Alkaid could say one thing for Castor - he was never one to disappoint.
So removed as she was from the main battle, Alkaid never saw the unfortunate end of one of her General-Queens. Later, she would feel that deep seed of regret, knowing that she had not been there to aid but for now, that wasn't her concern. There was only the Prince as he dropped his cape and swept into motion, diving at her with a look in his eyes that she had only ever seen once before. It was the look of a man that aimed not just to fight, not just to swing fists, but to end something that held years of meaning.
How long ago had it been, the first time they danced? When had he given a Senshi of the White Moon her very first lesson?
The briefest of smiles tugged at her lips as she followed him with her eyes, anticipating the dance he'd lead her through. Her combat now, more than ever, was a thing of calculation and finesse - if she slipped up, if he caught her, the Prince of Hail had more than enough strength to damage her vessel irreparably. Of that, she was certain, and she didn't mean to let him find out the weakness she knew so well. Just as the pale-haired man closed in on her, she snapped out of place, teleporting behind him and in the opposite direction of his inertia. Both of her hands raised before her and her lips parted around the words that would release the flood gates -
"Ascendant's Barrage!"
It was with something akin to pride that she sent the first of the missiles pealing away from the ball of light, streaming through the air like whistling comets. They found their first target in the backs of his legs, aiming to knock him down at the knees - but then they kept coming, crashing in a relentless wave, impact after impact after impact.
There would be no more unlikely escapes for the Prince of Hail if she could help it.
iStoleYurVamps
As with her first two attacks, Alkaid summons a ball of light. This ball of light is much larger than her basic attack and hovers above her outstretched palms instead of supporting itself in midair. At will, Alkaid can fire guided light 'missiles' from the glowing ball at any target within her sight.
The missiles pack a power equivalent to a General's punch with up to two dozen missiles per attack. As long as Alkaid keeps her undivided attention upon her target, the missiles can't miss. However, if she breaks eye contact or the target hides behind something (ie: she can no longer see them) her attack is useless. Evasive and/or defensive Senshi attacks may also aid in avoiding the missiles.

Everything was a blur and Inari was NOT doing well. Her attacks were not built for this, not made for attacking and heavy battle. Not unless there was a friggn tank] to fight beside her. At the mention of pokemon however, a grin curved her lips.
"Yeah I'm alive. Not so sure I'm all here, but I'm alive." She had a good couple of wounds that aqt this point had no hope in hell of being able to hide from her very unaware family. Hopefuly someone would be able to help with that later.
And then things went boom. Inari yelped and fell back on her butt, lying back and rolling to her stomach to crawl more over towards where she had last heard Remus's voice from. "We need to get out of here, NOW! This place is going to come the hell down!"
Inari has made her way to the exit

[[sorry I have not been in here much. Surgery kiicked my booty and then life ate me. Will be here more now though! Thanks for keepin me quoted and in the loop guys!]]
Ochre hardly heard the lieutenant's panicked suggestions while he watched Apatite's slow transformation. More and more she consumed, growing her aura into a great, choking miasma, and yet she never ceased. Her actions reached manic proportions long before the onslaught by the White Moon, and Ochre found himself paralyzed to act. Having narrowly escaped her reach for a starseed, he found himself terribly shaken. Was this what the Negaverse condoned? Murder of other officers?
You are expendable. She is expendable. Such is Metallia's glory.
Do not dally. Pursue them.
[ . . . ]
Again, Ochre wiped the blood from his nose. He took Prehnite's arm with his free hand and summoned up what concentration he could to spring them from the growing conglomeration of youma and agents. "I'll get us out of here. I'm gonna follow them; I haven't done anything yet. You can either come with me or stick around and help out the wounded. They're gonna need a helluva lot more help once this is over with." He spared no time for the lieutenant to object; he knew the image of the double doors of the castle in his mind's eye at once. The location was, perhaps, off the beaten path - a small outcropping overlooked the entrance to the castle in a view slightly to the left. A fan of crystals, he knew, would be behind them.
They would leave Apatite's broken and battered body behind, but Ochre did not fret. Even as it turned to ash, a general stopped by to scoop up the splintered remains of her starseed. She could find solace in that, at least.
Soon the pair were no more, as their presences left the castle entirely. In their wake was left only destruction and tides of youma.

