My niece is so excited for the twelfth Doctor. She had to explain to her best friend why having Peter Capaldi as the Doctor is a huge deal.
Niece: He's going to be the first Doctor who actually swears because he's been known to swear a lot. Friend: *As if it's no big deal* So. Niece: Shannon, you don't get how big this is. Doctor Who is considered a family show.

Haha, I'm excited for Peter Capaldi too! From what I've seen, he's a very good actor. His entrance in Christmas special is amusing even though I was practically crying when I saw Amy's cameo and when Eleventh regenerated. (His part was fabulous, by the way. Fabulous.)

Just a random thing here, but I will be reopening my art shop in the guild once we get settled into our new apartment. It should be around the first weekend in January ( I hope). I have the thread mostly set up, but knowing me I will think of something I forgot later on. sweatdrop
I also plan to do more with the Caelen and Celestine OC story after the move as well. I haven't really done much with it over the past few months, so it's about time to pick up that threads of the story once more.
I wish I had a good drawn out character reference sheet with facial expressions for Aylin that I could give people when I'm submitting her for things like a Gaia based comic or group art for a guild or fan thread. It'd be nice to have also for something like requesting freebies of my Gaia based OC. Too bad I can't draw figures to save my life to make something like that on my own.

Also, I got so sick of shoveling snow, I half-assed it this morning. The kicker was that my mother looked outside afterwards and said this to me...
"You still shovel snow better than your daddy".
There's something wrong when you half-a** a job and still shovel snow "well".
