Name (& Meaning): Jiru Koumori; meaning - The Jade Bat (I know it's the same as my screen name, but I named her before I switched my SN to it. ^^; )

Special Jutsu Ability: Koumori Family Summon - 1 in 5 members of the Koumori family have this ability. It's mark by a summon tattoo like birthmark on the right shoulder. It's a green bat with blue wings and encircled by white clouds. The summon itself is a large bat. Jiru's is a fruit bat. It can appear in two sizes, a normal sized animal, or one large enough for one adult to ride on.

Physical Description/Picture: Jiru has short hair, it falls just below her ears. It's stick straight and if messed up a simple shake of her head will put right back into place. She wears the normal headband and footwear accustom to ninja. Her outfit consists of green overalls over a black and green t-shirt. Her layered clothes are to cover the fact she is embarrassed about her pretty flat chest. However she has a nice figure that is hidden under there as well. She also wears thin green framed glasses, blue and green gloves and a blue belt with a supply pouch on it. Her favorite weapon is always on display as she wears it right on her back; an over sized shuriken.




Background:Jiru was a pretty good student in school and showed potential at a younger age. She hated being in the academy. The outside world was much more interesting. And that showed as she aged. Often times she was annoying her teachers, doing some of the basic tests her own way. For example an transformation into something like an animal or plant. However as soon as she was put on her Genin team, she developed a horrible case of wanderlust and was known to just vanish for weeks at a time. No one seemed to mind because she always came back in one piece, never betrayed the village and, well she had family on her side. The Raikage being her grandfather. A topic she hated because of some of the special treatment she received. One event that changed her and made her stick around and study as a kid was the blindness of her teammate. While on a mission he was attacked from behind. Luckily the hit to the back of his head didn't kill him, but it left him practically blind. She felt horrible, since she hadn't been right there when it happened. it wasn't her fault, but she felt guilty anyway. After all she was tracking one of the other people they were after. Her friend inspired her though, even blind he continued to hone himself and eventually became a Chuunin. Watching him along that way made her buckle down and give up her travels. As she got older she continued her training and focused on becoming strong enough to handle her family summon. It takes a lot of chakra and she wanted to master it. It was draining and she often worked herself into the ground. But she never gave in. If her teammate could still hit the mark with a kunai without sight, she could master her jutsu. At the age of eighteen she was able to finally call up the creature without any side effect and maintain it for more than a few minutes. and along with that accomplishment was promoted to the Jounin rank. As she was no longer stuck training she took to her old habits of just leaving unannounced. She once dreamed of having a team to train, and to pass on her ideas that anything was possible, but her habits made that impossible. After all a teacher who just leaves without notice wouldn't be a very good one. She still holds that with her though, hoping to one day do something with kids. It's never known where she will pop up next, or where she'll vanish from for that matter.

Jutsu List: Two special to her jutsus:
- Midori Raikurai Kai no Jutsu - A powerful electric strike. If it hits in the right place it can send paralizing amounts of electricity through the targets body.

- Arashi Toku no Jutsu - A force field of sorts that is made of static energy. Usually useful against physical and weapon attacks

She had seen it many times. Almost every street had one up somewhere on it. Problem was she never stayed long enough to really take more than a passing glance at one. So for kicks she actually let herself pause and read over it. It may have seemed strange. For one, she wasn't from anywhere around the village she stood in. In fact her being there made some people nervous. And secondly she just seemed to stand and stare at the poster hardly blinking. Jiru was a strange sort, popping up here and there, usually paying no mind to the people and places she visited. Hence the reason she never read the posters as she saw them.
"Huh," she shrugged. "A contest... I suppose that could be interesting... Grass Country... haven't been there before..." she just mumbled to herself.
It wasn't until she heard some younger girls boasting to each other that she actually appeared interested. They teased back and forth about who would win amongst them. Her eyes traveled to the picture of the previous winner. Perhaps that could be her picture. Then again did she really care if her face was posted up somewhere. The money would be nice.
A small smile came to her face. "Alright, I suppose I could stick around in one place long enough. It might actually be fun." Then in a quick motion she pulled the poster down and took it with her. A reminder to herself not to wander too far. She had a battle to get to.

The storm shield would never hold up to such a barrage. The fiery attack was something she dreaded. For one she hated things that was overly hot, and two, she didn't want to end up roasted where she stood. There wasn't much time. The shield would hold for a moment, so she had to be fast. Jiru bit her finger and pushing up her right sleeve, trailed the blood over her birthmark. There was a flash and a cloud of smoke. It cleared as her protective technique broke. She was gone, or so it seemed. Hovering in the sky above the battleground, the kunoichi sat upon the back of her summoned bat.
"That was close, Kumo-kun," the creature screeched in a agreement.
She needed to go on the offensive. Forming a few quick seals she began to call up her next move. If she could just direct it down to him, maybe it would knock him off balance and put an end to the molten attack.
"Midori Raikurai Kai no Jutsu!" Chakra seemed to form in her hands. It was green, like medical chakra, but this wasn't to heal. It sparked and buzzed, full of electric energy. Taking aim she let the blast go, a streaking bolt of energy heading for the man she faced. If it hit, it would give him a horrible shock and maybe even paralyze him a moment. That's all she wanted, so his lava pit would go away and she could get close again.

