The thread would be so pwned by the SuMoWriMos guild. I suppose I can create one, but... I'll probably spend a lot of time there, chatting about it. XD

You know, I never actually thought of going over there. . .
Don't ask. It's been one of those "IQ drops by about 70 points" kind of days.
But I was lurking over there Monday night, as I was procrastinating my homework. I should most definitely spend some time there this summer.

Okies. I won't ask... Oh one of those days... Gotcha. >>U I hate those.
Definitely should. I planned on finishing my original, but I just can't seem to write it. My mind is on another idea. I have like an idea for a fan fiction that I can't seem to get out of my head. Rawr! I'll probably end up using it. Hopefully, I can make it 50k...

Well, when you're running short, just add in random things. Like, "Little did Cloud know, there was a bomb in the suitcase." Then go off on a little subplot about who's bomb it was and why they wanted to blow cloud up. Or add in and OC that won't shut the hell up. *shrugs* There are a lot of cheapie ways to make it to 50k, but it makes editing just that much worse xp
My plan is. . . to not plan. I have no characters, no setting, no plot. I'm just going to find some random prompt for the day and get my quota out of that.

Thankfully, SuMoWriMos isn't as strict as NaNoWriMo. I'll probably just add up the words from my fan fiction and the story I was originally going to use for this. I was hoping to get the first volume finished during this, but I'm not sure since I'll have to do some major editing of the first few chapters. Heh. I don't bother with editing until the deadline is past.
So are you going to do fan fiction or original?

Both, hopefully. I've got a pretty clear schedule, so I'm thinking it would be nice if I could work on a fanfiction I already started along with an original. It'll be nice to have other projects to work on if I run out of steam on a particular one.

Same way with me. I originally wanted to write my original fic. Been procrastinating on that one too much, but then my fave FFVII just had to tempt me into writing an Angeal/Zack/Cloud fan fic so yeah... Not much planning on that part, and I'm going on the fly. Might do an occasional gift fic, but we'll see. *grins*

Yeah. I've got. . . four? Yeah, four fanfics I want to start along side my SuWriMo. No! Wait! Five. Haha. Forgot about my KotOR fic sweatdrop
Mmm. I've got a sort of gift-fic I have to finish. It's more like an AU of an original story mi amiga and I are writing.

This summer, I don't know how many I'll end up writing, but it's going to be at least two. I believe I might do a third since I promised a friend I'd write a fan fic for her. Scratch that, four. I promised two friends I'd write fan fics for them.
Crap... Make that like five or six.
1. Original 2. FFVII-Angeal/Zack/Cloud 3. Princess Princess 4. Bleach-Ichigo and Uryuu no pairings 5. FFVII-Seph/Reno sequel 6. Bleach - Renji-centric
I've never tried coauthoring, but I wanna do it.

Well, at least you'll always have something to do ^.^
It's fun. My friend and I were just goofing around at first, but then we were like, Hey. . . This is actually a pretty good story! xd

Crap. I forgot two more.
7. Yu-Gi-Oh fic 8. Kingdom Hearts
So much to write and so little muses and time.
That's always fun to have a random idea suddenly become a good story.

I know the feeling. *sigh* I've got about 400 out of my 100k SuWriMo written and I haven't even touched any of the side fics. Then again, I've been in a bit of a mood the last few days. Not that that's really much of an excuse. . .
Haha. Yeah. Except we dropped it for a year, and suddenly she wants to pick it up again and I'm re-reading it in horror; the writing and plot were terrible. We've decided to start over and make an outline ^^;;;

I have at least 1k written down. Don't know as I haven't actually counted. There is no way I'm going to count the amount of words I've written. It'll have to wait until I actually start typing it. Funny, I don't procrastinate as far as writing goes, but when it comes to typing it, I procrastinate like no tomorrow.
Ah... I look at my old stuff from like over a decade ago, and I cringe. It's like a bad Lord of the Rings rip off... except I didn't follow the plot like some writers... *looks at a certain teenage writer who was fortunate enough to be published cause his mom owns a publishing company* Yeah.
I don't think I'll rewrite it. It's horrible as it is and needs major revising.

That's why I just wait until I can get to a computer most of the time; I HATE typing things I've written. Half the time it's about five pages, front and back, and I'm quite a slow typer when I have to keep looking up at the paper (I can't type without looking at the keys). Then sometimes I lose the paper I've written on; did that just a few months ago, when I was cleaning my room.
Ah haha. Paolini's such a nerd ♥ I based a character off of him once; it was fun to write~
We're only re-writing this because she wants to; I'd love to let remain a memory. But we've both grown a lot as writers in the past year, so I'm confident about the re-make 3nodding
