"Bye human..." Hopping up out of the hole Para landed on Bloodhaste's shoulder. The ease of mind plus his armor was a clear giveaway that he was at least at one time a council shoulder. Neko in the council military were always trained, the safest place on the battlefield is on a shardan's shoulder. But as if he remembered the implications he hopped off.
"...Sorry about that... old habits and such..."
He looked about until he saw Seigerush.
"...that t**t!... he could have killed all the humans AFTER I got what I needed..."
He continued to grumble curses under his breath.

"Nothing quite answers a question like a cannon..."
As the wind kicked up and blew away the dust of the ruined buildings, the large shardan noticed the other standing with the neko he had seen earlier. Normally this would be nothing worth attention, except he recognized the other living armor. If it were possible, Siege might have smiled as he began to walk towards Bloodhaste. The larger chaos shardan reached back over his shoulder, letting the cannon go as its holster clamps on his back activated to hold it in place. "Its been a long time... hasn't it?" he said simply, his dark flanging voice unmistakable as it rang from the depths of his armor. Most Shardans sounded disturbingly human, but Siege intentionally gave his voice the effect, feeling it more befitted his ideals and actions.

The Shardan didn't seem bothered by the neko on his shoulder, giving a small shake of his head at the apology. "Don't worry. I've grown quite used to it." He stated glancing to the spot his companion remained, giving a small nod knowing she was watching through scope. As she put her weapon to her side and started the climb down Bloodhaste noted the Shardan walking closer. At his question, Bloodhaste remained quiet almost seemingly lost in thought before finally speaking. "If you consider humanoid years...it has been."He said simply. As the neko girl approached she gave a quick polite bow to Para before jumping onto Bloodhaste's shoulder, sniper rifle still at the ready as they were still in unknown territory. "You could've made sure this one was out of harm's way before going canon happy." Bloodhaste commented, nodding to Para..

He gave a firm customary bow to Silver before eyeing her up and down as was most common with the neko. He slung his rifle having faith in pre set traps off to the north which was the best route for snipers which was all they really had to fear at this point.
"you dont just go rampaging through an area when there are non humans around....your not a council sanctioned bounty hunter are you?"

The shardan shook his head and gave a sigh-like sound. "My motives are for more than just the Councils naughty and nice list..." The shardan pulled out a handheld display for his scanning system. "Looks like you and I have some old 'Friends' from the Advent who'd love to throw all the living races a retirement party again." The glow in his eye slats intensified as he spoke. He was serious, despite the light way he had put everything. "I'd say that keeping that corruption away is more worry than the lives of a few foolish enough to be in the way.

Bloodhaste crossed his arms at the fellow Shardan's answer. "That hasn't changed." He muttered as the neko paused. "You two know eachother?" The neko finally asked. "He was in Spitfire's squad with me...back when the Advent were still around." The girl's eyes widened as the Shardan turned to the male. "You know anything about this?" He asked nodding towards SiegeRush's news.

"....Advent?....oh hell no.... I dont care what you Shardan are doing I am not getting involved.... Im just here to make money killing humans.... if you guys are doing anything advent related... count me OUT..."
He stepped closer to Quick silver hoping at least she would be more on the sane side than Siege. Usually no one liked talking about the Advent. It was just taboo, ESPECIALLY to the mortal races. He nudged Quicksilver
"hey.... I assume you are with this guy... what are you doing here?"
He dragged the box behind him letting it go and sitting on it as his eyes rested on her.

"Unfortunately, intel is short about the current readings..." The large armor said plainly. "This scanner was custom made by a certain nekomian genius... but I don't think even she was aware of any useful information..." The shardan waved a had as if he was annoyed with the current search. "Its found nothing but sights with a noticeable corruption level... not even one of those dark beings has been in the areas I've visited... The best I've been able to do so far is destroy any corrupted areas so as to avoid the Advent making them their home again..."