Guilt? Remorse? Perhaps pity? Were those the emotions that she was suppose to be feeling? Instead a flat and emotionless face stared back at the one yelling in anger and pain. It wasn't her fault it happened. This woman should have known it was coming. After all she loved a fugitive. It was only a matter of time before he was done in. Jiru was just stuck in the middle of the drama. And for once her usual caring side didn't show. Even as the other proceeded to relay a fury of emotion. She was just blank.
"It was orders," her voice even came out uncaring. "You knew what he was. You know it would happen. I just followed through."
There had been a good fight. Jiru had a nice slash on her left arm. The blood had dried and scabbed a little. Of course it was nothing compared to what she had done to the now dead man.
"It was quick... if that makes it settle any better for you. A bit of a fight, but I put him down with ease." Probably a detail she didn't need to share with the grieving. "Oh and his last words had nothing to do with you. Be must not have really cared."
That said she left. Her mind had finally given a reason for her lack of compassion for the woman. After all the man in question had been the one who blinded her closest friend.

His two swords Yo-O and Ha-O can convert Chakra into Lightning element and Fire element respectively. While this means he may perform attacks that carry these additional elements, without his swords he is limited to the elements of his training. Even with the swords, it shouldn't be assumed the he has mastery over these elements, he simply has the ability to add Lightning or Fire to an attack.

Background:
Like many children in Amegakure, Harusame was forced to fend for himself in a chaotic world where the strong devoured the weak. The constant wars with the Fire Country took their toll heavily on the young of Amegakure. Harusame struggled to survive by taking what he could, and learning to defend himself early with a rusty sword that he had found. One of his best friends at this time was a swordsmith who helped forge it and make it sharper. Eventually, the young boy used what steel he could find to forge two masterpieces for Harusame... twin swords imbued with lightning and fire chakra. Jokingly, Mosuke named these swords Yo-O and Ha-O, twin names that both meant "King of Leaves"...

The idea that any day would come where someone from Amegakure reigned over someone from Konohagakure seemed distant enough to be funny at the time. That is until the day that a Konohanin unknowingly started a revolution in Amegakure. That ninja was the Legendary Jiraiya. By giving training to Nagato, Yahiko and Konan, he set in motion the events which would build the man called Pein. Yahiko would be responsible for bringing Harusame and Mosuke into their circle at a time when the resistance was just a dream. As it built, however, the three students of the Galiant Jiraiya became more distant from Harusame and some of the earlier members. Now, Harusame can't remember the last time he has seen Nagato or Yahiko, and he rarely sees Konan unless bringing a mission down from whichever of them became Pein...

Now Harusame is tasked with watching over an Akatsuki base inside the very Fire country for which his swords are named. Their sole task, when no other missions are handed down from Pein, is to provide sanctuary for the active Akatsuki members, and maintain a constant presence inside the Fire Nation to gather information or eliminate targets if necessary. Though many loyal Amenin think of the mystery figure known as Pein to be some sort of god amongst them, Harusame questions what happened to the two boys he admired as a child, and questions the megolomania of Amegakure's goals. Honor, however, will not permit him to betray his lord so long as he and Mosuke have a purpose.

(( Unless somebody really wants to play a character who's sole purpose is creating weapons for Amegakure, I'll go ahead and NPC Mosuke, too... ))

Unless noted otherwise, all Jutsu require a sword to be performed:

Amida-Ryu: Fuuton: Shinkuu Buddha Giri
A chakra charged slash from one sword or the other, that sends a cutting wind-shockwave-slash out from the slash similar to a kamaitachi attack from Temari's fan. This is a Wind element attack. When used with Yo-O this wind slice can also be charged to send a charged lightning elemental shot inside the wind-slash which will burst similar to a Chidori upon impact. If used from Ha-O, the slash will charge a heated burst of fire that will explode after the slashing effect.

Amida-Ryu: Fuuton: Gokuojin
A double sworded attack, Harusame will attempt to draw his enemy into an attack and deflect with one sword and then counter with the other. The deflecting sword emits a soft form of wind-chakra that is then excited by the second strike, so the second attack will be both a slash as well as a burst of slashing wind-chakra. When Yo-O is the second sword, this wind-chakra portion may also include piercing electrical Chakra, whereas Ha-O will send out waves of burning flame.

