Nothin's stoppin' him. I mean, he didn't get the message from Neo, but he may of heard of the threat. Maybe Necial told him about it, or he had a random encounter with the twins himself. Ball's in your court.

Anlu would if she weren't on her way to the dark lands... perhaps I should randomly NPC a guard? Or Yata can jump in really quick? It would give the captian an excuse to tell him to go to the Shimmering Coast.