At the nudge the smaller neko looked over at Para. "Bloodhaste and I were just coming back from completing a bounty in this area. He heard the cannons and the rest is pretty self explanitory." she said as Bloodhaste had listened to Siege."What about you? That looks like a Empire seal..." She said, her biege colored ears flicking in curiosity as her own eyes studied the neko in return. Her sandy colored hair bounced at the end of her jawline in a pixie cut, brown eyes brimming with curiosity...but also guarded. Slinging her sniper rifle on her back she put on hand on her hip. "Especially in a human base..." The Shardan next to her continued his conversation with Siege. "Even so you can't toss about casulties like they're nothing." The shardan paused, shaking his head.."Too much like old times...".

"Bye human..." "Oh me?... I just take jobs where I can kill humans.... this one just said human pirates, 5k for their deaths... 20k if you can get back what they stole from their last raid.... I am assuming its the mysterious lock box with the imperial seal on it."
He gave it a few taps with a smile. He was comfortable letting this information out. But only with Shardan present. Shardan did not often at all value physical things and were basically the law enforcement galaxy wide. He was a little unsure of Siege but he was confident that Bloodhaste would never allow anyone to take the box from him, even if it was worth a trillion credits it was doubtful that any Shardan would be tempted to take it from him or would care little enough to let him be robbed. Such was Shardan culture.
"You dont look old enough to be council forces.... so what is a cute little thing like you doing hanging out with a Shardan?"
He gave the customary neko 'bedroom eyes' look.

Siege looked past Bloodhaste to the small neko girl. His eyes glowing softly before he spoke. "I guess you kept your little pet then..." He said plainly. He still remembered when his old ally had found the little kitten girl. It had been one of the reasons they parted ways. "You know how keeping biological creatures ends... But we've already had that discussion..." Siege shifted a bit, looking around to give his scanner another sweep of the area. "Looks like that's everything... I swear I don't like how frequently this thing goes off... Its as if the Advent could be just around the corner..."

Bloodhaste was too enganged with Siegerush to realize his charge had just been hit on a bit. Crossing his arms the red energy in his eyes narrowed a bit as if in a glare. "Indeed. We did. And I told you specifically "pet" is not what Quicksilver is." He said simply though with a turn of his head at the wreckage it was obvious that was a dimissal in the conversation. "Don't tell me your going to destroy every building you com across in this conquest of yours. You should at least bring that information to the Council." Bloodhaste explained. The neko's ears gave a small twitch, looking at him with a small blush on her cheeks but only by the cutie comment. The eyes didnt seem to work. "Well Bloodhaste is my dad. Though not biologically obviously. He trains me while we hunt for bounties. Oh im Quicksilver!!" She quickly introduced herself, realizing she had completely forgot as she extended a hand. .

"I am Para... you sure you are not a pet?"
He chuckled
"Me and my brother were pets for a short while under I think it was the emperor's third cousin... fun two months..."
He smiled but to the keen eye it was clear he was acting like this out of general Neko politeness. The flirtatious behavior and flattery was something of a common place manners, Though he seemed to not enjoy it as much or at least was just doing it because it was polite to do for neko.
"Honestly though, I have never heard of a shardan raising anything... dont they not even raise their own young? just... poof new shardan here is your body now get lost!"
He thought about it rolling it over in his head before the sound of an explosion made him flinch. Quickly checking his computer he noted that it was one of the further out mines he placed, someone or something was coming to check up on the outpost that siege had just decimated.

"The Council has already received a report about this from me... Siege Rush answered with a sharpness to his voice. "They insist on meetings and investigations... It all eats up time the Advent could be taking advantage of..."
The larger shardan's head turned at the sound of the detonation. "While they waste time, I'm going to handle this the only way I know will work. By erasing every last bit of Advent I come across." He spoke with a sense of determination. He hated how the creatures of flesh would waste their time talking and thinking instead of moving to fight the potential threat immediately.

Her ear fur bristled at being called pet again as she crossed her arms. "No, I told you im not a pet. And I was sort of a...special case I guess?" One ear flicked to the side, she knew shardan didnt particiarlly raise organic lifeforms. Bloodhaste was smart enough not to raise her with delusions. The neko was going to continue until the same explosion made her ears raise up and Bloodhaste turn towards the sound. "Guess you pissed something off...though what else is new." The shardan replied calmly. "Though for Quicksilver's sake I'd rather not stick around to find out." He added as she growled and stood on her tip toes, though it barely mattered with her shorter frame. "I can handle myself damn it!".
