(Sorry about the wait i keep on looking on the 5 recent and its not there, so i assume, but then suriosity tells me to check and i see you posted last.)
As Green arrow watched he saw her stop and take a quick look back, he was caught. He then quickly did the procedure to get across buildings and was on the other building.

Skuld kept running across the rooftops away from Green Arrow, I don't need this.... not yet anyway. At least that wasn't the plan. Then a smile spread across her face, I'm close to the Narrows, I might be able to lose him there.
The goth slid down a slanted tin roof over a local grocery store and landed on the sidewalk catlike on her feet, bending her knees. Though her feet stung a bit, all Skuld did was grunt slightly before forcing herself into a run.
As she turned into an alleyway, a man and a woman were directly ahead of her. The man had a smooth seeming manner, turning his attention from the woman wearing flashy and revealing clothing. The pimp called out to the running goth, "Hey, want ta make some easy mon..."
Skuld didn't slow down. In a split second, the redhead was practically on top of the pimp -- bowling him over. The mage thief staggered slightly, quickly regaining her momentum running deeper in the alley.

when he saw her run and quickly srtarted to follow, now with the momentum from running the buildings he leaped and was barley able to land on the other side, then he saw her slid down and he followed, but when he landed on the ground he gave a littlegrunt and fell to a knee. But then he got up and started yo chase her again just at a little slower pace.

 Skuld realized that she was gaining ground on Green Arrow. The goth thief rounded the corner of the alley and realized where she was. While she was out of sight of the Justice Leaguer, the redhead quickly ran just to the cab dispatch and ducked into one of many taxis in the sea of taxis. Green arrow followed till she got to the taxis and when he finally got to the taxis she was out of his ********, Shes gone"
He watched taxi's leave and knew there was no way to check every taxi.

Skuld breathed a sigh of relief as the taxi drove her away, Now I have have to do is contact Kaine and get my 'finder's fee'.

In the distance, possibly in earshot of Green Arrow, alarms went off at Belmont Mansion.

Green arrow turned towards the sound.
"One runs and another appears, god I love and hate this place."
He headed off towards the sound til he got to a sign that said belmont mansion.
"Oh Whats going on here."

When Green Arrow got there, Belmont's personal security was seemingly running about. Oliver spoted a distinguished gentleman arguing with his head of security. From high society, Arrow would recognize the gentleman as Prescott Belmont, a prominent member within the banking industry, "...... How could you let this happen!?! Right under your nose!!!"

 Prescott was surprised by Green Arrow's appearance, "Egad, you're a member of the Justice League! Yes, I have been robbed. Someone broke in and looted my safe under my security's nose. I am truly glad that someone of your distinction is here..... What the devil is that?" Prescott Belmont looked over Green Arrow's head. A firey glow flew in the sky ahead of the approaching Gotham Police. The firey form approached and landed, revealing a masked redhead dressed in a yellow outfit with red flames woven into the design. Firestar walked up to Mr. Belmont and Green Arrow, "Hi, I'm Firestar. What happened?"

Green arrow looked at the girl who just appeared, she seemed perculiar, and a little on the hot side.
"Oh um, hello, This guy has been robbed, and stuff"
he didn't know what to say, her suit did remind him of a yellow, black canary

Prescott nodded, "Ah, the heroine who fought against the Russian. Please come in," Mr. Belmont turned to the head of security, "When the police arrive, only let it the detectives, not the beat cops."
Mr. Belmont motioned the pair of heroes to follow him.

Prescott lead the pair of heroes into his study, where an open safe lay empty. Green Arrow will pick up the same whiff of jasmine in the air that he ran into earlier on the rooftops. The banker addressed them, "The thief got away with a cashe of Ceylon sapphires that my family had. I just recently had them brought here before everything went crazy. Three hundred stones altogether..."

Green Arrow smelled a weird smell. Then he recognized it, it was the girl from earlier.
"I know this smell, it was a girl, she escaped earlier, I saw her running."