Amida-Ryu: Fuuton: Daigokuojin
An attack with both swords. Harusame blurs out and slashes apparently wildly in the air leaving threads of chakra from the tips of his swords. He then moves swiftly to the other side of his enemy leaving the Chakra threads loose around them both. When he makes his way to the other side of his enemy, he tightens the threads, pulling the slicing wind-chakra in on his opponent from all around. If he charges it with his swords as well, it may also contain flame and lightning chakra.

Amida-Ryu: Fuuton: Ura Buddha Giri
A dual sworded attack, Harusame will slice both swords together to send two Buddha Giri techniques toward the opponent. The slashes will intersect at a point and create a vortex point that begins to suck the air in like a small vaccuum while the blade-like Buddha Giri forms lash out from the point. If Harusame gets close enough to pierce the points with either or both of his swords, he may add additional elements to the lashing waves.

Amida-Ryu: Fuinjutsu: Mu-Mu-Myou-Yaku-Mu
A sealing technique that requires Harusame get extremely close to his enemy and hit them with the pummel of both swords in a single point. The imprint on the pummel, combined with his own chakra puts a seal on the target. It uses Wind, Fire, and Lightning to seal the abilities to which they are strong, Wind, Lightning and Earth. The seal's effect on Water and Fire chakra is probably noticable, but not as great as it would be on the abilities it's designed to seal. Yin-Yang chakra like Shikamaru's shadow ability would probably not be effected.

Amida-Ryu: Fuuton: Reppuuken
A disarmed technique, Harusame swings a hook punch to channel wind-chakra to send at his enemy as a slashing cyclone. This is fairly short ranged, however.

Amida-Ryu: Fuuton: Chou Reppuu Dan
The strongest disarmed technique of the Amida-Ryu style. Harusame continuously lashes his strikes out in the manner of several Reppuuken techniques after another, eventually the wind chakra collapses in on itself forming a temporarily self-sustained cyclone. Because this technique drains his chakra considerably as well as being physically exhausting, it is usually used as a last-resort or to cover an escape.

Amida-Ryu: Fuuton: Dai Reppuugokuo Giri
The ultimate technique of the Amida-Ryu style. Similar in appearance to the Chou Reppuu Dan, but with the swords out, Harusame lashes out a flurry of Buddha Giri attacks in seemingly wild directions. Each one is connected to one of the chakra-threads, however, and is guided in towards a common point (usually the target ninja) where a very powerful version of the Ura Buddha Giri vortex is formed. Because the chakra all comes from the weapons, the vortex is charged with fire and lightning chakra as well. Again, this technique is primarily used to either cover an escape, or as a last ditch attempt to eliminate an overwhelming enemy.

Special Jutsu Ability: “Hissorijutsu” – not exactly a bloodline or a special kind of jutsu, but she never vocalizes her jutsus, rather she uses discrete handsigns

Background: “Dama-dama”, or “Dama-chan”, as she is affectionately called by her teammates, comes by her name’s meaning very honestly. There are many in her own village who truly believe her to be mute beyond simple noises. At birth, she was so quiet the doctors first feared she was stillborn until she began playing with the blanket she’d been wrapped When she grew old enough to attend the Academy, she quickly became an outcast due to her apparent refusal to socialize with her classmates. No one appreciated having a class snob, and were verbally and physically adamant about it. Eventually she huffed off and took a walk, never to return to the village hidden in grass. No one ever bothered to look for an ungraduated student. Even her family didn’t seem to miss her much. She was only 7 years old when she vanished.

Eventually, she happened past the criminal ninja Orochimaru, curiousity overcame her and she ‘followed him home’. He most likely knew she was back there the entire time, but still allowed her to follow. In the end, he seemed impressed by her stoic nature, as well as her bravery in keeping a straight face when threatened by a few of the more reckless Otonin. He ‘kept’ her, pairing her off with another young student to keep an eye on her and help her feel less secluded.

When she’d spent a little over a year in the Sound Village, she finally revealed her secret to her master and chosen partner. Dama was more than able to speak, but considered the act of speaking to be giving a part of yourself to someone, something she would not do unless she trusted the person. Dama-dama lets her team speak for her, removing the awkwardness she once had. Many observers view this as a submissive gesture, that she is just too shy, or considered by her teammates to be too worthless to bother giving her a chance to have an opinion. It’s quite the opposite, however. In fact if not for the fact that her refusal to vocalize held her studies back, she might have been able to reach Jounin status by now. They speak for her and act for her because she doesn’t want to bother with any of it herself. The only sounds she’s ever volunteered to a person outside of her team or Orochimar himself have ever been the rare scream of pain, and, more frequently, cold laughter. Staying true to her self, she didn’t bother with a headband when she was finally considered Genin, and still refused one after graduating to Chuunin shortly before the betrayal incident.

