(It's okay. I'm just glad that I decided to check the thread.) Kiyoshi smiled sweetly at Jason. "There is a nice little restaurant not far from here." he said, as he started to walk with Jason to leave the theater. "I think that you will like it. It has a lot of variety."

"Ok sounds good." He smiled and walked with Kiyoshi. Jason was happy to be getting to go on a date with Kiyoshi. Atleast he saw it as a date.

The two walked for a few minutes until Kiyoshi stopped in front of a modest restaurant and led Jason inside. "This is the place. It does not look very fancy, but the food here is delicious." They took a seat in an empty booth nearby. Kiyoshi sat timidly with his hands resting demurely on his knees for a moment. "Jason-san, how long have you been in Japan? Where did you come from originally?"

Jason sat down across from him and looked over the menu. "I just moved here this week from the United States."

A blush came to Kiyoshi's cheeks, and he timidly bowed his head in an effort to hide it from Jason. It was here that a waitress came up to their table to take their orders. "Kitsune udon and inarizushi, please, with green tea."

The waitress nodded, bowed, and lefter, saying that she would return shortly with their drinks. Kiyoshi glanced at Jason. This was turning into an actual date instead of a friendly encounter, and the boy was starting to feel a little uncomfortable about leading Jason on like this.

The pink flush colored Kiyoshi's face again, and he bowed his head. "You flatter me too much, Jason-san."

Kiyoshi's blush deepened a shade in color. At that moment, the waitress returned with a ceramic tea pot and two cups on a tray. "Your tea." she said kindly as she placed said items on the table, "Your order will be ready shortly." Kiyoshi nodded a 'thank you' to her and poured the tea for the both of them. "Have you been sight-seeing in Kyoto, besides the theatre?"
