We have time skipped.... The first day of classes is two or three days after the initial orientation into the dorm.
I also am in support of his idea, by the way.
Also, just a note, I would really appreciate it if people would go look at the thread about "Dark Phrase." I really love this setting/story, but I don't want to spend time setting it up if nobody is willing to join.

Alright... hey... I'm back... sort of. :D;;; I'm sorry for my very prolonged absence. For those who don't know, I had mono for a couple of months after the winter break and spent the rest of the time making up schoolwork and being incredibly busy with home life crap....
Well, that's over, at least for the most part. The school year is still pretty hectic and my health is a little fragile at the moment, but I've been enjoying pretty saludable conditions lately so I should be o.k. so long as school doesn't swamp me and my parents don't decide that I need to bring my average up from a ninety-five to a hundred [this sounds like a joke, but it's not].
Looking back.... whoa, I've missed a lot. Thankfully, it's a new day at school so that'll be fine, but if someone could give me a little summary on what has happened so far, I would very much appreciate it. I'm currently writing up a post but because I haven't done any RPing for the past four months or so, I can only pray that the quality won't have gone down the sewage pipe.
As to other things--
The RP based from Zettai Kareshi sounds great. I'd really like trying to be a Lover since it should be a pretty interesting challenge. And Minty already knows I'm a big DP fan; anyone as cute as Shadi has my definite support. xD

Alright, I'm tired of the inactivity and all of those profiles cluttering up the list of members who are actually still interested in this roleplay! So I've come up with a semi-solution: an inactivity list. I just finished rearranging things and now there is an "Inactive Character" list with the usernames and links of the characters who haven't posted in a long time or haven't posted at all in one person's case. If your character is on that list PM me or contact me through this thread to take them off that list. I don't need an explanation, but I'm tired of trying to reach out to people to find out if their still interested in this roleplay. You want to participate then you contact me and I'll be glad to put you back up.

Just a quick question, Unerasable_Sin. What do we do if the inactive members never respond? I mean, me and Lycanthropic Tendencies have been working together as Emery and Ryo. What would I have Ryo do if Emery just disappeared? Would we start the rp over or just say that all inactive members were transfered to another school?

Anyway, this matter will all be sorted out in time. At the moment, however, all we can do is ignore the absent characters until they return, or don't come back at all. I know that in your case Emery is an important part to how you've been playing Ryo right now, but since LT hasn't been around for whatever reason you kinda have to start over. Or at least try to start over. My suggestion to you is to play Ryo just how you began, make mention to Emery but try to stay away from direct physical contact with the character; in other words, don't go searching him out because you might write yourself into a dead end. If LT does return then Emery can find you.
Bloody: No worries, hun. I'll try to make up a play-by-play, but if you don't want to wait for me just ask here and maybe someone here might help you out faster then I can write up a list. Right now, however, I can tell you that Mint's character, Pluto, and my Salem had a sexual encounter which left my character with a particularly nasty taste in his mouth. Salem's a shapeshifter that can only change into the people who he has had intimate contact with. He took on Pluto's shape and has been rather embarrassed about it ever since. It also put Salem and Will, Mint's other character and Salem's roommate, on bad terms.
Right now the score is as follows: Pluto has revealed himself as a mutant to Salem and Salem in turn has done the same. Will may be under the impression that Pluto has an identical twin, but as of yet it is still unknown whether or not he knows his roommate is a mutant too. And lastly, Salem knows about Will's coughing spells/illness, albeit in no more details then he tends to cough up a lot of blood. I think that's everything. I'll have to do a little more reading to tell you what has happened with everyone else. But i think I've covered Will, Pluto and Salem pretty well.

