Personal attacks?
Hell this whole trial is a personal attack on me.
I should at least be allowed to strike back.
Because thats what its all going to ammount to-one personal attack upon my character after another.
And I won't just lie back and take it.
I tried that.
And it ended up with me here.

Personally, I don't think Cale deserves to be banned. Lose his mod-ship at most, but not banned. This is a personal matter between two parties, not between a party and the guild.
Though a rule was most likely broken, and by evidence more than once, I am one for giving second chances. Let Cale serve as an example for all. Demote him and force him to earn his title back, if he can. If he proves to have changed his ways, and has ceased doing whatever has caused harm, than he may earn back his title.
As for CW, and no offense, but I find girls to in the end be more sensitive than boys; it's a fact. Just like women have a higher pain threashold, thanks to birth. It's scientifically proven. While not all are like this, I would say CW fits into the larger group of sensitives, and thus is more hurt by such comments.
At the same time, Cale most likely did not have the right to make such an unwanted comment so soon. Maybe after a few months or years, that could be expected. But not so quicklly.
However, I refuse to testify against either party. That's just my two cents.

I'm not trying to attack you or say that you are wrong in what you said there, merely curious as to where you found such 'scientifically proven' data that says that. Every 'scientifically proven' data I've ever read on such an issue has stated the opposite, as well as all personal or shared experiences I've had in the matter.

xD Proud of your Irish heritage?
Having recently discovered the glories of its past, I've found myself enamored with that rather large portion of my ancestral heritage as well.
Most especially the Gaelic language. I've discovered that many words and names that I enjoy most have many connections of coincidence through the Gaelic language.

Among other things. I said nothing of the sort. This thing is blowing up way out of proportion. Christ, I could have shouted the N word at the top of my lungs in North Omaha and gotten a better reception. At least they'd stand up and kick my a** instead of run around behind my back muttering things about me.

This whole deal has made you narrow-minded. You need to think of whats around you Cale, before you let yourself act without thought. Ive seen whats around me and its none too pretty. I'll stick to my narrowed view. At least its focused. At any rate, all the good Ive done for the guild is going to amount to crap anyway because I'm gonna get demoted and or banned just because someone doesnt like something i said. God forbid anyone have anything positive to say about me. The universe might ******** implode. No, nothing I ever do is appreciated.