Sailor Subamara, Senshi of Coffee
The battle was a blur. Having hit the floor, Subamara found getting to her feet again was all but impossible.
She struggled against the Lieutenant, trying ineffectually to gain some space to stand. Her boots being by far the strongest part of her uniform, she continued to kick like a kid throwing a tantrum, though she couldn’t tell how often she connected. On the plus side, the illusory coffee-slick faded into nothing on the ground as the magic wore off, but that just left her own less-than-stellar motor skills against an opponent who was probably both larger and fitter than her. Up close, he was somehow far more terrifying than at a distance with his posturing and paper cup. She watched his hands, trying to fend them off, away from her head, her chest. It didn’t matter what he was actually trying to do, punch her or pull her curls or whatever (he seemed like a hair-pulling kind of guy). She feared cold fingers around her starseed.
She didn’t have breath for more taunts, only to gasp as each new bruise took shape. The stones were unforgiving for their impromptu wrestling bout.
She wasn’t sure how it happened, a blow knocked her breathless, sent her skidding across the floor, momentarily out of his reach. She fetched up against a castle wall, the impact shocking through her shoulder, the back of her head, in a new set of bruises that left her dizzy and dazed, the battlefield fading out in buzzing and blackness. She curled in on herself, arms raised in barely-conscious self-defence. If she died this time, she thought through the haze, would she wake up in her bed again?
But no further blows fell.
When she dared risk a peek between bruised forearms, the agent who had attacked her was no longer visible. Perhaps Lieutenant Kainite had lost her in the battlefield – or maybe been distracted by something bigger. The powerful aura of the General-Queen had been a distant threat compared to the Lieutenant, but now she had space to breathe, she could feel it becoming far worse, if that was possible. A monstrous youma shaped itself on the souls of its own people.
Subamara staggered back to her feet. There was no way she was getting close enough to help, even if she had anything to help with. There was so much blood.
The General-Queen-youma exploded, and scales like little knives tore up her already-bruised arms as she shielded herself. But it still wasn’t over. Youma en masse, all round.
They couldn’t reach it. If the others hadn’t reached Metallia by now, it couldn’t be done.
She started to run for the great doors, dodging bodies that had no auras. She shouldn’t have come. She needed to leave right now.

Lt. Kainite: Hope this is okay, let me know if you'd like anything edited! Thanks for the RP!
He was aware of it, of more madness, of more pain, of more death around them - and he'd asked for this. Mont Blonc had asked for this, had charged into this mess without thinking twice, even knowing what it might cost. He felt numb. He felt numb and too aware at once, if such a thing was even possible, every scream and shout, even the terrible death keel of their enemy, the general-queen, really just a girl in the end, lodging itself into his memory in such a cutting way that he doubted he'd ever forget it.
The officer, too, he knew it. He saw it. He was crying over it, the same way Mont Blonc would have - no, the same way some part of him still wanted to do, but - his eyes were dry, and his mouth was too.
"Then by god, what the hell are you doing here?"
His voice sounded hoarse, and not entirely like him.
"Look around you - you don't have to be here! I don't understand why you're even still talking to us!" The squire did not lower his pen, instead clutching it tighter in his hand. "You can still choose! - choose the smart thing and leave! Leave now and don't come back! Go live a normal life with your friends, family, whatever! But if you stay, you will die, and it won't be worth a goddamn thing! These people - " He gestured to the gathering youma with a choking sound in te back of his throat, " - won't care! They won't mourn you! They won't give a damn! So just - just go, or just stand there, I don't care! But we'll do what we have to if you try and get in our way!"
He inhaled sharply, like he was just remembering how to breathe, and rocked back onto his heels, pointedly turning away from the lieutenant. Thrymr was holding fast to Aegir, and Ash too, and - and everyone was moving out, and -
"W-we should go?" He made what should have been obvious sound like a question. He was looking to Aegir for guidance, whether it was fair or not - he'd been the one to get them all into this, so it seemed best to leave the decisions to someone capable.

