{{I haven't had anyone to respond to. lol. I posted but haven't gotten a response to it. Cuwen Alena tilted her head to the side in confusion. "Why would having the same memories be embarrassing? I experienced them the same as she did, and the ones the fairies changed, I didn't experience. I know it is hard to understand, but I do enjoy the questions you are asking. I love talking with individuals who try to better their understanding of the world around them! I commend you for that." An exact replica of Alena's voice could be heard behind her. "My, I had an excellent conversation with one of the blue butterflies! They said it was very refreshing to have so many students out and about around the lake again." She wrapped her arm around Dymetri's waist and smiled up at him.

Dymetri smirked down at her. "I'm glad that we've given the butterflies some cheer." He gave her a sweet peck on the forehead and placed his hands on her arms. "Things are calming down, Lin. I greeted the guests, would you like to bid them farewell?"

{{Maybe he could come in after the party. smile So we can move forward but he can see Alena after the party. She'll be hanging around for awhile. smile }}
Lin looked up at Dymetri and just stared for awhile with a bright smile on her face. Her eyes only remained on Dymetri now. It was as if everyone else had melted away. Not even her own clone could tear her eyes away from Dymetri now.
She moved closer in his arms. "I think that would be best. We should retire to bed..."
She didn't know once they got up there how to ask what she wanted. Maybe it was too soon. Maybe that type of thing only happened periodically, like once every other month or something. She didn't know. She had read about the anatomy of the subject, but that was it. Maybe he would think she was ridiculous for wanting to be with him again so soon.

He grinned and cupped her face. "Darling, we're not alone yet. I'll do it, since you're so sleepy." With one arm wrapped closely around Lin, Dymetri gestured to his guests. "As you all are aware, it's most definitely late. You are not forced to leave, as this isn't our property, but our gathering is over for the night. Goodnight to all and I hope you all had a magnificent time; see you tomorrow!" He looked over to the elves... fairies.. whatever they were, and grinned once more. "We'll be leaving for the night. I'll see you all tomorrow, friends."
The walk from the lake back to Mystic Fountain wasn't difficult, although the first journey he'd made there wasn't led by him. But it seemed as though Lin's mind was on something else.
When they reached her room-- obviously Dymetri walked her there-- he held her face by the back of her neck and held her hand with the other. "I love you. I'm in love with you. You're the best thing to ever happen to me. Now, since this is all true, why not tell me what's on your mind, my love?"
The constant nagging that once infuriated him was now shot down to a silent dribble. He had quite the self control, including control of other selves. Ha.
"If it'd help you grow more tired, would you like to explore the school?" He pressed his forehead against hers and looked down at Lin. "Perhaps we could find the secret tunnels they don't allow students to be in. Break the codes."
He had his signature smirk on, the dastard devil. The gold in his eyes seemed to pulsate, trying to push the human's green away. They almost looked like the eyes that Dymetri's old body once had.

Lin smiled and waved at everyone, her smile widening when she looked at her new friends next to her. Then, when her eyes landed on her clone, she gave her a gentler, more-familiar smile.
"It was such a pleasure meeting all of you. I sincerely hope we will see you tomorrow!"
She then focused back on Dymetri and followed him up the hill, keeping her skirt gathered up just slightly so that it didn't drag in the dirt. Her mind was indeed on something else, though. It was still focused on Dymetri, but just on something else involving him.
Before she knew it, they were suddenly in front of her door. Well that was fast, and she most certainly didn't want to be here. They wouldn't be able to sleep in the same bed if she slept in her room.
She looked at Dymetri with pleading eyes. How could she ask him to let her stay with him? That was very improper and rude. One did not invite one's self over to another person's abode.
When Dymetri stated his deep love for her, shared that he was in love with her, and shared that she was the best thing to happen to him, her eyes began to fill with tears and she squeezed the hand that was holding hers. She sighed softly when his forehead touched hers.
"Oh Dymetri..."
She laughed softly as his mischievous side started to take over. "You know, that might be a wonderful idea, Dymetri. It could serve to clear my mind and I would not have to say goodnight to you so soon. I don't want to part with you just yet."
She pulled back slightly and then leaned up and slowly and softly kissed his forehead. Then, she spoke softly against it.
"I finally have you back and I feel as if we can truly share our love for each other now completely. Nothing is holding us back. I do not want to risk going to sleep and waking up to all of this possibly being a dream. I love you so much, Dymetri, and I feel I am likely to burst from it. It is scary and wonderful all at the same time. Completely magical."
She turned her head to the side slightly and moved it until her had was resting in the crook of his neck. She lightly nuzzled it. "Let us see who else is still up. Professors perhaps?"
Days before, she never would have condoned such extreme PDA. But now, she could think of doing nothing else.

