Don't be all Mr. McButtonPressy Fingers." Lucky for her she knew the track lanes functioned individually. Lucky for James too because he knew messing with her may get him hurt. "Though I have to admit. You're in his realm now and he likes to play supreme commander here. It's cute sometimes."

"Oh the boy learns quickly, doesn't he."

punching in the codes that put things back to normal.

"Oh they found out what was agitating Pertyon, I think it is? apparently two of your tech decided to tempt their fates and enter the enclosure for a little, private encounter. Caught Eric and lilia watching the tapes. suggested Rennell might be able to confirm who it was by their sounds."

"Well I'm sorry but to have my own progress interrupted for no stated reasons makes me want to make sure I at least get off the track without injury." but it seemed that James put the track back to normal so Pike made his way over to it, but he kept an eye out just in case the man decided to add in something without notice. Though for now the conversation seemed to shift over to something going on in the lab, which was good because now Pike wanted to focus on jogging. "Can you hold off on laying your wrath down onto the techs? Maybe by then my battery can go into it's testing phase." Smiling to Jelena at that as they moved effortlessly with the track.

"You do know that for avoiding his 'playtime' I use the word lightly, you're only setting yourself up for an ambush. You really should just take your punches. A lesson you still have to learn techie." She rolled her eyes. "You have until I find out who it is if you want me to be your lab rat. Of course the idea of tormenting them with letting them know that I know, but holding off the yelling is fun too. And I still want to try to short that battery."

But a nod to James as she passed him in another lap. "Because you have the keys to the city, quite literaly yes? Someone uses his resources wisely." However he was functioning as personal timer. Whether that was irritating or not was up for debate. "Really? I was just going to keep going until I fell over. But if you're playing timer I'll let you. You're the bioware authority. I'm just a whiny selfish scientist."

"you are hardly whiny or selfish. but you are a scientist..I've lived with this long enough to know that your pushing it just a bit. and since you were mentioning it was bothering you and I can tell by the way your moving the limit is getting near before it's going to hurt more."

then over at Pike.

"didn't no one tell you? I have a bionic brain in part. which means I do not forget things. every insult, every slight, is permanently remembered."

a chuckle.

Pike kept on going until it was time for Jelena to stop since James told her to. When they got off the track he began to stretch and looked at the man as he basically stared he had recoded what he said earlier. "Well that's niffty, but what I said wasn't an insult in the slightest, just a wonder as to why you are so gun ho on wanting to do stuff like that to me." Pike said this as he stretched a little to cool off. Unless James was remembering that time where he made a small joke the first day he arrived, but Pike did apologize for that. But after he cooled down he turned to Jelena and smiled a little. "Well, thanks for the exercise, it was fun."

"He watches you when you don't know it. I'm sure you've done something or other that he knows about that you're guilty of. Don't worry, we've all been there. Even I don't get free passes and I sleep with the man for god's sake. You'd think it'd earn me a little credit, though we all know I am untrustworthy in the precense of junk food." Crossing her arms lightly with a smirk, "Oh I have a whole laundry list of things I could erase. Just think, I could make myself the perfect woman in your eyes. I wouldn't have to strive." Her rambling was replaced however by quite the happy and pleasurable sound at his repositioning. "Oh yeah...that feels good...do that again." Letting her eyes slide then to Pike. "Please, this wasn't fun. You haven't seen fun yet. As I said if you're going to make me the lab rat, I get to have my fun tormenting you in my own ways. Everyone wins."
