"So I shall", Thor said as he raised his hammer to the storm above. The a single bolt of lightning crashed from the heavens, hitting Thor's hammer. Thor smirked as he pointed the hammer back at Wolvenom as the bolt of lightning flashed from the hammer and headed straight toward the monster.

Vice grinned a bit at Harley as Buster took another blind swing at him. ”Just doing a little late-night shopping. Same as you.” Vice replied, moving around once again. “Looking for something special. I heard you all moving about back here and decided to come back and be nosey. I wasn’t planning on letting you all know I was here…but then I overheard one of you mention someone I’m looking for.”
”Yeah? And that would be?” Harley asked, quirking a brow in the voice’s general direction.
”A guy by the name of Joker.” Vice replied.
That name was enough to make Buster stop swinging and take a decent pause. Harley had a rather immediate visible reaction as well, though hers seemed a little more unwilling. The harlequin’s eyes widened with twinkle of recognition and that same spark of hope he’d seen in other girls when their heart skipped a beat at the very mention of a crush’s name. But in the very next instant, the twinkle was gone. Her dark lips fell into a frown, the look in her eyes became a little distant, and her entire posture seemed to become closed off. Even the weight of her voice made it painfully obvious that the brief spark had slipped out because of an old feeling. ”Oh.” she said heavily. ”Sorry pal, but no one here’s seen the Joker in months. Last I heard, he was in Arkham.”
Vice paused a moment before responding. This girl definitely knew the Joker, that little spark had confirmed it. But her body language now…she was hurt, and possibly angry at him if her tone was any hint.
Good.
”What do you want the Joker for?” Buster asked.
Vice’s attention snapped back around to the larger man. A grin wrapped around his dark lips and he walked closer to Harley. ”Well…I heard that he stole something from someone I care rather deeply about.” he began. ”No one seems to know where he’s at, and I haven’t had any luck in finding him. I can’t tell you the stress it’s putting on her”

As the lightning headed for him, Wolvenom snarled and leaped through the air, moving above the stream in a continuous somersault, closing the ground between the two.
He landed, and started slashing wildly at the Asgardian. He didn't know how much damage he'd do, but he still had plenty of tricks up his sleeve...

Thor did not worry a bit, he may not have saw the beast dodging his attack but he wasn't worried. With the beat mere feet away and attempting to slash at him, he simply swung his hammer. Now when he did swing his hammer two things happened: First the hammer moved into the path of both of the monster's claws, blocking them. Second, he unleashed a strong gust of wind capable of tossing a car. He smiled as he twirled his hammer in his hand at great speeds.

Wolvenom howled as he was blown into a far wall, crashing into it with a loud thud. He growled to himself, and then jumped up into the air before firing a large glob of webbing at Thor to tie him up, then he web-slung in an arc to dropkick the Asgardian from the side.

Thor smiled to himself, thinking He has no clue that he is going up against a god. Why I'll teach him a lesson. As the glob came towards him, Thor continued to twirl his hammer as it created a whirlwind. The whirlwind wasn't very powerful and well controlled as he forced it forward to send the glob of web backwards.
The God of Thunder was pleased with himself when suddenly the beast landed a kick to his side. Thor groaned as he went flying. His body soared through the air for a moment before he crashed hard into the ground, his hammer skittering across the floor. Thor laid in the ground, thinking Lucky shot but he wont get another. With the grace of a lion he leaped to his feet and held his hand out. His hammer, Mjolnir shook where it laid before floating into the air and back to its Master's hand. With his hammer back in his possession he raised it to the heavens as lightning flew across the sky. Thor brought his hammer down, smashing into the ground as lightning flew from the sky aiming to land where Wolvenom was standing and a few feet around him.

Wolvenom barely had enough time to dodge the first lightning strike, and he only managed to avoid the others through sheer dumb luck thanks to his reflexes.
"Okay... maybe I'm in over my head here..." Wolvenom said softly to himself. He glanced around quickly; what could he use to his advantage here?
The cop he had thrown into a window was stirring, and he fell out of the store window he'd crashed into. With a snarl, Wolvenom pounced on top of the man and subdued him, then hefted him up and placed him in front of him.
"C'mon, Blondie, try and hit me now!" Wolvenom dared. "You do anything to hurt me, this cop's gonna die! Either from me--" he flicked open one of his claws and held it to the man's throat-- "--Or from you!"