((So I'm trying to get an apprenticeship at a tattoo parlor.))
He chuckled at the tingle that her nuzzle gave him. He really did love this girl. Part of him slightly missed the anger she once held for him, though. It was fun, to flirt with her as a teacher. But now they're together, more together than they'd ever been. "Professors? Now, why would you want to go and look for trouble. Come on, darling. There's an area in the school that even teachers weren't allowed to roam in. I remember, I used to doze off in the meetings where they told us that it was forbidden." He held her hand and led her through corridors and hallways and doors, until they were roaming in a place that left even Dymetri a bit lost. "Um.." he breathed. He turned around to find two more hallways. Another turn, another few doors. He didn't know where else to go, not even how to get back. He didn't want to frighten Lin. "Would you look at that, absolutely no one in sight," he said, grinning at her. He laced the fingers of both his hands with hers. "A couple of teenagers alone in some unknown part of their school," he continued to tease. "How invigorating, don't you think?"

{{... Please tell me you're not kidding b/c that would be too cool! XD lol!}}
Lin was quite confused. "Who said I was wanting to go look for trouble? Why would looking for professors result in trouble? At Bai Ching, students looking for professors is a good thing, it is encouraged."
She giggled softly when Dymetri said he dozed during meetings where the faculty discussed what area was off limits. "Dearheart, if you dozed during those meetings, then how do you know what place is forbidden? Are you clairvoyant?"
It was her attempt at humor, and quite a good one she thought. But after a few minutes of wandering around, she started to wonder if they were lost. Then, when Dymetri started rattling on about random things, Lin was almost certain they were lost.
She looked up at Dymetri and arched an eyebrow at him. "We are lost, aren't we, Dymetri?"

((I'm not kidding lol I'm trying to get in this one [x] the one in Kendall. :'D)) His face fell. She was too smart, but hey, this is why he loved her! "I'm sure we could find our way around, darling. You're smart, and I know I'm a smart-a**, but that has the word smart in it too. Although I'm no vampire, I could still travel by mist like before. But I don't want to leave you behind, so I'm not going to wander without you." In all honesty, he was just afraid he'd either find his way out and wouldn't remember how to get back to her or he'd get even more lost. Besides, it was kind of nice, not having control of the situation. Different.

{{lol!! That's so cool! Even the name of that place is awesome! XD}}
Lin rolled her eyes playfully at Dymetri's comment about the 'smart-a**' thing and giggled.
"Dymetri, you're also smart in the traditional sense. I do not think you could become a professor if you were not, even in this institution. After all, it has a superb healing program, so it has standards. Just not when it comes to hiring headmasters..."
She sighed and looked around them for a few moments, turning her entire body at certain times to look in a different direction.
"Well, the first thing we need to do is find a unique landmark that stands out so we will see it immediately when we come back and know that we are going the correct way. Also, if we see it while we are wandering around, we will know that we are retracing our steps and need to go in a different direction."
She pointed out a statue that had a globe on it. "There. That can serve as our landmark."

