taking a seat. "It's about time it smells so good I thought it would get done when I was nothing but skin and bones from starving!" He said teasing Sardin.

Sardin smiled a bit. "Thank you it's what mother used to make me after I got done with fight training, it actually has all the nutrients a body need to gro stronger. even helps with strengthening one to have a more easy rate of recovery from magic use. Yet though it helps increase physical strength is does not bulk a body up mass wise. If you eat like this after every workout you could look as non muscular as you two look, but be able to lift a huge dragon or three horses at one time. Which is shocking to most.

Yes there are those fighters that think people are only strong if they got massive muscles. But increasing the mass of muscles can actually weaken a muscles true potential of weight manipulation. Which means someone that looks like a big muscular behemoth is actually weaker then Lyra right now." Sardin said.

Olandrik nodded a bit. "It's where the sayings like 'looks can be deceiving' and 'don't judge a book by its cover' come from. Infact it was put to the test and a human 10 year old child who was highly active physically and a muscular man like those fighters for show in town how they looked with those huge bulging muscles. Well the 10 year old was able to carry the same weight the bulky man could but for 5 feet longer than the muscular grown up who worked out hard all the time.

While first off strength can increase from muscle mass increase. you lessen the duration of ones strength as the bulky muscles lose durability over time. So here is something to take to mind. Train and build your muscles for what you want, Big muscles is for immediate bursts of large strength, trimmed fit muscles like you and Lyra have now are built up stronger for duration. Meaning you could hold a heavy object up longer then anyone with large muscles....

Unless its a dragon your up against dragons can outlast everyone because we can literally turn our muscles to stone and sometimes we can take a nap that lasts over 1,000 years. Which when we do it is like we turn to stone for this duration." Olandrik explained then smirked as he ate slowly savoring his meal.

Sardin put his fork down and swallowed his mouthful sipping his drink then looked to Hitana. "Depends how fast you learn to strengthen your powers and keep control over your emotions. I would say likely looking towards a minimum of like 3 years perhaps. Though I doubt it will take more than 12 years to do it. Based on how fast you both react to training and learning quickly.

But I can tell you it can be quite fun there. I thought I only took 5 years to learn everything I know from the start of my teaching when I developed my powers. Wound up to be over 115 years I spent there from having so much fun time just flew by. Though that included flight training, transformations, elemental breath control, mixture magic, creature knowledge, multiple normal weapons, magic weapons, armor, general magic of various other sorts, potion making, herb identification and use for medicines, survival training, combat training, strength and speed control and manipulation. speak in the many languages I know. And things like that.

But you two just going for he elemental power and emotional control training so you won't need nearly as much time as I did you know all the basics and all but need to learn special strengthening and growth training. That way the power you hold won't corrupt your way of thinking. Which will actually paced slower most likely. Your quick to learn, adjust and adapt and most mages could teach you but also most mages are arrogant, vain, self centered people who push for perfection right away. And many times pushing someone to learn way too fast for emotional adaptation.

Which is why I chose the grand magus my grandmother on my fathers side to teach you. She takes time for you to fully understand doing something finds your comfort speed and teaches you to that speed. That way you control your power, not your power gaining control over you. too fast can well do you know what a chaos mage is?" Sardin asked looking to Lyra and Hitana.

Sardin sighed and a spark of electricity shot into the air from his hair standing on end to kinda startle Hitana. "I said it could happen it depends on my grandmother. She has to meet and test the two of you. But if she does split you two apart it is for the protection of everyone. Not many people actually know vampires still exist, And others don't think they are real to prove them wrong could destabilize their minds and make their power go out of control Hitana.

But if you two only train best together she should take that into consideration. But part of your training for emotional control is not relying on the fact you have each other close. What would happen if Lyra was sick and you knew how to make her better, but you had to go hunting for herbs to heal her up? And in the process meet someone who greatly upsets you risking your emotions and power going out of control and if you remain dependant on Lyra to keep you from losing control.

Well it would not be a good ending result likely making you for years be roaming before regaining yourself and remember what you was doing and go to find because you was the only one that could have healed Lyra, that too much time passed without her recovering and she died. Because you was too dependant on her keeping you in control. And the one time she would need you to stay in control to save her life, she wouldn't be there when you need her and ending up finding out she passed during your out of control moment.

So while I am not saying they will keep you apart. As vampires and non vampires do take classes and training together at times except training that could cause a non human to bleed. Which has kept accidents down very low between vampires and non vampires. I am also not saying you will never be parted either. There may come a time you will need to let Lyra go her own way hitana like if she falls in love and goes to move off to live with him. You will be apart from her due to that. And same goes for Lyra. yet if you can't let go and something unspeakable happens the other will go berserk and likely start ripping the world apart. So yes there will be times you have to train on being apart. But what ever is a more comforted training should be taken into consideration.

So if you Hitana have a mission that risks you losing control you will know how to keep control without Lyra by your side. As likely she could be on her own mission several days travel away from you. And you both need the training on how to keep yourselves from losing control on your own. And by the way incase you didn't know a chaos mage is someone who lose to the control of their power and are similar to that male demon that brought danger to this very town. Instead of helping people you would be out to hurt and kill them." Sardin explained glancing calmly to Hitana.

Olandrik sighed at this and spoke up "Chaos mages also think that by killing whole cities of innocent people that they are "Helping" to save them. In their minds they believe they are doing good when they are doing evil. And we do not need people born to their powers to turn into a chaos mage." He said giving Hitana and Lyra a stern gaze to impart to them the severity of this matter.

Sardin sighed. "Most siblings are not this close. Most I seen fight the other. It's different for them. Lyra can cool Hitana down very fast and Hitana would can calm Lyra down just as fast. Indeed though if anyone hurt the other they will lose control. Possibly transform into something like a beast kindof. And they would rage out of control without the other..... If we let their power gain control over them. They grew up having the others back for several years after their mother died and father fled not realizing due to their mothers enchantment.

We don't really know what they are but I know they are only half human. as Hitana was getting really mad I felt an inhuman energy surge through her. Though I do not know what it is of." Sardin said to the guard trying to figure it out.

"Well I will have to likely be present during their training. Since I got powers no one else has. Since I also can't really die. That way if the worst happens I might be able to restrain them. I got a recording crystal here. Grandma knows how to play it back. I recorded the energy change in Hitana but no I have not felt it from Lyra yet.

They are really good at hiding it. But I don't know if they even know what they really are." Sardin said holding his arm out as the recording crystal was warm and detached from the crystal fused into his right arm. "See to it this gets to the Grand magus, my grand mother at the moon and sun towers." Sardin said looking to the guard.
