Did anyone read the fansubs of the Beck manga? They're hard to find right now because it was an ongoing series and it just got licensed. That s**t's quality. Also, Vagabond was cool. And I read a bunch of Deathnote, I should really try to find the newer volumes.

Anyways, sort of related but... there's a Beck anime, with a bunch of songs that the bands play in the anime, and most of the songs are really damn good. If you know Husking Bee, their vocalist is the voice actor for the main character of the series, and he's one of my favorite vocalists ever. I really enjoyed the songs where he does vocals.

New GTO in... May. Ugh.

For me:

Angel Sanctuary
X/1999
Gundam (any, really... except freakin' G Gundam)
Naruto

I have a lot more than that, but those are really the only ones that I like.

I don't read a whole lot anymore, but every once in a while, I'll catch up with the most recent Naruto scanslations.

Nalfein: The FLCL anime is MUCH better than the manga. I could be wrong, but I'm almost positive that the anime came first, and it's much more fluid and understandable/likeable than the manga. At least, in my opinion it was.

I've been reading Othello, Wallflower, and Ororon (better on the second attempt).

I read a lot of manga. In fact my manga collection is way bigger than my anime. Most people get confused on what sort of genre I'm into cuz I read almost anything.

My List:
Chobits vol. 3-8
Tokyo Babylon vol. 1-2
Kare Kano vol. 1-13
GTO vol. 1-3
Wish vol. 1-4
X/1999 1-4
Angel Sanctuary vol. 1-2
Naruto vol. 2-4
Fruits Basket vol. 1-5

The following are the ones that I only have vol. 1 of:

Hana Yori Dango
No Need For Tenchi
Mars
Azumanga Daioh
W Juliet
Angelic Layer
CLAMP School Detectives
Dragon Knights
Demon Diary
Aria
Revolutionary Girl: Utena

I've seen the Fruits Basket anime. My sister mentioned getting into the manga again. I haven't read the manga, but she's read scanlations.

I thought they did? Well, I know they have GTO @ Waldenbooks. Big manga section there.

Did Beck come out yet? I really want to read a manga I'm interested in.

Waldenbooks is awesome.

I have the GTO drama on CD-Rs but I wouldn't mind seeing it on DVD!

One more volume of GTO and it's all over... crying

I finished Ororon. I liked Othello but most of the characters SUCKED. I couldn't get intothe main ones, especially. The ending was sad, but not THAT sad b/c of the lack of character development (for Ororon and Chiaki).

I'm reading the next manga of Wallflower and I'm also reading a non-manga, The Chronicles of Narnia ( heart ).

I'm glad they gave the GTO series all A's. The movie sucked. razz

How is the Chronicles of Narnia? Everyone's been recommending it to me.

If you like fantasy stuffs, you'll like it.

I love it. There's about 7 stories in chronicles so it's a big fat book. I'm currently on The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