When Sasuke killed Orochimaru, Dama fell silent once again, she speaks only to her partner, and only when they are alone. She even refuses to speak to Kabuto, though she will follow his orders.

RP Challenge: (Challenge #5 Social, taking to liberty that Dama-Dama wouldn’t be in Konoha and actually sees the poster elsewhere…)

A noiseless yawn stretched her thin pink lips as she glared through pale blue hair across the way at the poster being put up. She didn’t even bother to glance at the map. She still knew her way through those lands, even if she’d left over a decade ago. It was a risky idea to even entertain, just to get her hands on a scroll for techniques she by all rights should have been entitled to anyway. She could be caught and imprisoned, or killed. Would they even recognize her after so long?

Her prolonged interest in the poster seemed to have gotten the attention of a passing middleaged woman. The lady favored Damasu with a smile, something that made a dark place in the girl grin. Would she smile if she knew what she was talking to? The woman was asking Dama if she would participate in the tournament, and mentioning that her own daughter would as well.

The only response Damasu gave the woman was a noncommittal grunt and a shrug, which seemed to confuse her for a moment. Eventually the woman tottered off, muttering under her breath about how strange and rude such a pretty young woman could be. Dama’s eyes rolled skyward and she sighed silently. Where the hell was her partner anyway? Kabuto wouldn’t be happy if she was left alone long enough to get in trouble. Then again, that wasn’t really her problem, now was it? Still, she was getting bored and wanted to drag her partner off somwehere secluded so she could vent her frustration properly. Her stone colored eyes glared down the road impatiently.

Background:
Not much is known about the systematic masacre of the Onirin Clan of Tsukigakure. Rumiko was only five at the time and was spared only by the timely interferance of the man who would eventually become the leader of Tsukigakure no Sato. For years, the girl refused to speak and was emotionally centerred within herself, but eventually she began to open up. Those who meet her now find it hard to believe she was ever a reticent stoic little girl. She has dedicated her life to the protection and service of the man who saved it. Her energy and optimism is in stark contrast to the nigh emotionless impression that her master seems to give off, but she seems genuinely unaware of it. When people refer to him as intimidating or cold, she responds both defensively and with confusion.

While not particularly a genius of any art, per say, she was recognized fairly often in her academy days for the amazing chakra control expected of her background. The Onirin family was known less for it's skill in combat, than it's ability to gather information. Because the family can manifest chakra control to simulate flight, they are able to travel silently and to places otherwise difficult to reach. Coupled with any of a number of genjutsu techniques to render the practicer nearly invisible, it was difficult for even other ninja to find a member of the Onirin family unless they were actively looking for them, or happened to possess a Byakugan.

Socially, Rumiko is friendly and outgoing and can often act as the voice of her master. She rarely gets particularly close to others, not wanting anything to interfere with her service. As honorable as it sounds in theory, however, Rumiko is still a fifteen year old girl and can be secretly jealous of some of the other Kunoichi like Tsukino Usagi or Aino Minako, who are both talented in most respects and popular with boys. She keeps these feelings mostly to herself, and in reality dating would be difficult to be satisfying to her. While she thinks of her master more as a father or older brother figure, she does judge every man she meets against him, cutting a very difficult visage to get past.

Rumiko will tend to attempt to avoid combat, feeling her place is more in stealth and information gathering as opposed to actively trying to eliminate a target. Though she avoids it, however, she shoudl not be underestimated in combat. While the Onirin family in general was not known for being especially deadly in combat, she was also raised by the Satoosa of Tsukigakure and trained in various deadly arts to compliment her talents. If pressed or if combat is unavoidable, she will use every trick and skill she is capable of to achieve a victory.

Her standard attire, or rather lack there of, is used to accent and assist her Genjutsu ability. While a common trait amongst Genjutsu specialists, but she also likes how it compliments her family's horns to give them the look of a real Oni.
Jutsu List:
Onirin Unkoupo no Yari-
A talent granted by her kekkei genkai that allows her to travel as freely through the air as many shinobi travel on the ground. The downside is that she can not root herself enough to deliver powerful strikes if forced to engage in combat. Also, if she runs out of chakra in general she will lose control of the ability and fall to the ground. Since altitude is not controlled by Chakra Levels, she could plumet to her death if over exerting herself. This makes the skill impractical for a combat situation, despite what some may believe. She may, however, use it during combat in safer means, such as accenting and extending either the hight or duration of a jump.

Oniken-
This fighting style takes advantage of her family's abundant chakra control to create attacks of signifigantly far greater force than otherwise possible with her slender frame. She lacks the tender finesse to make any strike a sure kill strike as has been said of the similar ability when used by Tsunade, and mostly strikes from her just tend to hurt a lot. Not being fond of close combat, however, her swings tend to be fairly wild.

