 Co-ownership agreement of "Nalini" This agreement is in reference to the co-ownership of Nalini between the following individuals: Taneko and Dark Queen of Death (Queenie) Below are the specifics of the agreement which have been agreed between the aforementioned parties. Roleplay Rights "Taneko" will hereby retain full Roleplaying rights of the tiger lily mare. She will be responsible for the mare's character development and may choose a life mate/mate according to whichever she feels is best. Due to these rights she does not have to consult Queenie if she desires to breed. Breeding Rights The only restrictions placed upon the tiger lily mare will be the baskets she creates. The birth of her foals will be dealt with in the following ways: Breeding One: Queenie receives first basket, Stallion's owner the second. Should there be a third basket then it's fate shall be discussed between all parties. Breeding Two: Taneko receives first basket, Stallion's owner the second. Should there be a third basket then it's fate shall be discussed between all parties. Breeding Three: Discussed between all owners. Signature Rights: All parties will retain the right to show the tiger lily mare in their signatures. ...Kiss my eyes and lay me to sleep~

Kokuyo Co-ownership Agreement I, Spunky Dasher, am co-owning Kokuyo with Dragoil. She'll have the full rights to roleplay Kokuyo, decide on her mate, mannerisms and the whole plot/fun. When Kokuyo breeds, I would like first basket. In the event of a third basket, then it would go to Dragoil and of course, she can have full decisions over any future breeding baskets Kokuyo may get. All I ask is one of the baskets from Kokuyo's breeding for myself. But as long as Dragoil is active and wants to be a part of Kokuyo's pet-life, she would pretty much belong to her.

Please quote when agreeing to terms
General Terms of Roleplay::
`Swirly keeps all IC rights
Both:: -
- Aysina & Swirly have sig-pretties - manip with other soqs/what have you
- Both have OOC rights, if either chooses to do so.
Breeding
- Swirly will *heh* consult Aysina before entering breeding raffles BUT she holds the right to enter if Aysina is away for longer than the breeding sign-up goes on.
- Lifemating/Breaking/The like will be discussed
1st - One basket will go to the mare’s owner, One to Swirly, and IF the other owner does not have a problem with this - the other will go to Aysina
2nd - One basket will go to the mare’s owner, One to Aysina, and IF the other owner does not have a prlbme with this - the other will go to `Swirly
3rd - Will be discussed

{Co-Ownership Agreement Between Ivory_Feld & Horzezcutey}
Soquili Being Co-Owned: Maui
 {The Agreements}* RP rights for the time being belong to me, Ivory_Feld. However, when I take pregnancy leave from Gaia, Horzezcutey may continue any of my previous RPs or start new ones under the circumstaces that she keeps Maui in character and sticks to any previous RP storylines. * When Horzezcutey is RPing Maui in my absence, she is allowed to spark any flirts or romantic RP so long as she okays whomever she's having Maui flirt with or be romantically inclined to, with me. (This should be an easy thing, since she's my irl sister. xd ) * If in my absence, Horzezcutey finds Maui a lifemate or love interest through RP (which I'm sure I'll know about irl from her & if I've previously okayed the lifemating or love interest) she then has my full-permission to lifemate them, or in the circumstance of both pairs being interested, breed them. They however, MUST have at least a founded relationship before Lifemating and at least a love-interest before Breeding.* Lastly, in the case of a Breeding, Horzezcutey & I, Ivory_Feld, will most likely split our share of the payment, co-pick and co-own the resulting basket. (Either way, Horzez & I would probumly make irl agreements on it anyways. So no worries on this category.) biggrin

please remember to quote agreements folks. it avoids conflicts with editting.
also what does IAWTC mean? please make sure agreements are in plain english and not short forms or chat lingo.
