Had a poptart for breakfast, a lovely chicken and lettuce sandwich for lunch...(with potato chips, raisins, and a rice krispies treat) and steak'n noodles for supper. With applesauce. (oatmeal cream pie for dessert)

But I'm huuuuungryyyy...it's not so bad to snack when you're legitimately hungry is it? Even when it is almost midnight... Had a bag of poptart crisps to stave off hunger pains.

I vacuumed the whole downstairs today. And cleaned 2 bathrooms. Also did 30 sit-ups and squats this morning. Took the mutt for a walk, that too.

SPEAKING OF WHICH, I didn't have breakfast, I didn't wake up till 15 before noon. I hate sleeping so late, that's half my day gone! So I had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch, and nothing since. Can't wait for dinner...I'm starved.

Oh why do I feel like I have to do the laundry again tomorrow...? -headdesk-

WAIT, I have big news. The scale today said 119 lbs and my muffin top is GONE!! I think the back is smaller too. I also believe the cellulite on my thighs is gone, or disappearing at least. Must check on that later...

I now think I can wear a swimsuit without being ashamed of myself.

Waffles, fruit, and sausage for dinner!! And since it doesn't even feel right eating dessert after such foods, I grabbed a Pepsi instead. I haven't had one in a few days.

Laundry day~ And while this means a fair amount of running up and down stairs, it also means I spend a good amount of time on the computer. My abs hurt so much this morning, I only got through half of my sit-ups. But since 15 used to be the norm, I guess it's not too terrible. My left calf is sore too, I'd assume from the squats. But the right feels fine so I don't know what's going on. I woke up late (AGAIN) so I've only eaten lunch thus far. And that was two cold chicken drumsticks, BBQ'ed. I ate one of my remaining Cadbury Cream Eggs for dessert.

It's also cold and rainy outside (Curse you temperamental Ohio weather!) so I didn't take the fuzz for his walk.

Peanut Butter sandwich for lunch, pretzel sticks for mid-afternoon snack (had a Diet Coke with that) and then I swiped a fresh-baked cookie. Really, who's going to be able to resist that?

We went to the mall today, to do some swimsuit shopping. (We're going to Lake Erie tomorrow) I found one that fit great. It's got a bright pattern on it, but I make that suit look good. xd I do, really. That top flatters like you wouldn't believe...

Okay, shutting up!!! I'm just so proud I could get so skinny in time for pools.

Lesse...got back from Lake Erie yesterday... I didn't eat much healthy foods while were were there (there wasn't a whole lot of healthiness to be found, honestly.) But that first day we went swimming, and running about the grounds of Marblehead lighthouse, and climbing over rocks to get to the lake... So that likely balanced out teh snacking I did.

Of course the second day, my meals consisted of 1)...my brain just died. What's the cinnamon and sugar cereal? You know...the one with the- CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH. Yeah, that one. I had a bowl of that, some orange juice, and 3 titsy cinnamon rolls. And then ice-cream for lunch. (I almost had a bratwurst, just for the sake of eating something. But then I thought better of it.) Supper...supper was leftover pork roast with rice. So that I did good on. But the only exercising I did was traipsing around the miniature zoo the Safari had.

And TODAY, today I had a poptart for breakfast. Then chicken, salad, and a fat roll for lunch. Dessert was 3 tasty little brownies (seriously, they're tiny) and a piece of fudge.

And now I have the leftover Sierra Mist and Pepsi sis and I couldn't finish. -drinks sleepily from cup-

EDIT: The weirdest thing happened. If I am intent on not having sweets for fear they'll make me fat, I develop an aversion the things. Sometimes it encompasses my entire appetite and I start eating less. I can still feel really hungry, but it doesn't take much to fill me up.

Is this bad...?

WELCOME SUMMER!!