Aegir, Super of Silence
Apatite exploded, shimmering pink scales flying out like pieces of coloured glass in all directions, wounding with their sharp edges. Aegir put his arms up to protect his face, garnering more wounds to his forearms, to his legs. It really was madness, blood and smoke and death everywhere -- and he'd known it would be like this, known that his team shouldn't go. But here they were and they were alive. He couldn't ask for much more, really.
Thyrmr had slipped away, but Aegir had been too intent on the Lieutenant facing down Mont Blonc and Ash to do more than worry in an offhand way.
He could only handle things one at a time. Like the crying officer, standing frozen before them with the small blade shaking in his hands. Monty was yelling at him and Aegir moved forward, putting a hand gently on the knight's arm as though to calm him though the super senshi didn't linger on his friend.
Instead he stepped closer to the frozen Lieutenant, each movement slow and deliberate as though a great weight were pulling at his limbs. "You're dead already, I'm so sorry. You were dead the moment you came. By us or by your own people." It was a very sad fact of their lives at the moment; Aegir continued until he could put his hands on the agent's weapon, pushing it aside. "It's okay." His voice was low and soft as he pulled Potatite into a gentle embrace.
"Close your eyes." And then his arms were around Potatite's throat, pressing him tight to his chest while also cutting his air off. It wouldn't take long - Aegir was strong and resolute, the officer weaker and more than frightened.
When it was over, he guided the body to the floor, took a medal to add to the others, and returned to his team to look out at the destruction. He felt familiar arms going around his waist, Thyrmr clinging to him like a lost child while a blood-covered Mont Blonc was saying they should go...and Ash, beautiful, brave Ash, was nodding emphatically.
I feel so tired. Three medals, three deaths he'd had a hand in. One more at least, on Monty's head...and what had happened to Thyrmr when he'd fallen behind? Was that another corpse piled at their feet? "Yes. We're leaving. Now." Out of the Castle, out to Caedus' portal.
Antares’ head was splitting. She had blacked out again after she tried to get up and apparently missed a lot. This time when she came to there were bodies everywhere, youmas swarming the castle, and everyone was escaping as best they could.
She needed to get out. Her stomach churned as she climbed to her feet, her head swam and she staggered a few feet before falling to her knee, her head cradled in her hand. Taking a deep breath she got back to her feet and started out of the building, her head still reeling, unaware of the blood matting the hair on the back of her head.

Sailor Skoll, Senshi of the Pack
There was a satisfying crunch as the chakram sank deep into the General Queen's neck. She moved through the space she'd occupied, ending up on her other side, and crouched as Apatite screamed. There was a moment of peace and then tiny little hard things - her scales - tore through Skoll's fuku and some of her flesh. Damn b***h.
She turned, looking down as Apatite turned to dust. Very youma-like. Blood ran down her arms and legs in tiny rivets, more scraps than anything serious. She'd taken out a General Queen.
What a way to start your career as a senshi.
"Hati! Let's go!" called the senshi, trotting over to him. The armies of the Negaverse were collecting and now wasn't the time to stay. They hadn't taken out Metallia, but taking out Apatite had to mean something, right?
Skoll grabbed her brother and ran back the way they'd come.

Bifrost Knight of Chronos
Her shield hit, then someone dug Apatite's chakram into her neck. The knight brought up her shield as the General Queen screamed and exploded, sending scales everywhere.
It was no longer safe to stay within the Castle, and Bifrost turned to leave with the rest.