Tsukigakure no Jutsu-
A technique developped by Tsukinin to make themselves near invisible in low lights. When used at night or in low light, the user will be next to invisible without the assistance of a Byakugan or potentially a Sharingan which may be trained to see the movement. However, when used in the sunlight, the user is mostly translucent and can be seen fairly easily if they are not careful.

Kikijouzu no Jutsu-
A method of chakra concentration that brings distant sounds closer to the user by forming a special hand-seal that essentially turns the user's hands into a listening device. The sounds, however, are transmitted through their chakra, directly into their ears. This can be a dangerous technique to the user if a suddenly loud sound is picked up by their waves of chakra, as it will be amplified directly into their ears. Also, sound-sensetive ninja, or the Byakugan could see the flow of chakra that is being used to pull the sound to the user, thus giving away their position.

(( I'll reveal it's name when Enishi is on and I can reveal our Tsukigakure no Satoosa )) A sword she often wears on her back in combat that was given to her by her master when he "no longer needed it". If chakra is charged into it, it can release powerful waves of destructive chakra, however, it is hard to control and tends to act as if it has a mind of it's own, as such she is usually hesitent to draw it out.

Dokkasou no Jutsu-
A signature technique of her master. She charges her chakra into her hands, specifically her nails to attack her enemy with a claw-like strike. The chakra is deposited into the target and acts as a toxin. While her master is capable of manifesting a severely lethal toxin, Rumiko can at best put an enemy to sleep or make them very ill.

Raiton: Onigyoukei no Jutsu-
Rumiko charges lightning chakra into both of her hands and grabs her enemy to send powerful surges of electricity into them. Though this technique could be potentially fatal if she continued feeding chakra into it, she is usually hesitant to take a life unless she believes that person to be a threat to her master.

Raiton: Soryuha no Jutsu-
She must first draw her sword to perform this technique. It is a dangerous piercing shot in the form of a dragon that extends from her sword when swung. Essentially a powerful Suiryuudan style technique with lightning instead of water. This technique can drain her chakra to the point the sword's own can threaten to take over, meaning she must immediately stowe the sword when it is used.

Genjutsu: Uchuu Shingaisha-
Though she is competant with a vast array of genjutsu, this is her favorite. She creates a dissettling illusion of being out in distant space with planets and stars surrounding her and her enemy. This can be especially dangerous as the environment is now clouded away from her foe, as well as unsettling at the thought of being in space. The sensation of having nothing below them also makes combat difficult for some as stepping would become unsure.

Physical Description/Picture:
Background: Despite her family’s name, Chameko has no kitsune spirit imbued in her, rather her family tends to embody the very nature of the kitsune. They are all well accomplished spies and saboteurs, easily slipping into any village and causing the worst kinds of mischief possible. They’ve been the cause of a few civil wars, even within their own Country, and are the bearers of a strange and powerful bloodline. Seemingly at random, a youth in the clan will unlock the ability to weild nearly limitless chakra so long as their body is conscious. The price is insanely high, unfortunately. The body will burn out and lose years of its life for each time it uses beyond ‘normal’ chakra. Chameko is the new bearer of the ability. The last person to wield the kekkai genkai was her grandfather, who died of the consequence just after her father was born, using it to defend the family from bandits despite knowing he had only one last use of it remaining.

Chameko’s father is a Jounin level spy, and her mother is a Jounin level medical nin. Chameko wishes to earn the Anbu level one day, despite being female, and being of a bloodline that generally doesn’t live longer than 40 if the Limitless Chakra is active. As a person, she is extremely rebellious in nature, however, and believes there are better uses for her talents than annoying other people… However she still appreciates the opportunity to piss off authority figures who tell her she ‘has to do’ something. She made her sensei’s life hell through her years at school, questioning quite literally everything, even the common sense things, just to get a rise out of him. Rather than become exasperated and kick her out, however, the teacher kept her in class, seeing the girl’s desire to literally learn exactly how everything worked, and bemused by how strongly she questioned why it had to work that way.. She quickly earned the nickname ’Kiriku’ from her classmates and fellow villagers, for her refusal to accept limitations on her body or self in general, as well as the knowledge of her awakened kekkai..

