Ugh, I hate it when the connection causes me to post the same thing twice.
Uh, yeah Hash, about Roll, it seems that when you do the input to toss the bucket 'o water (the motion for a shoryuken + A), if it doesn't touch the opponent, it'll linger as a puddle, where the opponent can slip on. I know that wasn't in the JPN version I played.
Also that Power Up move (QCF backward+A) of hers is nifty. Try the bucket move after powering up and see what happens.
I think her hitbox is still disjointed...

And yea, her Broom Charge powers up all her special attacks.

One thing that was kinda 'meh' to me when I studied TvC was the fact that Capcom chose to use Megaman Volnutt instead of the original Megaman or Megaman.Exe
I mean, he's gotta be the least known Megaman incarnation.
