Sailor Cybele, Senshi of the Hunt

Cybele had been the last of their little group to head out of the castle. Now, she sprinted to catch up to the others, each breath coming heavily, the gash across her chest sending spikes of pain through her whole body each time her bloodied shoes struck the pavement. She thought she felt a bit light headed. A quick glance revealed that the bow of her fuku was ripped and that the white of her bodice was turning red in places. There wasn't any choice but running, though. She could hear the youma chasing them, could practically feel their breath on her neck... And there were auras in front of them, too, cutting them off.

Her excitement was long gone. Even the adrenaline was starting to wear off. For the first time in a while, Cybele was scared. Her brush with death had put things into perspective. She was wrong. She didn't want to die here... and she really didn't want the Negaverse to crush everyone fighting for what she believed in... but that was probably what was going to happen.

When she finally made it to the others, she couldn't quite meet their gazes, not with the snap of the General's neck still echoing through her mind, but she quickly nodded at each of them. 'I'm here, Elpis," she said quietly, her voice as flat as her gaze, which surveyed the area. She allowed herself a single deep, shaky breath before sinking into a fighting stance. "Just- please... can we try to stay together? I don't think I can fight another one on my own."

Valhalla of Jupiter

“You don’t have to worry about protecting me,” Valhalla said to Ganymede when she put her arm out to keep him behind her. Instead, he moved to stand beside her, taking hold of her free hand to give it a light squeeze.

He knew they wouldn’t be making it out until they managed to get everyone else out. He knew they would die trying to fight and protect those around them, but that was their choice, and he was prepared to stand by her side until the end.

Even if they managed to get out, the throbbing in his chest could only be ignored for so long before it became overwhelming. The energy he was exerting now may very well break the rest of his starseed in half.

“We should get the wounded and children who don’t want to fight out first,” he suggested, turning to see if he could spot Alexandria and anyone else. Babylon was there, which was a relief for him. Babylon had some sense on what to do, and he was already helping out with some of the newer senshi and knights it seemed. Which was better than what Valhalla could do, without magic of his own.

“Gev,” he said suddenly in concern when the knight appeared beside them, clearly in poor shape. Valhalla released Ganymede’s hand to move to Gevaudan’s side, trying to assess the many wounds he had. “s**t… I didn’t realize you…” but he paused, not wanting to admit that Ganymede might have had a point with wanting to get Gevaudan out of the Rift before he bled out.

Super Oberon

”Ah, crapbaskets,” Oberon groaned once they got out of the fire and into the… oven? Whatever it was, he didn’t like how they were clearly outnumbered and had a General Queen to deal with.

“Alright, we need to figure out a way to keep everyone safe until we can reach the portal,” he said, looking from Perdita to Chara, Oort, and Tomlin. “You okay?” he asked, turning to see if the other Chibi girl (Ambrosia) had followed them out, still holding out his hand for her to take if she wanted to. She looked just slightly younger than himself and Perdita, but even he was a little scared at this point.

“Let’s make a plan. I know before spreading out was a good idea, but in my experience we’re safer as a group. It might seem as though it would be easier to pick us off, but since our magic isn’t that strong, it’ll be better to combine our efforts,” he explained himself to Chara in particular, but looked towards the others as well.

Alexandria of
"Val, Ganymede." He called their names, tossing them a vial. "Uh... Gev? Sorry, I'll get your name later but here, you could use it. No offense, but you look like s**t." Alex passed off the salve.

He was obviously one to talk.

"It's not much, but it should help for now." He hoped. He really, really hoped. "Which reminds me, two things Valhalla. One, I'm probably gonna need a lift to Jupiter in the future... and two, Where the <********> is Sessrumnir?" Alex fiddled with another vial, debating if he should use it on himself, or save it for someone who really needed it. "Is it too late for me to say we're all ******** crazy for doing this?"

A small bag of magic healing salves, all the way from Jupiter, which accelerate the speed of recovery from injuries and provide temporary pain relief.

Benefit/Boost - Used to heal character wounds obtained from battles. These things can be used on allies and himself, however his top priority is always others first. It accelerates healing on small wounds, a mix on both for medium sized wounds, and numbs pain on larger ones. It however can not fix things like broken or dislocated limbs. At that point it becomes a numbing agent entirely.

Acceleration is 50% faster for small/minor wounds, 25% for medium/moderate, 0% for large/extreme wounds.
Numbing lasts 30-45 minutes

Super Sailor Phact, Senshi of Dovesstarseeds.

"You know how to fight. I agree Cetus. Sabine's magic is too useful to us to..." Phact stopped when she saw Slievenamon and her eyes widened. It was the reason she missed seeing Arthur looking for her.

"Slievenamon...your arms?" Phact called out, her hands shifting the starseeds in her arms to grab Slievenamon's arm. "What happened to you?" The woman was in a panic as she saw the page in pain. Her skin looked bad...

Now she looked in fear back down towards the Academy where her other team members were. "Nirvana...Havasu...Sidouer...Arthur...what happened down there?" She asked glancing back at the Neptune page.

Grus, Eternal of Feathers

There was a commotion ahead, and as Grus straggled behind back toward the portal, dread crept into her soul. Everyone that had come in was on their way out. There was just one problem.


Well, a good number of problems. Ranging from agent, to youma, to the General Queen leading the charge, they were trapped. Hopelessly trapped.

Grus felt her heart sink.

How could they do this, when they were so outnumbered? She wanted to sit on the group and cry. They'd worked so hard to get out alive, and they were going to falter right at the end. Right at the finish line.

No.

She forced herself to square her shoulders, harden her heart. They would make it out alive. They had to. This couldn't be in vain. She looked down at her gloved hands, and clenched them into fists. They just had to work together.

Following behind Venice and Erebus was Chaldene. The eternal had an arm wrapped securely about the squire of Polaris so she didn't fall. The female looked worn out, bloody, and just in need of some care all around. Along the way, and by some stroke of pure luck, he'd seen her coat and had bent with her so he could pluck it from the ground as they made their exit and joined up with Venice and Erebus who were headed toward Phact and her group.

With the coat slung over his free arm the sore eternal nodded his head once in greeting to Phact and those surrounding them. "General Queen dead from what I've heard." he said deciding ti fill Phact in right away with what had happened in the castle. "And where you went?" He asked after a moment. Shifting the squire, ignoring her movements of protest and noises. She needed to rest, eat, wash up, and be tended to but first they needed to escape. "I've used most of my magic...maybe I can still do something...not much though." And certainly not with an arm full of squire.

"Oh!" Phact quickly released Slievenamon arm when she saw the pain. "You are lying." Phact sighed glancing around as more gathered around them. It was then she gazed at Sabine and passed off the handful of starseeds she had gathered into the pale her charge had. With the crowd growing, she needed both hands.

"We need to find Acrucis. That or get you to a hospital to get that treated. But do that..." She gazed in front of her and hissed. "I''m going to kick their behinds if they try to stop us. This needs to end..."

It was a male voice that turned her and she gazed at Chaldene. Her entire form stopped and she blinked. "What do you mean General Queen is dead? How?" She said before shaking her head. "Not now. The barracks were store houses for starseeds. We removed them all."

And before anything else. her face caught the sight of a white fluff ball. "Arthur!" She breathed out about to reach out to the cat before she realized he was with someone else. "Ananke? Stay with us then until you find her. Are you hurt? And you Arthur?" She said quickly looking the two over.