After graduating from Iwagakure’s Academy, she was placed with no less than three Jounin in her first year. She was handed back to the school within a month for each of them until she was finally handed to her current sensei. Somehow the man managed to get her attention and at least tame her enough to listen to him, if no one else. The day after meeting him, she returned home with bruises and undressed gashes, as well as a huge smirk on her face. If there was one thing the girl appreciated, it was a challenge to her skills, and a new limit to push, and he’d given her one. Her loyalty to her master goes beyond even her family or the Kage, making her a constant worry for the villagers that she could easily become nukenin if the suggestion were to pass his lips.

kazetateru-no-jutsu – strikes with blade like extentions of chakra coming off her hands or feet
kakumauato-no-jutsu – creates a stretched field of chakra between her hands that shields against a certain level of projectile chakra (becomes stronger as she gains mastery over it)
inukii-eiketsu – the Tamaidzuna’s version of an instinctive rapport with canines, they prefer foxes, obviously, but will settle for the small species of mountain wolf that lives in their country for a companion as well; They will never settle for domestic dogs. Chameko has two ‘pets’: Shiroi-shi, a runted white wolf she raised from a pup, and Kurogi, a black furred fox with a silvered tail tip. The fox was a gift from her family for becoming a Genin and is used to spy inside villages.

The scarlet haired woman grinned wicked sharklike teeth, the enormous sword in her hands held high and ready. She was enjoying this, she really was. It was a long time since she'd had prey she could play with for so long. She practically sang when she complimented her foe, "You're fun meat, I'll give you that," unfortunately, it had to end. She stepped to her left, trying to move around her opponent counterclockwise while swinging her enormous sword in an horizontal arch, once again the chakra imbued blade began to seperate and extend like a heavy rope being swung at her opponent. She used her left hand to pull away and form half hand-seals, bringing it up to her mouth and blowing a mock kiss at them, "Suiton Suijinheki!" she took a deep breath, but when she blew out it wasn't air but a vaporious stream of water. When she focussed her chakra better, she was capable of creating a small tidal wave, but this was more of a heavy rain being blown at her opponent. Of course, it didn't need to be strong, combined with the movement of her sword all it needed to be was distracting. As her partner hidden a distance away aimed and fired a projectile through the wall of water from behind her, aiming at where their opponent had been when the wall was created and hoping to use the distraction to land a hit with either the sword or the bullet...

She was already covered in bruises and cuts, a few of which were fresh enough to still bleed. It hurt, but she ignored it all, focusing on the target ahead. The water hit her face on. She hated rainwater, it was always cold. And wet. And the fact it came from her opponent's mouth really wasn't endearing itself to her at all. She began preparing a hand seal to release her kazetateru, planning to avoid what would be a relatively slow sword strike compared to her own hand movements, and then strike at the woman with a taste of her own medicine.

There was a problem with that plan. Out of nowhere, her little White Death had leapt in and tackled the woman's leg to pull her away with a loud snarl, risking a sword strike at his own body. There was ne reason for him to do that, unless... the runaway.... "s**t!" She spun on her heel, changing to the only quick fix she could do in time, pulling the chakra she'd already channeled taut between her hands and creating a small shield with it. Too late and poorly aimed. The chakra bullet missed her kakumau completely and caught her in the arm, knocking her off balance and backwards. She managed to fall down onto one knee, but it was a poorly taken stance, she'd have to solidify it to move out of it, and that was going to waste precious time and she was already getting torn up and weary. Perhaps she needed to rethink this whole mess a bit better... or else just say to hell with it and activate her kekkai.

Special Jutsu Ability: The twins have two distinct jutsu abilities…

The first being their kekkei genkai. This unique kekkei genkai disables the twins chakra flow, only to let it begin flowing once more once the twins touch. Their unique chakra block was most likely developed inside the womb of their mother, where something went wrong. What exactly went wrong is unknown, yet the twins have learned to harness this set back and utilize it in a very fierce fashion. How? Well, due to the lack chakra flow, the twins both easily build up depots of chakra, such large depots that the chakra within them begins to spill out and fill the very air around them. Using their amazing control over chakra, via their kekkei genkai, the two can literally force the gravity around them into doing their bidding. Such as lighten a certain location near enough, allowing them to lift heavy objects, or even condense and heavy the gravity, which can form a shield or even crush an object. Of course this can only be done whilst they are touching via the hands, arms, legs, etc.

And the second being their cursed seal mark which Orochimaru himself gave them. The seal worked as every other seal did, granted them untold amounts of chakra. But with the twins kekkei genkai the seal was a boost to their already massive chakra amount, making them perfect subjects for the powerful seal. Every seal has a pattern that expands across the users’ body, well the twins seal decorates their skin with a unique cracking pattern. Similar to breaking glass. Their second stage of the seal colors their skin a dark maroon and extremely long feline ears sprout from the tops of their heads and to accompany them, tails sprout from their behinds. This is rather obvious when one takes a good look at the two twins, for both bear down sized versions of those odd ears and tails thanks to overuse of the seal.