General Labyrinthite - Grabbing his pups and taking them to the other battle
He was irritable, because one of the mighty general-queens had fallen and the squabbling that followed after was an absolute mess. Yet, order was retreating and the general felt a small huff of pride as the squire and his friends picked up and ran. He moved towards Tourmaline as the page and his senshi friend high-tailed it out.
He did not blame them, this was a battle they could not win.
"You did good," he told his lieutenant, coming to rest a hand on her shoulder. "But we're not done." He grit his teeth together, feeling the pulse of collecting energy barring the escape pathway. "Come on," he ordered, stalking forward toward the senshi with pink hair.
"You're coming too," he informed her, giving her no chance to reply when he teleported them out of the castle and back into the fray.

The waves of Chaos were only getting stronger and more sickening by the second, and it drew his attention away from light bulb head for a moment to take a closer look at the powerful figure who was ... gradually turning into an entirely scaly thing...
A youma?
Encke bit his lip nervously, glancing back at the light bulb woman once again, before the shrill screech nearly broke his eardrums and he found himself attempting to duck some of the scales that made it to where the two of them were standing. Obviously attempting to duck flying scale-bullets failed, and a couple scales cut him on the arms, drawing a bit of blood. He winced.
It didn't take long for the waves of Chaos converging on their position only seemed to grow stronger, and Encke knew he couldn't stay here. It was time to go. Time to go.
But what was he going to do about--
Suddenly, Encke whipped out his arms to unceremoniously shove the woman out of the way, fleeing away from the Castle as quickly as his legs would take him.

As the power slammed into his back, there wasn't a pained his or a scream of pain- there was a roar. A sound of pure brutal strength that came from the pain, the fury and range that lingered in a person in only rare moments.
His wings and legs took the blunt of the damage, small patches of flesh turning a deep angry red from the force. Yet his blood was pounding in his ears. Each thud of his heart sending adrenaline to his muscles, to his head, covering the pain and throb of broken blood vessels. Bruises, tenderness, perhaps later he'd notice them. Perhaps, provided he would survive.
As the attack began to wane, Castor turned, the last ball of light hitting him in the temple, a small trickling line of red crawling down his face while his smile widened. They had waited for this. Wanted this glorious moment when they might rip each other apart and see the end of it all.
Yet as he licked his lips and opened his mouth to cry out and summon his power, the feeling of death began to pry at his mind. Lives of order and chaos, flickering in and out like light. More notibly, vanishing with a level of certainty that was all too distracting.
One eye closed as the feral smile turned to annoyed scowl, eyes moving to the way they had come. "We finally get our dance and yet everyone seems ready to ruin the mood."
She would have sensed it to, but to what extent, he didn't know. "Say, how about we.. postpone our fight?" He stood upright, blue eyes once more focused on her. "It seems your guests are being a bit noisy. I keep feeling them run and die, and it's not helping the mood. I wanted this to be a fight without distraction. And yet-" Andother life was snuffed out and Castor sighed. "It's annoying. I could care less what happens, but this is just ridiculous. They want to leave yet can't even do that properly."
Holding out his hand, Castor let the smile of a man who wanted blood sink into his eyes. "How about we see them off? If we're lucky, a few annoyances among order will do us both a favor and die."
A deep feeling of satisfaction thrummed through her as she watched that trickle of blood crawl down his face, marring his skin with brilliant scarlet. A single foot stepped forward, advancing, aiming to meet him halfway -
and he stopped.
"You're too easily distracted, Castor."
Of course she could feel them, they were like wavering lights, glimmering around them on some alternate field like dying stars. Alkaid was a dying star - there was comfort in the final moments of others because she was something walking the line between life and death. Yet even she could not deny that she had wanted all of his attention in the final dance. She needed him free of distractions and focused on the fight to their death.
If he couldn't provide that, what was the point?
"You know this will always end on a battlefield. There will always be death around us."
But despite her words, a long, irritable sigh passed her lips for effect and she stepped forward toward him. She wouldn't take the hand extended to her - not here, not now. She wanted his death too much to let him touch her with thriving, living skin. She simply slipped past him, so close that she could feel the brush of a wing tip as it caught the gossamer trail of her cape.
