Running his fingers over the broad side of the blade the ruinic markings that once surrounded his entire body began to form on his blade. The soft shineing silver color began to grow until it was a blinding flash of light. When the light cleared a woman was standing in the garden. Only those with powerful psychic abilities, or deep connection with the spirit realm could see Ka'lana.
~Lan, my husband, I have missed you greatly.~
"I'm sorry, Ka'lana. I have let rage cloud my vision...my brother's murder is here, and I will stop it nothing to exact revenge."
~And where is the fault in that?~
"I have forsaken the innocent that I have devoted my life to protecting. I have seen the innocent who witnessed the death of my brother and did nothing."
~If you have seen them, and felt the way you do now, then why did you not strike them?~
"I did not see them...but I felt them, rather."

~And you seek guideance? The man who always had the answers to all of my problems seeks guideance?~
Ka'lana giggled behind a hand, and Lan bowed his head in shame.
"I do not know what to do, my love. I wish nothing more then to protect the innocent, but this person...they watched the death of Nal! They did nothing! Can one truely be innocent after such an act?"
~Lan, listen to me. You once told me that you fought to protect the innocent because you could not stand to see people lose as you have. My death spurred you to protect those who cannot protect themselves or their loved ones. Are you going to let your brother's death destroy everything that my death represented? He still lives Lan, I can feel him. He's connected to you in a way that only brothers know how~
Again Lan bowed his head, and the spiritual form of his wife drifted closer, wrapping her arms around him. She whispered, softly, into his ear as she began to smooth out his long platinum hair. Late at night she would lay awake, just strokeing his hair. She could no longer physically feel it, but it was a soothing motion.

Lan stood in the gardens, his silver broadsword was drawn. He was growling, or snarling, like some sort of primalistic animal. Sanity was something not easily found in the Silver Giant's eyes at that moment. Images and memories flooded through his mind, while rage and torment sent strength flooding through his body.

The reincarnate appeared suddenly in the gardens, near Lan.Not too close however, maybe about 20ft in front of him. Both pistols were already drawn and in hand as he watched. He felt near joy upon release from his bindings.Being around Kai was definitely rewarding, but it locked away a part of him.A very strong part, and it loved the taste of the titan's blood. He very much doubted that Lan's would be much different."Sulking,oh pathetic brute of the earth?"

Lan snarled, loudly, as the gardens were shook by a violent tremor. The giant was surrounded by an eerie white glow as the ground was ripped assunder by another powerful earth quake. The Earthen Brother's voice was no where to be heard as a wall of earth appeared, litterally, inches behind Lan.
"Creature! I will warn you this once! Flee...for when I finally hold your scrawny little body in my hands I will crush the life from you, feed off your bones and leave your festering corpse for the ravens!"

The man nodded to the earth, stepping to the side of a tiny crack. He seemed to regard the spectacle with an odd sense of amusement."I see...And so the true evil is in me?Yes..I assume so..it much more evil to be a devil...following what nature had bestowed upon you..than to be an angel and watch the slaughter without lifting a finger.Clearly...the beings of the heavens are innocent for they don't care what happens to us...but us...those cast down who must live amongst you..those of us who don't have crowns of light..those of us who must kill to get ahead! We are the evil.....Had I the power of god I would never have killed the titan...had I the power of an angel Kaiori would be happy! But I don't!I have only the power of a devil!Of one cast down upon this earth!one limited to killing to achieve his most noble goals!....Had I a halo none of my good thoughts would be drenched in blood...but me,I'm the evil one..I am evil for being just like you...Fine..let the angels watch the slaughter with indifference..whilst us dogs kill each other over scraps of meat." With his little speech finished, the man vanished. He didn't know if his words would sink in,he didn't care.Something amused him in the Dojo, and that's where he headed.

"Innocence is an illusion! God is nothing more then the feeble hopes of man! Hopeing that after their pathedic, meaningless, existance they will find a greater state! The devil is what stood before me, and an angel is one who shall know the edge of my cold steel! If there was truely a God, then there would not be the likes of you running about!!"
Fire began to seep up from the cracks in the ground. The wall of earth remained, but it reformed itself. Instead of simply disapearing the wall caved in around the giant, surrounding him with a deep black onyx colored stone. He was armored in this stone as silver, ruinic, markings began to appear on his body, burning holes through the dark stone.

The man's voice drifted on a slight breeze, following the giant's words.Even though he wasn't there, his voice was.Twisting the air around Lan's ear,the voice becoming closer, like a secret being whispered."If innocence is not real..and an angel will meet your blade..then kill the innocent...then come for my throat."

"Tell me where you are! And I will gladly end the pathedic excuse of existance you call life!"
The silver broad sword in his hand, Ka'lana, was soon morphed into the raven black scimitar of Nazgral. Dark energy pulsated around Lan as the silver ruinic markings took an inverted turn and drank the light in, spitting out pure and deathly black darkness.

"Coward! Tell me where you are!"
There was another violent tremor as flames began to spark to life on Lan's "skin". The molten earth that had made it's way to the surface of the gardens began to slowly draw back in on Lan, slowly traveling up his legs as if forming another suit of armor to wear.

The ground crackled and broke under the force of Lan's departure. Two, rather large, jets of flame appeared on his back, volting him skyward. Huge chunks of earth were shot out away from the force of the jets as they exploded against the ground. The sky would light up with Lan's bright flame, but he would scrotch the clouds, turning them into a sickening black color. Ka'lana was resting...she deserved it...Lan would avenge Nal and kill the foolish Devil who slew him.

Jason flyes down with her as he said nothing as he smiled softly as he sees a soft sunset there as he looked at her with a smile. "... ..Serenity.. wanna watch the sunset here.. " He sits under the tree as he looked at her. As he sits there smiling gently.