Background: The twins were born by an ill mother, one who was abused, frightened and confused. One who was young and just not ready. And just like that, her mistakes and misfortunes granted her peace. As the young girl lye dead, the young twins were shoved head first into a time of solitude and despair. In their early lives, the two were brought up in a small adoptive family, consisting of only a single mother, who’s children had been taken from her by the very man she supposedly loved. Rumor has it the father killed her children himself due to a psychological illness, only to kill himself not long after. The woman cared for them for a short time, granting them a short few years of happiness, but the woman was killed by a man who to this day remains unknown. So once more the twins, now named Natsuo and Youji by their short lived adoptive mother, moved on.

As the two grew older they began to want. The simple trait of wanting something is usually a normal thing in a youths years, but the two of them didn’t want just anything. They wanted power. The ability to rob the unworthy of their rights. To stop the ones around them from leaving their lives for good. To lock the door that led out of their lives, that was the power they dreamt of. So to keep from having anyone they cared for from stepping out of their lives, they began their lives as shinobi. The warriors of legend and heroes of their age. They joined a small and relatively unknown academy. They expected a warm welcome and a subtle beginning. The day they were divided into groups for Genin teams, Natsuo and Youji were put into different teams. The twins did not like this, they would not have another person leave their lives, especially not each other. So the two of them refused their new teams and disobeyed their senseis orders. The academy head did not like this kind of disobedience, especially in students. So they were to be punished and what other cruel way to punish twins who wished to stay together than to separate them. Both of their assigned sensei’s were ordered to take them from one another by force so they could be divided into teams, as assigned.

The two fought back, clenching tightly onto each others hands they tapped into what has come to be known as their kekkei genkai. Both sensei’s were badly injured and a large portion of the academy was reduced to rubble. The two fled from the scene and once again dove into a life of solitude, but this very life was brought to a sudden end as a rather mysterious looking figure walked into their lives. Orochimaru. He had heard of the incident and tracked the boys down. He took the two of them into his care and had them completely under his control in no time. He blessed them both with cursed seal marks, overuse of this very gift is the reason for their cat ears and tails, and the two of them became a powerful subject, only to be locked away. Orochimaru said it was necessary for they were not needed at the moment, and that they would be taken care of in the mean time. So for a few short years to come, the two of them remained dormant, until they heard news of their masters death. The other test subjects began to repent and escape. So seeing a chance to repay their master, the two set out to find the very man they knew could give them reason, the very man who their master kept at his side at all times, the very man that could guide them in their masters place.

{ Juuryoku Shousho: rifuto } ;; Lightens the gravity around a selected area or object enabling the two to lift a selected object.

{ Juuryoku Shousho: kondensu } ;; Condenses the gravity around a selected area or object, enabling the two to crush a selected object. Alternately they can create an invisible shield by condensing the gravity around themselves or another to the point where the oncoming assault can’t make it through the condensed point.

{ Juuryoku Shousho: pusshu } ;; A gentle or hard push via the gravity around an opponent or object, simulating a punch or kick.

{ Cursed Seal } ;; Cursed seal that grants the twins an enormous boast of chakra. The feline ears and tails the twins bear are scars via the overuse of the seal. The first stage of this seal scatters a cracking pattern over the twins bodies, the second stage shades their skin a dark reddish brown and extends the cat ears and tails.

Response to Challenge # 5

Among the seemingly peaceful setting that was put before them, two unwelcome guests were watching the day unfold from the shadows. The first being a young, lean, and rather effeminate male, Natsuo. His skin was a creamy pale and his eyes were painted a lively green. Curly, maroon colored locks fell from his scalp to his mid-back. The boy was chewing, in a rather loud manner, on a piece of gum that had long lost it’s particular flavor. The second was a boy of very similar features, young and lean, except his head was sheeted with long, straight hair that was tinted a bright teal. Youji was his name. Each expressing looks of boredom, most likely caused by the long day that awaited them. It had been quite a while since the two arrived in Konoha, and it had been surprisingly easy to do so. The two had slipped in with some traders who were being let in through the main gate. It was a joke, the security. Youji gave a soft sigh and shifted his uncomfortable lean against the wall into a more suitable crouch. Natsuo’s attention was drawn to this movement.

“I have really come to dislike the waiting game…”

Natsuo whispered, as he joined Youji’s location on the ground, slumping to his rear. There was no actual reason as to why they stood among the shadows, of course they weren’t from this village, but it was easy to blend in with a crowd as big as Konoha’s. Perhaps it was just an unconscious precaution, you never know who might be watching. The teal haired boy broke the short pause and cast a grin towards his brother Natsuo.

“What…?”

“Nothing, come on.”

Youji replied to Natsuo’s rather confused sounding exclaim. Youji stood and walked further into the shadows, Natsuo followed, being sure to spit out the dull gum.