((we are))
Dymetri nodded and he continued to lead the way. He sighed after a bit of time, this adventure not going the way he had originally planned. He turned to meet her eyes. She was beautiful. Intelligent. Talented. Everything he could have hoped to find and, yet, it took him so many years to find her. He smiled. Where was she so many years ago? How did he live, how did he exist?
The silence Dymetri had mistook as weakness from Marcos was simply gathering of the strength. Marcos was infuriated. He felt as though he were robbed of his own self. He wanted to change his situation. There were a few things that Marcos already knew about Dymetri, but the strongest thing about him was his affection for the elf girl. Marcos had the idea that Dymetri would kill himself if he were to lose her. And maybe, just maybe, he might.
After opening another door, Dymetri looked around to see a cool darkness. The only light coming from this large room were from the reflection of mirrors. So many mirrors. Some elongated, some wide, some just cracked-- the edges buried deep within the cold walls of the room.
"Wow," he breathed, taking in the scenery. "I wonder what this room must be for." He wandered around, glancing at each mirror. They all reflected back, just the same. Until he saw one that didn't. He sensed it before he saw it, actually. It's almost like the feeling someone may get when they feel as if they're being watched, except intensified with magic. Instead of seeing himself, he saw another girl. No, a woman. She looked.. familiar. Very familiar. Was she an ex-teacher? He couldn't remember.
Marcos took advantage of the moment where Dymetri wasn't in full control of himself. It was so easy, Marcos thought, to gain control. His eyes were now more green than gold. He wondered why he hadn't gained control in the past. It took Dymetri a moment to realize that he wasn't the one moving-- a moment too late. Because, like Dymetri, Marcos knew what type of magic the mirror was giving off. Not because of his own knowledge, it was stolen knowledge. Stolen from Dymetri himself.
Marcos turned around suddenly, grasping Lin by the hand. "Baby, come look at this," he said quickly. He placed the elf in front of him and lifted her arm from behind her. "This is... amazing. Touch it. Even a finger will do, just no don't do it, stop this!"
An internal battle brought to the external world, the only evidence of it being his eyes. "Do not, Lin! Do not.... hesitate to touch the mirror! Touch the girl's hand! NO!"
Dymetri was gaining control quickly and Marcos was aware of this. So Marcos, as a last bit of action, pushed Lin into the magic mirror-- the prison that held only one person at a time.

Silent and considerably unmoving for months. That's what it felt like, in the prison. Some people believe that mirrors are the portal to a world similar to ours, but they were wrong. She'd been through the portal, she'd stiffened at the first contact of the vile air surrounding her, she'd been subject to the pain that came along with not even being able to trust your own mind. Her mind was tricking her, or it was the air, it was the lack of humanity. It was something, and whatever that something was, it made her feel as if time moved slower. This was how the Headmaster had felt. Upon thinking of it, she probably would've done the same. This wasn't hell; hell is the place for the damned. But she was neither damned nor at peace, not even in limbo. She was trapped, like a fish in a small container, given only the most necessary amount of water to continue living-- just barely. No, this wasn't hell, this was the moment you realize you're going to die, dragged on for months. She was either blind and deaf or there was nothing to see or hear. She couldn't speak. She couldn't even try. Her body didn't want to, it didn't allow her to. What surrounded her were mirrors. Mirrors that reflected nothing back to her. It seemed like it took ages to even turn around. When she did, however, she began to see. At first, she thought it were her reflection; she'd forgotten how she'd looked. But no, it didn't move at the same speed as she. She tried to reach for it, and it was the most difficult task she had ever come up against. But, it was with good outcomes-- at least for her. Finally the tips of her finger touched what felt like a mirror, but looked like a shield protecting her from the other girl. In reality, it protected the other girl from her, because when the girl placed her skin against the mirror, something extraordinary happened. Imagine being submerged for just a tad too long, and finally being released to grasp a good chunk of fresh air. This was a similar sensation for her. Just like the opposite was happening to the other girl, it was happening quickly but noticeably. She felt the hair hanging loosely around her, she felt the temperature of the room, she felt the pressure of gravity and it was unbelievable. She had been blind but now she could see, she had been deaf but was now listening to a symphony of ordinary sounds. It was incredible, so much so that she cried harder at the realization that the warmth she felt on her face were her tears. She tried to see through the stinging and came face to face with a handsome, dark haired boy. She felt the incredible need to touch his face, his skin. To feel his warmth against her own, just to see if it were real. But she thought against it. Her pale skin and white hair in themselves probably frightened him. Then again, something told her otherwise. Maybe it was his posture, or his unearthly gold eyes. She simply looked at him with her deep scarlet eyes and smiled.