Anywaaays... Day before yesterday, I didn't have much. I woke up late of course, had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch. Then collapsed from mental exhaustion later on the afternoon. Slept for nearly 4 hours, so I ended up eating supper around...10. Thanks to that lengthy nap, I got spits for sleep later (1 hour actually) so I was up all night. Literally. But I got to eat breakfast, so yay!! I don't remember what I had for lunch...but supper was steak, applesauce,and friens. With more than a glass of Diet Coke. (I had a Pepsi earlier that day, wish I hadn't. gonk But I didn't know we'd be going out to eat.)

I woke up in time for breakfast, but wasn't downstairs for it. (Mom made waffles without me!) So a PB sandwich again.

Oh yes, I've gotten 30 squats per day today and yesterday. 20 sit-ups one day, none the next. crying I was so eager to get downstairs, sit-ups take too long!! -flails-

Aww, they had waffles without you? That sucks D: Waffles are always awesome.

I haven't done sit-ups since highschool 8D; I've replaced them with crunches, since I hear they're better for your stomach than sit ups.

You don't have to do them all at one time, as long as you do them all in the day, so you can do 5 and then do another 5 later, and then just space them if you get too bored or annoyed with them.

I'm no help at all biggrin Keep going though~ You'll get all toned up soon and then you just have to maintain~ (:

Thank you Audi!! biggrin Spacing them out seems like a FANTASTIC idea of it will have the same result as doing them all at once. It just seems to me that if I can't feel my muscles burning, I'm not doing enough.

I seem to have hit a stumbling block, actually. Y'know I was eating those tasty Eggs and after getting it through my thick skull that this was NOT DOING GOOD THINGS FOR ME, I put them down. I've been eating healthily for the most part (today, not so much. But it was a double birthday party and I DID go running pell-mell over a vast park to make up for it). Anyway, I've been eating good, mostly, and doing at least 15 sit-ups and squats a day. But I seem to be getting flabbier and flabbier. I wish I knew why, and what to do!! And since I can't seem to turn the tide, my confidence and will to work has gone down the drain.

I'm stuck, and very miserable.

Well squats are doing spit for me, and I felt like focusing on my tush first. My midsection can wait.

This morning, I leaned more towards the left when doing squats (the left is my problem area) and it seemed to even the two sides out. I hope I can keep this up and it makes a difference. Cause I'm still in a fix. And if anyone's reading this, I could really use some help.

At least my appetite is shrinking, I suppose that's a good thing.

One day I'm smaller, the next it's like there's no difference. My increasingly fat midsection ain't helping, that's for sure. Perhaps I ought to start working on that again.

I'm back to snacking, but at least I'm going for healthier foods when I do so. Problem is, the cookie jar is full and I haven't had those tasties in so long... And she made a rainbow cake!

Good lord, why is that during my stickiest periods of weight loss, the house gets overrun with sweets?

Edit: I've barely eaten today cause I was sick. A few sips of water here and there, half a peanut butter sandwhich, and a little pancake. (Plus a sour straw just cause it was sitting around. But I'm starting to regret that.)

OH HAPPY DAY, I weighed myself today. I was expecting to see a 124 cause of how nasty my middle's getting, but it was a 119!! Sure that's 2 lbs more than last time, but I saw that coming. My squats made a difference today and the crunches hurt. Like so bad that I almost couldn't continue. But I did, and the crunches got easier. I can't wait to get my abs toned down again. -dances-

I did snack this evening, but I made sure it was on something healthy. (Ritz crackers topped with cheese.) Now I want something sweet... If I do get something not-so-healthy, I'll make sure not to eat too much of it.

That is it, my back end is NEVER GOING TO SHRINK. EVER.

I hates it. My thighs are utterly ridiculous, hate them too.

When I was changing into my pajamas this evening, I sorta pulled up on the fat hanging around the middle. It reminded me of just how small I once was.

Talk about incentive!! I'd kill to have that size back. 113 lbs, here we come!!

Lord do I need to update this thing more often...

I'm back to getting 15 squats in each morning, 15 sit-ups a couple times a week. I admit that laziness is the reason I'm not doing them every day. =____=

I figured out how to focus more on one side than the other, I think my flabby rear end is finally shrinking.

My dog's getting kinda fat, so it looks like both of us could use the exercise. xD