Haha, yeah, that pretty much covers our boys. But I can say that though Will is sure of nothing as of yet, he is very suspicious of Salem and Pluto. xD

Heyoooooo. <3 I'm actually ALIVE! :^D Anyway, I will have a post up for Robby and company at... some point. When that time comes, I would very much appreciate it if everybody would at least have their character know basically who Muse is. They don't necessarily be fans (though that would be nice), but they do need to know that Muse is like the number one sensation INTERNATIONALLY. So not even foreigners have an excuse. Just think of their music as being, like.... the most awesome thing ever. Like The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, Edison Glass, the Electric Soft Parade, Coldplay, FALL DOWN, the Feeling, Hot Chip, Jump Little Children, Snow Patrol, Tokyo Police Club, Travis and the 88 all combined. So, basically, the BEST ALTERNATIVE/INDIE/ROCK BAND EVAR. [haha, gives you a real idea on my taste in music, eh? xD ]

Mint: I suspected as much, I mean it's kinda hard to explain a away a twin that you've only seen once. That and Salem wasn't really trying to hide the fact that he may have been acting suspicious. xd Oh, on a random note if Salem should ever pretend to be Pluto's twin again I was thinking he might call himself "Saturn" or something else of that nature.
elliot: Yay, you live! W00t~ Can't wait for your next post. I'm actually writing up a rough draft for Oliver's next post so I'm curious as to how their last/first conversation effected Robby. I mean, Ollie recognized who Robby was and tried to bring some attention to him. If that had any repercussions at all I leave completely to your discretion, though. :nods:
Anyway, I can tell you right now how far that tendrils of Robby Hart's fame has reached when it comes to my characters. All three of my NPCs have heard of the band and Muse has made a fan out of Soren Bristol; Mira Wong and Tohru, however, are not big fans of rock music. They're both fuddy duddies who prefer the softer, more intricate music such as classical.
Oliver has also heard of the band, he even knows a few of the songs, but that's about as far as it goes. He's pretty passive, he likes it but he isn't a die hard fan. Angel, however, is an unofficial member of the Robby Hart fanclub. She's only been locked away in an RS (residential school) for six months so she has had a relatively normal life up until six months ago.
Salem, on the other hand, has not had a normal life. He has been cooped up on an RS for ten long years, it's the only place he can call home, by default anyway. So, he won't have any clue who Robby is, what their music sounds like, why their popular - he's never even heard of them. Sorry, but Saint Patrick's is one of those corners of the world that isn't influenced by pop culture.

Saturn?? xD Oh gods, Pluto would hate that. Or we could stick to real mythology here and you could try Jupiter (Zues), who is actually Pluto's (Hades') brother, or Neptune (Poseidon), also Pluto's brother. Neptune is the god of the sea; Jupiter, the sky; Pluto, the underworld. Pick your choose. Wikipedia says that Saturn is Cronos/Kronos, which makes absolutely NO SENSE because it says Saturn is the god of agriculture and harvest.... which is wrong on both accounts because Kronos is not the god of agriculture or even a god. He's a fecking... father of the gods. I don't know what they called him cuz he's not a Titan.... Well, whatever, anyway, cuz Ceres/Demeter is the goddess of the harvest.... *grumbles to self* GORSH, I need to stop rambling! Dx
Anyway, as I was saying, if you want to make me super happy Salem's Pluto-twin alias could be either Neptune or Jupiter (the former is preferable because Poseidon totally owns Zeus in my book). But you don't have to. >>;; You could even do Mars/Ares, the god of war! 8D
Anyway, as for my boys, Will has been in a residential school for FOREVER so he knows nothing... and even if he hadn't been, pop culture just isn't his thing. As for Pluto, he's been at an rs for a few years... but he's heard of them in his early years. He's not a big music guy, though; he mostly listens to just classical, but he is also reasonably knowledgeable about pop culture.

okay cool cool. well daisuke has been cooped up in his house for all his life so im not sure where he would stand in the robby hart thing. if they are on the radio then yeah he'd probably know some songs and might even like them ^_^

Well, the whole "global fame" thing really isn't for nothing. Not only is Muse on the radio, they top the radio. Most radio stations play one of their songs at least once an hour, if not more, ranging from their most recent hits all the way to their starting classics, which are still vastly popular.
