I apologize if these have already been asked:
When traveling from one area to another, say Pallet to Viridian Forest, where do those posts go? Do I post in Viridian or Pallet, or does it matter?
Also, is there a list of how the HP upgrades? I noticed some questioning, but I did not happen to see a handy dandy reference chart.
Also also, Shineys. Do they appear randomly like in the game, or are they event pokemon?
Also x 3, Can your traveling posts follow each other immediately, or is there a time limit in effect (one every 20 min, for example)?
Lastly, when gaining items, does each post only count towards one item? Example, if I make 30 posts, do I now have a revive and a super potion, or simply one or the other?

1) you post them in Pallet in that case, ex. Pallet --> Viridian ---> Viridian forest and so on.
2) There is a hp chart, check out the resent change thread.
3) Not sure sorry xp
4) Yea they can follow each other imidietly or else I would not have been able to get from Mauville to Pewter in one day XD
5) You have to posts the number of posts. Like if you want to get a super pot. You just write the super pot. and the potst that are needed.

Yup, that's pretty much right. :3
The Hp chart is on page 3 of the New Changes thread. ^^
For shiny Pokemon, they're mainly given out through events. But you'll notice, we give a lot out. xD So if you're after a particular shiny, it won't be that hard to get. :3
With items, you can work for one item at a time, however, there are some TMs (mainly the ones that are only obtainable by posting in a specific area) that you can post for simultaneously along with another item.
For example, you can post for both the Flamethrower TM in Pokemon Mansion, as well as be posting for a Max Potion at the same time.

More questions from me. Sorry. sweatdrop Anyway, this one is about master balls. The limit of 3, is that total forever? Or at a time?
Also the 'every 7 posts' rule with wild pokémon. Does it count the battle posts from the previous battle, or do you need 7 rp posts after the previous battle ended?

The limit is three at any given time but most people don't bother with more than two since that's currently the limit on the number of legends a single member is allowed to own without trading. And most people only use their Master Balls for catching the Legends.
And the number of required post for Pokemon appearances only count Posts outside of battle. When a battle is underway, Pokemon don't gain post exp and the number of required posts you've made doesn't go up. You can still count your posts for items during battle, though.

It was part of the Easter event. You can take the candy bar to Professor Rowan, and he'll allow you to get another starter at Lv. 5.
