Oh, dear.
The first thing I would suggest is restarting the whole computer, but perhaps you've effectively tried that...
And recreating your profiles isn't working?
...Perhaps the Task Manager?

Well, you said you re-downloaded it, no?
Where is the program itself located: C drive, under programs? (Assuming you're using windows; I have no idea.)
How did you open it before?

I downloaded it and then i double clicked and then presto im chatting it up
and now it just wont open like... i get the hourglass by the mouse and then nothing happens...
