The b***h D I could care less about which characters are more important in Levi. For something like this I'm going to go pick the people who first started the place. Probably only five. Latent in the middle, then two on each side.
I wouldn't think it would be the people who started it, but maybe representations of the the elements, since that's pretty much what the basis was at first. so like...Leviathan, Efreet, Slyph (Or whatever Air is called), so on and so forth...Five of them, representing the five Guardians of Earth, air, spirit, fire, water.