PS : I’m going to have two colors for either of the twins dialogue so people can tell who is talking. I was just lazy. D:

Background:
He grew up in the land of snow, in a village that was considered hidden since hardly anyone knew of it. However the people of this village had dreamed that one day they would be as popular as others. Since people rarely ever asked for their assistance because many never knew they existed. Because of the distance and how they are pretty much separated from other countries, they were never able to able to even participate in the popular chuunin exam that the leaf village. Growing up in the cold climates, made it easier for him to deal with harsh cold conditions, especially damp ones. However he always had a weakness for a great amount of heat.

He was an only child to his father, who unfortunately was in a way the governor of their land. His father didn't really want his son to grow up being a ninja and instead wanted him to follow in his footsteps of governing the people. Unfortunately Yukio had other plans, he had inherited a special blood trait from his family that had been buried deep within them. No one had wanted to use it because of price of it. It's not like a physical pain but in a way messes with your sanity. He strived to best at his academies, trying to find anyone he could compete against. And when he'd lose he'd make sure to train even harder. Of course he stayed on top in his studies in attempts to please his father. But at the same time he worked on his jutsus to make himself proud.

Finally one day he heard the legend of the three sannin, which completely left him in awe. He knew that's how strong he had to be, which meant that he had to travel in order to learn even more powerful ninja techniques. Even if this meant running away. Technically he only ran a way a few months ago, so nothing really special there. But he made sure to take maps with him in case he got lost he could always return home. Even though he could be considered missing, family probably wouldn't want to believe that and instead probably figured that he was kidnapped. After all his father was considered to be wealthy.

Ninjutsu:
Aisu Shinkirou no Jutsu (Ice Mirage) [tiger-ox-tiger-bird-rabbit]: It's a technique that launches off a wave of ice spikes/shards towards his opponents. Probably about the size of a kunai.

Zetsumei Odori no Jutsu (End of life dance) [rabbit-dragon]: It a technique that heightens his speed as he moves with a twirling pattern using his chained weapon causing the chain to try to lock onto his opponent to finish them off with their injuries starting to ice over the longer their in contact with the chain.

Suno Bunshin no Jutsu (Snow clones) [ram-monkey]: A technique that brings out identical clones of himself made out of snow. However they aren't as strong as the shadow clones from the hidden leaf village since they are weakened depending on the temperature.

Aisu Tenma Boufuuu no Jutsu (Ice Demon Storm technique) [dog-rabbit-boar-ox-bird-bird-dragon]: This move is usually used as a last resort but is mainly used as a way to get away in his case. It causes the area around him to start snowing causing a bit of a snow storm so that he can slip away. However it's often impossible for him on the hottest days, and sometimes because of how much charka it uses he tries to stray away from it.

RP Challenge: (This is probably the only thing that I would ask you to be more lenient with me on. I'm just saying since he is a garbage person, can you like just not worry if its not a large as the other two. If not I can make it around that size I just haven't used him in awhile.

Physical Description/Picture: Kit has silvery-grey hair and violet eyes, her skin is lightly tanned. She stands at about five and a half feet. Her outfit consists of a black body-suit that goes from her upper thighs, out just below her elbows, and all the way up into a face mask that stops short of going over her eyes; tightly wrapped bandages around her chest and abdomen; and a short kimono with long sleeves that changes colors to help her to blend in with her surroundings. Her katana is kept across her back, and her manriki chain wrapped around her waist over the gold kimono belt. Kitana

Background: Kitana keeps most her past shrouded in history, and little is known from before she joined up with the Ashi Clan. The only clue as to any of her past is the chakra-created tattoo on her thigh - kitana hai. This is from an old jutsu known only to the older ninja families in the Tea Country. It is used to brand family members that have disgraced themselves according to the family law, with the words 'dirty ash' signifying that even their remains are foul, and the seal will prefent the target from being buried amongst their family. She was marked with it only a month or so after Oroku Saki had taken over leadership of the Ashi clan after a botched mission that she took all the blame for, rather than to have him look bad.

Kit has long made her allegiance to Oroku Saki well-known, having been at his side since the discovery of the slain clan council. He is the only one that knows anything at all of her past. She will never hesitate to do as she is bidden and will often spend nights out on patrol, returning in the mornings to her solitary training.

Jutsu List: Hateshiganai Sajiki no Jutsu (Eternal Box): This jutsu will create a tunnel underground, allowing her to travel even an inch below ground level. It will stay intact until she releases her hold on the chakra used to create it, at which point it will collapse unless otherwise reinforced. This makes it very useful for creating traps, as she can tunnel down from only an inch below someone to many feet below, causing them to fall when she releases her hold.

Shikai no Jutsu (As Lifeless as Cold Ashes ): The jutsu known to the older families in Tea Country that brands the target family member with ‘kitana hai’, preventing them from being buried with their family after death.

Ukiyo Ori no Jutsu (Fleeting Life Cage): Earth – dirt, tree roots, and plants – will rise up underneath the target, wrapping around them completely before dragging them down six feet under the ground, crushing and suffocating them.
