It's not that I don't care people are being "unfairly treated."
But the reaction isn't justified. Not to mention I don't know Fish's side of the story.
And really, I'm not to worried. :/
Worse case scenario the cult gets deleted, someone remakes it, and in a year we bump ourselves up to the same status we're at now.
I'm not going to cry over losing my post count.

In the game I'm playing, if they happen to KO you, they can literally knock the clothes off your back!
Left me in my character's underwear once when one ambushed me when I first started out a year or so back. xd

But he's complaining with full knowledge that he could ruin the guild for everyone. Is it worth that? If he doesn't like it he could just leave. If you guys are so worried about keeping the guild safe, un-ban the crybaby and convince Fish to transfer ownership to Ryan until things cool down.
