I have a good bit of favorites for this category >:3 but the one I like the best *as far as creepiness goes is Kaito - Uninstall* http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0uU2PZVfM8How would you feel if 1 vocaloid looked at you so tenderly whilst drenched in the blood of its fellow vocaloids just because it wanted more attention? xD

I love these songs.....Kagome,Kagome,Dark woods circus,Hateful Wonderland, Song for great satan and story about a poor rabbit....does that last one count? And I am so in love with the song kagome kagome also dark woods circus those songs are stuck in my head but i love kagome kagome more than any of those other songs.....

Ooh! Ooh! One of my favorites is Grave-Sending Song. Its really cool if you listen to it with earbuds or headphones,rin and len sing together on different speakers. In a rainy town,balloons dance with devils and Ward Room 305 Are also my favorites. They are really creepy..it gave me the chills. I love alot more scary songs,but I didn't want to keep repeating the songs that people already have listed.
