Kai sighed and tossed the log book in the air watching as it caught flame and the ash scattered in the wind. "Damn it was all 'his' money, and we have nothing to back it up ... useless!" Kai muttered pacing back and fourth.

"You know Alec and Seven have it covered, I heard they challenged the slime to a race. That has to be interesting." She smiled positively pointing towards a Girl walking into the school. "She's new here, Why don't you stop worrying about it and help her? We're both the same age as students here." She smiled and walked inside Immediately finding the girl and placing a hand on the back of her shoulder. "Hey, I'm Skia, you look lost."

Kai shook his head and dashed after His overly excited wife staying behind her watching Skia introduce herself.

Athena laughed. "Of course there's room in the vents~ I've transported boatloads of--uhh, nevermind." While he climbed up into the vents, she quickly drew a little array onto a sheet of paper and waited until--yep, he signaled! Just like she'd thought he would. Then again, most people would signal. Unless they were jerks, but Jack didn't seem like a jerk to Athena. She activated the circle (which absorbed the paper) and popped up into the vents.

"Well, hello there," she said, grinning in front of him. She pointed down a previously-unseen turn. "We'll head that way for about ten meters now. While we crawl... where are you from and how many siblings do you have? Oh, and are you just human or are you, like... I dunno, a werewolf or something? Not that you smell like one or anything!" And it was true. He didn't smell like a werewolf, but it could be that he was keeping it on the DL with some nifty spell that she'd love to learn.

Athena giggled. "Cool! Finland? I'm from Sweden! But, yeah, a hanyou is a yokai-human mix. I'm half dog yokai, quarter human, and quarter fox yokai. It's totally awesome. I've been practicing control since I could sit up, pretty much, but I don't have the sort of overflowing magic you have. Oh, wait, I guess you don't really know what a yokai is, either, do you?"

He probably didn't. It was more likely that he knew what a yokai was than a hanyou, and it was possible to know one but not the other, but she still assumed he had no idea what a yokai was. "My godfather, Adolf, is a yokai. Hey, I think he's either in the cafeteria or the library! You can meet him!"

Opening the vent and jumping down to an empty space on the large floor Jack wondered why he hadn't just walked. It felt like the vents took twice as long as they should have. He looked around the large hall, students going about their usual lunchtime routine, and lots of them at that. It sometimes surprised Jack how many people were enrolled at this school, and how different everyone could be too. Some were floating above the rest to get to their seats, others were warping all over the place, and some were even walking along the ceiling to avoid the crowd. And here he was, escaping from an air vent. OK the vent was high up, and he could land without even the slightest twinge but that was due to his muscles being bloody PACKED with magical energy, never mind the magic well. He looked back up at the vent to see Athena where he had just jumped from. whether she'd jump or pop next to him, who knew.
"I've heard of Yokai yeah. Are they not eastern demons or something?" He said staring up at the girl in the vent.

Kai smiled and pulled out the crystal from his pocket. "Well, right now is the time students usually do as they please, so why don't we get you acquainted with the school?" He asked as the crystal glowed and then projected a 3D hologram of the school. At the main entrance there were 3 dots for each of them, "We're right there," He said pointing at the dots, "And this is the entire school as a whole." With that he rotated the map so she could see every inch of the school on the map.

"Anywhere you want to go first?" Skia asked smiling reassuringly seeing the girl was obviously scared to death. "Me and my husband would be glad to show you around the school." She said pointing a thumb towards The young version of Kai.

Jack smiled widely and nodded in appreciation at the display. it was probably more than he could do, but that wouldn't stop him.
"Awww... That was awesome! I would show you something from me, but well, it's not the best inside... Wait! I know what I can do, not a 'real' spell but it's still funky." He said smiling from ear to ear at the thought of the dragon thing. Jack moved over with her and stood at the back of the room for more space and raised his hands in front of himself towards the room. suddenly a slight gust of wind floated through the cafeteria as if a large door was quickly opened, but that was only the preparation. As he rightfully knew, this spell wasn't a spell, more a magical release.
"Eximo!" He said clearly as a massive burst of colour and light erupted from Jacks palms. The substance was like a cross between water and orange coloured smoke, though in reality it didn't even exist and would have no effects, much the same as the dragon. The smokey orange coloured shape spiraled around the ceiling, much to the confusion of the students who were trying to work out what it was meant to be. Using the time while everyone was distracted Jack swapped his hand positions to that of a 'finger gun'.
"Praemium!" He shouted and began to 'shoot' as his hands almost looked like they were recoiling from shots of some sort though there was nothing to show that other than his movements. Suddenly inside the cloud now covering the ceiling small bursts and sparkles erupted like miniature fireworks of varying colours and sizes. But that wasn't the end of it. the little pops and bangs had moved the smokey cloud into a more recognisable shape of a large celtic style dragon. with some claps and cheers arising from various tables, Jack again raised his hands and with a clear voice said "restituo" Causing the smokey watery vision of the dragon to fly back towards him with it's mouth gaping as if to eat him it began to deform next to his palms and re entered from where Jack had let it loosed from as if nothing had ever happened.
The display was just Jack doing a physical release of his magical well, though all but 5% had actually been used, then creating little reactive explosions inside the magic cloud.
