I know for a fact that Karth is going to be hated by the entire Uchiha Clan and become persona non grata as far as they're concerned. He's leaving such bad impressions on all of them that he meets. First he blew up Rey and now he's making Furuya think he's a rapist in disguise. D8

So here [---] Was; trapped in a battle between some thieves who didn’t know their place. [---] Looked to the thieves, the air around them chilled down to a crisp. [---] could not control the very basis of his/her blood, and it was not their fault that they had this ability in the first place. No one asked to be born and [---] did not ask to be attacked like this. [---] Road atop a cloud made of snow, watching the thieves come at him/her. They wanted him/her because of his/her strange ability, wanting to study it and make some new type of ninja. He/she would not be having any of that as he/she road around on the cloud, watching the thieves bash into each other. They seemed to just have simple weapons, like kunai and chains. They would not be catching him/her with tools like that, at least not today.
[---] dashed around on their cloud, smiling until he/she heard the sound of something snapping. [---] Eyes grew wide as fifty bomb tags flew into the air around him/her. [---] closed his/her eyes, the bombs exploding and leaving nothing in their wake but what seemed to be a bit of clouds and dust. The thieves waited, wanting to see what they had gained from this little trap but were surprised to see nothing but what seemed to be a sculpture made of snow. Where was [---]? How was this possible?
“Kake no Yuki”
The only thing heard as the sculpture turned into a gust of wind. The thieves covered themselves, which gave [---] enough time to form another cloud, which was quickly dispersed out into the sky. [---] Smiled as the cloud began to softly snow before it was nothing but a mass blizzard that covered the area. [---] Did nothing but smile as the thieves began to shiver out, sneezing and coughing. Would they be able to see the kunai that were hidden in the snow? No, and they would not be able to see the bomb tags that were attached as well. Oh well, it was nice to test out how well he/she could play with some thieves in the snow. [---] Simply laughed as he/she picked up some snow, throwing it in the air, the sound of explosions going on around him/her.
Oosetsu [ Heavy Snowfall ]

Just as [ Kousetsu ], this technique allows the user to send their [ Hatsuyuki ] into the air where it expands and becomes a pair of full blown clouds. These newly produced clouds have a rough diameter of 10 yards each, but are a light gray rather than white. At the whim of the user, this cloud can be broken open, allowing its ivory flakes to fall to the field below.
Unlike Kousetsu, the snow of this technique is slightly larger and falls at a much faster pace.
• At Jounin rank, a single usage can be applied to multiple clouds.
• Lasts [6] posts.
Kake no Yuki [ Fragment of Snow ]

At any point during one of their techniques, the Shinsetsu clan member is able to woft out their hand, sending an immediate cease and desist signal. When this signal is given, the technique will break apart into a gust of white wind. Although still cold, and the winds able to push people back, the end result is almost always less damaging. ( Of course, the larger the technique is, the more wind produced. )
Setsuzou [ Snow Sculpture ]

A substitution technique which makes uses of the [ Hatsuyuki ] lump. Just as the traditional substitution technique, the user will manipulate chakra to briefly increase their speed in order to switch positions with an object- in this case -the Hatsuyuki. When the actual swap occurs, the Hatsuyuki lump will take the form of the original user in order to make a convincing replacement. This technique uses up a Hatsuyuki cloud, so another must be formed.
Hatsuyuki [ First Snow ]

The basis technique of the Shinsetsu clan.
This technique allows the user to release their unique snow chakra from their body in order to create a pure white cloud which can be manipulated freely in the air. The only restriction is that this white lump must always be within 2 yards of the original user. This lump is the size of a human adult's torso, and can be spread out and twisted like a sheet of sand.
The cloud, in essence, is nothing but snow, but further examination would prove it to be something more. Although it holds snow's basic characteristics (cold, flakey, small) it is actually the materialization of the user's frigid chakra. As thus, it contains no water, but can still be melted.
• Must learn before proceeding to other techniques.
• Whence a cloud is modified, it is no longer a Hatsuyuki, and can be replaced.
• As you rank up, more clouds are released with each usage.
Genin : Two Clouds
Chuunin : Three Clouds
Jounin : Four Clouds
Konin : Five Clouds
Sannin : Six Clouds

i should clairify i wasnt trying to b an ars i was simply trying to say q&a thread gets spammed and flammed if people start complaining/telling there and then other questions get ignored.
sorry if i seemed like an ars.
anywho im gonna ask here cuz it never was answered.
Can sealers place seal on anything as long as they can make a seal on it.
like could i put a seal on the handle of a kunai without a scroll or do i have to have one??
Rin can I bounce some sealing combos off u since ur in my squad and u killed my other rpc with seals. Im not sure if this combo will work and dont wanna post it then have someone meta game and jus know whats comming?
Also id like to train with ur rpc so mine can learn how to effectivly fight uchiha
