Very true.
But I believe that it shall be okay. They'll probably contact me.
Or at least, I'd contact me.
And not just because I'm fabulous. ;D
But even more important than cleaning is recruiting, which we need to do.
I also am going to have to bother Tokushi on Facebook to find out whether or not he plans on returning to us.

Well according to his status on Facebook, he's going to be gone until a month from last Thursday.
So that'll be our due date to have this guild renovated.

True we need to recruit but let's see first how many people are actually active.
Ahah true, for a Vice-Captain he is not much here, plus he is the leader of the Knights of Darkness so either he stays, either we need a new person!
But the leader of the third faction does not have to be a vice-captain I guess.
I guess it's your call as the captain.

How about specialization? Who can set up a recruitment thread and keep it active? Who can send out mass invites every month and keep that up? Who can stay in charge of moving the story along?
One of the problems I've noticed with this guild (and the Buso Renkin) is the management isn't consistent. When one person leaves/becomes inactive, everything goes downhill. We need to keep things rolling and managed. Maybe even come up with a way for members to be promoted, so in the event of a captain *cough*Tokushi*cough* decides he needs to attend to other stuff before the guild, someone could operate in his stead. Story-wise and vice captain wise.
Make this happen.