Thor lowered his hammer as he looked at this pathetic creature, hiding behind a mere human with no defense. How low could this creature get? He looked around trying to see anything to stop the beast but found nothing. "Leave the human alone! Fight me with honor and stop hiding behind the innocent!", Thor yelled as the storm above raged even more.
He knew that he couldn't hit the beast head on but maybe from above. Yes thats it he thought to himself. "I will even fight you without my hammer!", Thor yelled again as he tossed Mjolnir into an alleyway. Unknown to Wolvenom though the hammer never touched the ground. Instead it flew through the alleyway and over two blocks before rising into the air. Once in the air it slowly moved over Wolvenom where it awaited its order from there.

"You think I'm stupid?! Bub, I've been fighting long enough to know that there ain't no 'honor' in it! You do what you can to win, and that's that!" Wolvenom snarled, now having Wolverine's mindset resurface for a moment in order for the point to be made. He kept the cop restrained, and very slightly cut into the man's skin, to make him bleed.

"What do you want beast?" Thor asked with a sort of fire in his eyes. He looked at the monster at a lost on what to do. If he dropped his hammer, the beast might see it coming and block with the officer. Then again he wasn't sure how strong this beast was and maybe would shake the blow off like it was nothing.
Throwing caution to the wind he prepared himself. "I'm telling you one last time. Let him go and we can finish it!", he said knowing that it was pointless. Depending on what happened he'd either drop the hammer down onto Wolvenom if he didn't or he simply allowed his hammer to fly back to him.
((So if you let the cop go, then the hammer comes back to Thor. If you don't, then it is being dropped straight towards your head and you'll need to defend.))

"What do I... 'want'?" Wolvenom asked, more to himself than to Thor. "No-one's ever asked me what I... what I want."
He loosened his hold on the cop, and then gradually let the man slip free.
"I... I just... fight. That's all I know. All we know..." Wolvenom said, referring to the universe he had come from, where there didn't seem to be much purpose in the fights except that they happened.
((With that, I'm referencing the fact that the composite character of Wolvenom was created for the MUGEN games, which doesn't really feature a story at all.))

"Here you don't have to just fight. You have a choice.", Thor said as he held his hand out. Before anyone could blink his hammer flew back to his hand.
With his hammer back he simply lowered it, trying to get Wolvenom to see his way of thinking. "Just walk away and no one has to get hurt today!", He said not wanting the fight to go on anymore, fearing that a civilian might get hurt. With his hammer back in his hand he waved it over his head as the storm quickly died off, allowing the sun to shine once more.

Wolvenom looked at Thor; it was impossible, due to the symbiote's "face" covering Wolverine's own, to tell what he was thinking. In reality, both mutant and symbiote were trying to make sense of Thor's words.
We can choose here? But... what're we gonna do if we don't fight? Work at a bar, makin' martinis? Logan asked in his mind.
No clue... on a side-note, martinis are disgusting, just like other Earth foods and drinks. the Venom symbiote replied. Logan gave a mental shrug.
Ah, whadda you know? You don't even eat...
"But... we don't have a purpose if we don't fight..." Wolvenom said to Thor aloud. "That's... that's all we do. So... so what now?"

"You can fight but just for the good of people. Fight crime and evil, for the good of society.", Thor said trying his best to motivate Wolvenom.
Thor was a great leader of Asgard, and was a great public speaker. He lit a fire in the Asgardian Warriors' stomachs. He remembered the days fighting side by side with his father. If he was capable of getting them to fight till the death for him, then he was sure he could get this creature to turn good.

Wolvenom tensed up a bit. Memories of a time before the merge, before the symbiote had attached itself to Wolverine, surfaced in his mind: He had been a soldier, had been an X-Man, too... what had caused him to seemingly forget that? All he could remember after... something happened to fuse them was fighting. Fighting his former friends, fighting enemies, fighting superheroes he didn't even recognize... and they all did it because...
Because why? None of them had ever expressed dissatisfaction with what they were doing. They all just... fought each other, and none of them knew why.
Growling, Wolvenom shook his head. "Bub, I dunno anymore about fightin' evil. I fought my friends, fought villains... we all would just fight. That was it. No sense of 'good' and 'evil'... I remember... there used to be, but I don't recognize any purpose of it anymore."
He sighed, and retracted his claws. "I just live for the fight. It doesn't matter who, what, when, or where. If that's my purpose... I dunno."
